Pros: "As expected of Delta. With Covid, even the food service understandably was limited. They had prepackaged goodies, albeit not much flexibility, but I had no complaints. Mid row was empty per Covid, for flight comfort, this was somewhat a plus. Knowing air was filtered with HEPA filters every 2 minutes with fresh oxygen and outside air mix was also reassuring."

The weather had improved sufficiently to make it in on the second attempt. The pilot and the cabin crew were excellent in keeping everyone informed, and telling us the status of the weather and the likelihood of getting in. The pilot was outstanding in his communication with the passengers and the cabin crew were great in re-assuring passengers after the missed approach. The flight crew handled the difficult weather conditions very well."

Cons: "to realise at the airport that they will charge me 70 EUR for one luggage for one way only is outrageous! it wasnt clear at all that there wasnt luggage included in the price of the ticket... all of my previous tickets bought via kayak and priceline were also with luggage included and we have understood the given price as including luggage! i find it very negative and very bad experience and feel robbed, this is not acceptable business approach. my suggestion is that you will refund me the extra cost for the luggage. thank you."

Pros: "I was informed by email the evening before my return flight back to London that the flight had been cancelled. I tried calling multiple SAS offices overnight, and finally reached someone the morning of my flight and was rebooked to a different flight, via Berlin. When I got to the airport the booking hadn't been updated, so I had to go through the entire process again with customer service. Because of the flight cancellation and the difficulties rebooking, I was not able to book my luggage so I was charged a penalty fee at the airport when I was finally checked in for the flight via Berlin, and paid much more for my bag than I should have."

We were then directed to go directly to the gate. We had no chance to shop or dine at the supposedly beautiful Heathrow. Instead, we were given a tour of the facilities' bowels."

Pros: "I had excellent service, the employees were extremely nice and helpful. I use a wheelchair due to disability, so it's important to me to have someone take me from entrance to the gate and help getting on board. From the woman who helped me with getting me to the gate, the gate agent and flight attendants, I was very impressed with UA service today."

Pros: "The flight is short and sweet and because of my seat assignment I didn't get a beverage until about 15 minutes before landing so the flight attendant said, "you don't have much time to enjoy it, so just enjoy it". That was just what i needed that day! Thanks United!"

Cons: "Delayed for a latch for 10min then 10 more then 30 in reality was around 1:30 plus when we finally bored the plane we got delayed again because they had to spray the aircraft because of the snow supposedly 5 minutes it took 25 My overall opinion about united airlines is: Never again Bad customer service"

Pros: "Again, the food wasn't bad, persay, there was just hardly any time to justify food at all. Just a slightly crushed packet of snack that was almost entirely pretzel."

Cons: "While we arrived on time, we all waited 40 minutes to get our checked luggage at the end of the flight. United is not my first choice in airlines: they give the impression that they're giving the bare minimum and not really trying to make a good experience for the customer."

Cons: "The fact that we had to get off due to too much fule,didn't make a lot of us comfortable..when it comes to flying,the whole team needs to be on the same page..makes flyers more comfortable..but things do happen.."

Pros: "Crew was nice but seemed tired or flustered. I could stow my backpack in overhead because it was a backpack, a true carry-on piece. Flight was short."
Cons: "Flight was delayed. Boarding is always a pain. Airline calls boarding, everyone queues up and then it takes forever. Also they take to long boarding business class etc then many times they call a group # but allow passengers from other groups to board, not including people with disabilities, older passengers who need assistance."

Pros: "Other than having the plane replaced with one that worked, noting."
Cons: "The plane was gross, no actually nasty! Dirty, dirty, dirty. The cubby that holds the emergency latch was falling off. The window shade hardly worked. But more than that, the scum that caked the seats, window area and floor was UNEXCEPTABL!"
