Over a 3 hour flight. The turbulence was almost imperceptible except for 2 short periods which were not bad and over quickly. The attendants claimed "Safety first" and sat looking at their phones for 3 hours with no drink or snack service. This isn't the first time with Southwest. I thinkit may be there new plan of operation. Oh, and it was June 18, Southwest's Birthday which offered free drinks. NOT.
The flight was okay. The pilots did an amazing job and kept us updated on the flight. The flight attendants were okay. They found time to be chatty with each other rather than focus on the guests. One of the attendants was a little less warm when asking about my bag I had on my lap that I was using during latter part of the mid- flight. Mind you, it was not the departure descent. I’m respectful to each and every attendant, it was the tone in her voice reminding me to place my carryon bag on the floor. I hope to have a better experience next time.
It was as expected and I was grateful for the wheel chair help and ease of use.
Pretty seamless, just a tad bit late in taking off and landing.

Delays delays delays. Late taking off, late landing, wait for a gate, etc.
Multiple delays and gate changes. Arrived at final destination 6 hours late. All rental cars had been taken.
Tight seats. Be prepared to sit in the middle if you are in boarding group C.
This was a connecting flight for me and I had already traveled for 7 hours. First, the Pilot didn’t show up and then the gate changed twice, after which the flight was rescheduled for 2 hours later. This made me late and I had to make other transportation arrangements to get home to Astoria another 1 hour & 45 minutes away. This cost me $250 more than it should have. Will not fly southwest again.
Long layover in Chicago. Wish that could have been lessened.
Alaska changed their departure time 4 (!!!) times, then couldn't find my luggage from a direct flight from Spokane to Portland. There were 11 passengers who didn't get our luggage & had to wait 40 minutes for Alaska to find our luggage. Alaska should reimburse everyone their airfare for such inexcusable service.
Previously there were complimentary beverages served on short flights with Alaska Airlines. It was a very nice amenity and would love it if Alaska Airlines brought back that service!!

Delayed flight, but there was good communication about the delay. The flight attendant saying over the intercom; ‘the ten people on their way to Maui need to contact me now or I’ll be very upset’ seemed overly dramatic and unproductive
Excellent crew, free wi-fi, good experience. But we were in Row 30 and were song the sat called to board. It’s RIDICULOUS that the end of the plane would be among the last to board IT MAKES NO SENSE.
The flight boarded and landed on time. There were frequent snacks & beverages, The pilot spoke in a clear calm voice, The leg room was cramped and there were no screens (entertainment) on this long ~6 hr. flight.
Flight was good. The food I preordered was not great. The sandwich bread was a little hard, the cheese was wet on half and dry on the other half. There was a lot of condensation inside the package. Other than that it was great.
Much better than flight from Portland to St Louis, as it was smaller and not confusing.
The Crew was super nice but the plane was subpar at best. Filthy in some aspects. Internet only worked half the time and not with everything.
Smooth travel experience. Boarding was efficient. Service on the plane was exceptional. The attendant walked the aisle 3 times in my 3 hour flight to offer drinks and snacks. Flight had no turbulence and I felt safe the entire time. Seats were as comfortable as possible on the plane. Free movies and iMessage texting on the flight was a great surprise.
Flight was delayed multiple time and for more than 1 hr. My onward flight from BOS to MCI was also delayed. These delays have caused me so much inconvenience and Delta does nothing to ensure flights take off on time. No one knew why the inbound flight was delayed and what was the issue.
Our flight was delayed by over 4 hours due to a maintenance issue. They announced a new plane was on the way. We were given a $12 food voucher ( airport food is quite expensive You can’t even by a water and a small snack for 12:00. 4 hours later we boarded and landed in Atlanta at 10:20 ish pm. Of course we missed our connection and we were given a hotel voucher and another food voucher ! We didn’t make it home until 11:00 the next day ! Unacceptable

