Cons: "One of the attendants wasn't so nice. Watching her pour drinks, one would be full 's one half, she would have her favorites sort of speak. Attitude. Of those who had the half full glasses asked for more, the attitude came out, she would give them more with a snip. Of course those others she would gladly with a smile. I checked my suitcase in as we had a 'full flight' & never got my $20 voucher. Yet there was plenty of overhead space that I saw. So that was a waste of time on both counts."

Cons: "The new interiors on the 737-NG aircraft are fitted with vents which are pretty inadequate. They don't open very wide and then don't provide very much air at all. Headrests on window seats in the exit row don't move. No free in-flight entertainment. Since there's relatively no equipment cost to airline to allow streaming to personal devices, this is pretty disappointing."

BA booked me on the flight but failed to change my ticket from the original flight causing me to miss the flight from Kansas City. At the airport BA agent told me on the phone that I would have to wait 3 more days after I had already waited 3 days because BA canceled my original flight. Because of the flight cancelation I missed two days of work and because of the failure to ticket my following flight I almost missed a full week of work. The BA booking person seemed content that there was no way I could make it to Saudi prior to the end of the week. Fortunately, the AA agent was able to find a way for me to continue my trip on a later flight."

Cons: "Plane was delayed 1 1/2 hrs,, my seat had no entertainment and there was a barrier under the area for storing our personal carry-on under the seat. I had to shove my small backpack into the that area. It was not east I would have appreciated a better seat for my handicapped husband"

Pros: "All services where very good from check in to arrival In L.A."

Cons: "My experience would be fine except when I went through security and they checked my luggage, they opened my suitcase in front of everyone and riffled through my clothes out in the open. I don't care that they needed to go through my bag, I care that there was no concern for privacy."

Pros: "It was honestly peaceful, things ran smoothly, and it was a lot better than most flights I've been on."

Cons: "I selected my seats day I purchase. I didn't get the seats I had selected. I prechek in online. I ended up the very back in a single row against the toilet which made me throw up 3 times. I don't get sick on flights. But the smell was so bad!,"

Pros: "It was without any trouble and comfortable"

Cons: "Not like Air Canada ... I can tell the staff are tired of their jobs. Entertainment you needed to pay for. Really bare bones"

Pros: "Everyone was great helped me make my flight on time and great service."

Cons: "Flight attendant, LaToya, was the rudest I've ever encountered on United. Didn't greet anyone, basically slammed drinks down on the tray tables, didn't say goodbye to us when departing, and was overall very unpleasant. Could tell she didn't want to be there."

Pros: "Everything smooth and on time."

Pros: "I liked how new and clean the plane was, and how orderly all aspects of the flight were."
Cons: "It has always seem really counterproductive to load the front of the plane first. All five of us said the same thing. Really dumb, so what....... if we were to have paid more money for first class. It would be faster. No need to wait for someone to get their bag in the overhead for so long."

Pros: "I got from San Fran to Balitimore in one piece."
Cons: "Flight was overbooked, and my seat was one that was oversold. I still don't know how this happens, but it's fine. When I do get on, I'm literally wedged between a rather large man and the window. No ones fault, but comfort was horrible. Crew was nice enough, but I was uneasy when we were about to land, flight attendant reminded us to not take belongings in the event of an emergency evacuation. I'm all for being prepared, but please don't make me feel like we're about to crash."

Cons: "I was flying from Pittsburgh to Chicago to Fairbanks. My flight from Pittsburgh was delayed. My connecting flight from Chicago to Fairbanks was in the very next gate. But as I exited my first flight, my connecting flight pulled away from the gate. I was extremely disappointed."

Cons: "Ac didn't work on ground. Not tall enough."

Pros: "The crew kept us up to date on the ATC delay."
Cons: "Weather in the DEN area and Eastern Colorado generated a ground stop in DEN delaying our departure from ICT for about 2 hours. Even with the overall delay in DEN my SMF flight was long gone putting me on a late flight into SMF. This of course lead to a short night's rest...just another day of travel on the airlines."

Pros: "It's always worth the extra money to fly United! I love this airline."

Pros: "Has aisle seat so I could stretch one leg."
Cons: "Was crammed in the back with not enough knee room. I'm not overweight, (5'11", 200 lbs) people (including flight attendant kept banging into me as they went past. 1 flight attendant (middle-aged man) obnoxious. Lots of empty seats in the "economy plus" section, once flight was in motion...attendant refused to let anyone move. United obviously shortened up the leg room and space towards the back of the plane to make room for "economy plus" then just left those seats empty when passengers refused to pay the additional $170 (what obnoxious flight attendant said) to sit there. I will look for other carriers..."

Cons: "On a flight as long as this one was it should have included FREE use of the movies, TV shows, the entertainment feature ."

Pros: "The plane was clean. Boarding was great at Wichita."
Cons: "All flights should have free wifi and power hookups. Greyhound does this, why shouldn't united."

Cons: "Arrived SIX hours late, did have luggage which was nice."

Pros: "Everyone at the Wichita airport were very friendly - especially the TSA personnel. Everything moved quickly and efficiently. Plus the airport itself is so beautiful and easy to get around in. Took us less than 30 minutes from parking in shuttle parking lot to going through security to getting to our gate!"

Cons: "Boarding was a mess, another oversold United flight. I was forced to gate check my carry-on by the time my group boarded, though there was plenty of overhead space once I was on the plane."

Cons: "Snowboard Bag was ejected very hard onto the belt by airport person. Dented my hard case. There was a gentlemen who saw his guitar being tossed out onto the belt. Very little respect for peoples' luggage."

Cons: "Our flight was delayed. I was traveling with a baby and there was no gate agent anywhere to be found to help us get re-routed after the delay caused us to miss our connection. Terrible experience with United."
