Great experience in Saga Premium. Food was tasty and felt fresh. Seat was comfortable (enough) - would have wanted a layflat seat.

The flight itself was excellent, but getting to the plane was literally an exercise in pain. My wife needs a wheelchair and can only stand/walk for short periods before having extreme pain. We had to take a bus to a loading platform and use a terrible elevator to get up to the plane. Meanwhile the rest of the bus were using the stairs. This meant the people who needed to sit down were stuck standing at the end of the line while everyone else boarded. My wife was in agony.

It was amazing. I sat in First Class as a Saga Premium member, and my service was top notch. It was wonderful. I only recently joined Saga Club since I do travel to Scandinavia often and enjoy flying through Reykjavik on Iceland Air versus other ways of travelling to Europe. This was my first trip sitting in first class, which I honestly wasn’t expecting!

The plane is extremely cramped. Water is offered for free. It's pretty bare bones. Staff was nice

Paid for seat upgrade that didn’t happen. Large luggage charge. No food or snacks without paying extra. Tight seats - even on row 11.

Everyone at icel air just passes the buck if there's a problem which there was they don't want to know about it any company can be good if everything goes well it's what shows is when something doesn't go well how they handle it and trust me Iceland air does not know how to handle any kind of problem

Waiting area on top of stairs before Boarding the bus wasn’t great. Took a long time to load the bus to gate.

They had a 4 hour delay and left my luggage in Iceland and it didn’t arrive in Portland until 11/1

Again, lines for boarding are a problem in iceland. The flight itself was fine and very smooth. No complaints. We would definitely fly icelandair again.

Highly disorganized company, poor customer service. Packed seats on a 737 for a trans-atlantic 9 hour flight. Greedy company policies, no meal or snack provided for 9 hour flight.