Delta needs to step its game up get a more reliable internet service. Internet service was non-existent for this flight.
Delta has too many delays now days. It is 1:06 am now. I was supposed to land in Norfolk at 10:30 pm. I got re-booked through Detroit and I’m still in Detroit. I hope to be landed in Norfolk by 3am. I’ve been in airports for 12 hours as of right now. There is a weather delay now but most delays lately have been maintenance.
This is the first time I've been disappointed with Delta. I was called by Delta to see if I would volunteer to change flights since my original flight home was overbooked. I accepted. The modified booking only provided me a 35 minute layover - when you subtract the fact that boarding closes for a flight 15 minutes early, that gave me 20 minutes to run for one end of the airport to the other. I barely made it. On the 2.5 hour flight to Tampa, the crew repeatedly let us know over the intercom that they cannot serve drinks or snacks due to safety/turbulence. I would have accepted this reason if they did not CONTINUALLY SERVE DRINKS AND COOKED FOOD to First class. If safety is the excuse then the entire plane should be strapped in for safety. On top of this the air conditioning vents were not working correctly and the plane was uncomfortably warm. I love Delta and am a loyal Delta traveler, and I have never had an experience like this. I don't know if there's a disconnect between availability among third-party sites like KAYAK and the airlines or what, but when overbooking causes issues like this for travelers it should be reviewed and changes to the booking process should be made. I blame BOTH KAYAK and Delta for this terrible experience.
The crew on this leg continue to be extremely helpful with my wife’s mobility issues. They also came by many many times to ensure we were comfortable and had drink some food.
A regional sized plane was used for a cross country flight with no overhead bin space. I had to "pink check" my laptop and my medications. I was NOT pleased!!!!
I liked the cleanness in the bathroom and good crew on board and at boarding gates. There was no Hindi (Bollywood) movies. The entertainment can be improved as it is one of the worst one I saw when I compared it with other airlines. The Mumbai to Amsterdam flight did not have any food for my family which does not contain eggs in it though we have selected “Hindu Asian vegetarian meal”
Friendly boarding crew. Better could have been a bit more substantial food for this 3 plus hour flight.
The crew were exceptionally nice and accommodating. My wife was tired after the flight from Haneda, Tokyo. They let her sleep and served her dinner later after she woke up, before we landed in PDX.
I had to cancel the flight because with a 3 hour delay for 'unexpected maintenance' in getting to LAX, I couldn't connect to an overseas flight that I had booked on Scandinavian Air.
My flight was delayed three hours and then cancelled. The gate agent proceeded to rebook me in a middle seat without telling me and I was placed between two large individuals who did not fit in their own seats and instead took up most of mine. It was an awful experience.
Good and friendly staff. Nicely enjoyed the complimentary drink and snack.
Would have been better if the flight went out as scheduled and we’d have been kept informed. Rescheduling the connecting flight out of Portland was especially difficult.

Terrible. A four hour delay to take off is unacceptable. arriving in Portland at 1:00 A.M.
Had a one hour delay due to mechanical issue. I didn’t think I’d be able to make my connecting flight, but they waited for me and greeted me when I arrived to help things run smooth.
Staff were good. My seat was in need of repair, but for a short flight was not problematic. Usual basic snack and drink setup that you'll find on any US carrier. Over, a decent, basic flight.

I will never book a flight through Cheap fare. They booked me from Portland Main . And would not give me a refund, so I bought 2 tickets one for 299. From Portland Main to ORD. Then I had to buy a ticket from Oregon PDX to ORD that was another 440. So Just so you know they even told me it was there fault but no refund. Bad bussniess. I did inform United but they said they couldn't help me due to the fact I booked through Cheap Tickets. Never again. And I'm spreding the word. I let everyone know at my 50th class reunion
Not enough room between rows and food was gross. $160 baggage charge?! Never again.
East Lounge in Denver was terrible. Turning away active military on orders? Really? Sad.
Clean and plenty of room for handbaggage. Leg room was cramped compared with the 777 from Frankfurt.

Pretty turbulent, but not anyone’s fault. They got us there. Impressed that they carried on with a drink service.
