Worse, we booked with kayak, but actually the delta/ Aeromexico flight was booked with vayama. When one flight changed departure time, we no longer had our great pre-selected seats & couldn’t check in online. We had to work it out with delta & then aero Mexico t. After 30 min on the phone we got the last 3 bavk row seats near the toilets & cackling, aging flight attendants. No reclining or real food made for a lousy 3 1/2 hr lunch flight. No apologies, smiles of sympathy. Just snacks tossed our way"

We do not all go into an all-inclusive resort! The only drink offered during the flight was plain water, again a step down from before where they also offered others, e.g. orange juice. Seating - now that big persons have the right for two seats for the price of one, when will the same rational apply to tall people?"

Pros: "I wanted to let you know that we tried to make a chuck in and could not be made online. our flight left vancouver to Israel via Zurich. we were three adults and a nine year old girl, we separated all of us, only at the airport, we managed to get the girl to sit with her mother. that it's my daughter, i see it sternly, we can not be done twenty-four hours in advance of chuck in, and they separate us all, you are bad, and will consider in the future to continue your service, will i weel not recommend you to our friends. your company is turned on by bad people. we telephoned, and it was impossible to correct the mistake that your pepole made , only at the airport we were able to get a partial answer."

(Same goes for my Flight from Hamburg, to Toronto) Leaving a good amount of people stranded and trying to make the final boarding call of their connecting flight."

The crew area for meal Preparation etc was also directly behindmy seat. Needless to say, I got no sleep on this eight hour flight, had to endure disgusting smells from the bathroom and people hitting my seat every time they passed by bc this is an area where there is not usually a seat. Everyone waiting for the bathroom was in my bubble. To add salt in the wound, the TV and light for reading also did not work. This was the worst flight I've ever had and I feel Air Canada put these 2 seats there as a money grab. No one should ever have to sit there, especially when paying full price."

Cons: "The food seemed to be quite a small portion. The chicken entree was normal size, but lacking in taste. The side was also bland in flavor but a good mix of veggies. I would have enjoyed another small snack, such as cheese and crackers or some such. The movie list was fairly good with somewhat recent items. The TV list was lacking in choices, it seemed. However, that may be the content of modern TV. Access to the toilets were often hindered by staff, especially in the rear of the cabin. We were 45 minutes late. I was already booked on a flight 5+ hours later, which was nice. However, I was given a only a food voucher of 31CHF. The amount was wonderful, but they offered this at a time when I had already eaten on the plane and was not hungry at all. I could only buy a few things to eat or take with me, and the rest of the amount was wasted. Alternatives, could have been a partial refund, a visa gift card, an upgrade on my flight back, etc."

Plane was clean, bathrooms clean, nicely kept that way throughout the flight. I did have help reconstructing my import-export card."

With passengers waiting in the aisle to get their seats, I had a second to decide what to take out of my one carry-on before putting it in the overhead bin, and as a result, was without some necessities during the flight. Pearson is a problem. Flights from everywhere were backed up behind a single person operating in security, and hardly any AC personnel there could speak English clearly. The confusion & wait time pretty distressing to most people in line. I had 4 hours to the next flight so wasn't worried, but waited 1 hour in line in the airport hallway before getting in to present information to security. Situation at airport is not good at all. I'd try to avoid Pearson as a transit point if I could, in the future. The music channels were so distorted I couldn't listen to any of the offerings. Too bad about that, but it didn't ruin the flight. Arrival in Zurich was on time and easy."

They only had one gate agent and she stepped away before we could check in. Assuming she'd be right back, we waited for her instead of checking in by terminal. By the time she returned it was too late to check in and they wouldn't let us board. Air Canada didn't have another flight until the next day, so we had to spend $5000 to re-book our flight on a different airline."

Because of the delay, my husband and I sat apart on am 8 hour flight and because we both were assigned middle seats, no one wanted to sswitch with us. The check in staff was very unfriendly and seemed stressed and overworked. United needs to ramp up on resources quick. The flight crew were very unpleasant. It was just the worst of all flights."

Pros: "uneventful - great pilots, made effort to correct for turbulence when they could."

Cons: "Even though international flight was allowing 2 piece baggage.. United charged me for one bag 100$.. they allowed only one. and they took long time to to issue the boarding pass as the ticket was not confirmed. I will never buy a ticket from Kayak"

Cons: "My luggage it get lost and delayed, im at home 2 days latter and I can't do anything cause my luggage still not her. Houston airport baggage people has enough time to put it in a plain that was going to my final destination (Guadalajara), after I got there and still waiting for the next flight wondering if my luggage was there and nothing. My whole trip was absolutely terrible, worst experience ever!!!!"

Pros: "United gave us maximum vouchers for bumping us involuntarily."
Cons: "Our return home from a holiday family visit was oversold causing much stress for my family/small child. Our luggage went but we DID NOT."

Pros: "No heat onboard Very loud engine noise, almost deafening, required earplugs because of the noise"

Pros: "Only one person had questionable customer service abilities. Everyone else was very pleasant and helpful. Downloaded United's app to my cell phone in Denver and watched a movie on the second leg of my flight. Delightful!"
Cons: "Single older woman harassed by arrogant middle aged male TSA agent in Kansas City over something so simple as a can of hair spray! Had to return to ticketing to check my bag ($25!) and go through security twice. Everyone except this one man was very nice. (Suggest minor personnel adjustment?) Wait for baggage at Eugene was way too long considering we were the only flight arriving in the middle of the night and the airport was otherwise deserted."
