Alaska airlines agent helped me greatly to reschedule my flight. The flight was also very comfortable and the flight attendants were very friendly.
More efficient with checking lines and boarding/checking bags when needed.
They treat me well because of my one world status. Crew is attentive and professional. One of the best airlines out there.
I was seating in 26A and the children in 27A and B were kicking me non-stop. They kicked me for hours nonstop and the parents refused to get off their phones or correct them. I kindly asked multiple times and got screamed at by the mom that her son is disabled. I told her I get it, but that I matter too and she is responsible for her child. He then kicked me so hard my drink spilled. Not one crew member or other passenger said or did a thing. It was so horrible.
A TV Screen and movies would have been a great addition. The Alaska Terminal at JFK is TOO BIG!!! You need to go up and down 3 escalators to get to your gate and to baggage claim -- and all this while you are carrying your backpack, other bags, etc. I don't know what they were thinking. You can easily miss a flight if you don't add in at least 30 minuites to get to a gate.
The final trip home wasn’t as bad as the trip there. Even with the paid upgrade the comfort level was mediocre at best.
The plane was dirty, the seats were tiny, wasnt my favorite airline tbh
Lester and the rest of the crew were such a joy. Also, I want to thank the pilots for getting us there on time, and safely. My first amd only choice will always be Alaska Airlines.
man & woman back side flight attendant was very rude. I live in Seattle. I use a lot of time Alaska flights. I always like them for fact that my favorite airline employees very rude. It’s disappointing. .
It wasn’t great. Your app is not user friendly unless you sign up for those points. It tries to force you and won’t show you flight/trip info until you sign up. You have to somehow get into get your boarding pass because your kiosks don’t offer boarding pass information only bag check. It was not helpful or user friendly. The app is useless unless you sign up for your rewards program. My daughters info was missing even though I checked us in we had to get out of security and go back to a ticket window the woman told us that it sometimes populates incorrectly so it didn’t have her information. It populated incorrect birth date. She said this is common. Luckily we were at Palm Springs and not JFK where leaving the giant security line would have been a much bigger problem. I will avoid your airline in the future if it’s possible. Also no food availability except dry snack boxes.
They lost my luggage and refuse to help. Terrible airline. I've never experienced worse customer service in my life. Pretty much just told me too bad that I lost all my luggage, not caring that I am stuck in Europe for 2 weeks with absolutely nothing.
You should have had Wifi to make it much enjoyable.
The flight was delayed for more than 3 hours the flight attendant was so angry, it was my first flight with JetBlue but i don’t think I flight with them again.
Since we started at syr the service, crews, and flights were just excellent
Jet blue is always good - the one weird thing was that they started boarding about 20-30 minutes before the official boarding time on the app. Just something to be aware of!
Not very happy because of the long delaying which causes our luggages were not on the connection flight and nearly missed our connection flight.
It was good. I’m very disappointed that they don’t give commentary ear pods for the movie. I forgot mine at home
Jetblue provided a very good service during the flight, the plane in a very good condition, the crew is professional, everything was on time. That's it!

The comfortability was very good. Except, when entering the craft the the first steward never greeted us upon entering the airplane. He spoke too fast where his words were all jumbled and difficult to understand.
