They lock the bathrooms too soon before landing! My bladder was bursting for over an hour. Then the plane had to sit on the taxiway for 1 hour. People started rushing to the bathroom. Creating a dangerous situation.
I am shocked at how utterly mediocre the First Class experience was on Alaska Airlines- I really expected better. There was a delay with the food delivery, so we sat on the plane for an extra 30 minutes- not once during that time was I, nor anyone else in First Class offered anything at all, not even water. There's no tv or entertainment available? Really? In modern day? And the Wifi was $8 for the connection that actually works, but free for the connection that didn't work at all? What century is this? While friendly, the staff seemed to be much more concerned with their own personal time while working- listening to headphones, on their phones until someone needed them, I'm so disappointed I can't even believe I was able to find these words.
I would fly again. My trip from Newark to Seattle had a 3 hr delay. Disappointed.
No complaints. Great service. A first class entry lane at boarding wouldn’t hurt.
Awful . Extra charge on my bags even after it was confirmed it wasn’t overweight.
The plane was delayed for over an hour because of a family who didn't speak English, and didn't understand what was asked of them. While I understand the delay, I thought it was unfair to keep us all waiting for over an hour to get to our destination and a better approach should've been exercised.
No entertainment and one bag of pretzel/beverage at the beginning of a 5 plus hour flight.

Crew was great. Helpful, friendly, sense of humor. 👍🏽 Seat was really uncomfortable -- too concave ( why make them like that???) but worst, This is the first flight I've ever been on in my life where the seat did not have the option to recline!!! Whaaaat??? I was so sleepy but never was able to get comfortable enough to actually sleep. I forget which model of a plane it was exactly, but it was a 737 of some type.
Delayed take-off. Very small plane so very scary with lots of bumps during the flight. Would never fly Delta on short flights in small 80 seaters plane again! Felt relieved when landed.
third trip overseas with delta recently where the TV did not work- not acceptable for a 8 hour flight! your food really has declined crew great and I am loyal to delta
The plane was old with small storage areas that had problems closing/latching and not enough storage for everyone, and worn, damaged seats. Service was great but feel a little unsafe on such well used planes.
Great staff. Wifi is terrible. Signing up for skylines is a painstaking process. Had to call customer service just to get my flight itinerary and confirmation sent to me. Consistent delays. A well staffed company that is run so poorly. Upper management needs to be renewed.
Boarding is, as it always is… horrible. Gate lice. Slow moving zones. Too many people with carry ons
Everything was ok!! Just bags came up a little be late.
Tasty snacks. On-time departure and early arrival. Luggage arrived quickly at the carrousel. The only negative was a man behind us that was heavily inebriated. He was served 3 double drinks during the flight. There was no telling how much he had before the flight. He was so out of it that he spilled a drink and broke the heavy liquor glass on the floor. I don't believe he should have been served so much alcohol on a two-hour flight.
It was terrible, I sat next to a person with a cat, I'm allergic to animal dander, my discomfort was extreme
I sat in comfort plus. It was fine. Seats were comfortable. I got drinks and snacks.
Good and consistent Printer in lounge did not work for me :(
All in All a great experience. Cost of luggage sucks … first time I ever had to pay for luggage. Otherwise the check in counter was awesome, the gate clerks were great and the Stewards & Esses were the best.
Great staffing. Terrible food. Please do cold sandwiches or salads. the "hot pickets" are terrible.
Love Hawaiian you can’t go wrong, still provides you good drinks and little snack at the end
No tv’s. Had to walk 45 minutes to connect to next flight. Couldn’t get dinner as a result. Ended up eating pretzels until I felt sick.
Liked the staff ! Seats a little uncomfortable for a 9 hour flight. Wife ‘s monitor at her seat didn’t work. Food was disappointing. Snacks were good . Choices of movies and music could have been better.
Overall a great experience. The starlink internet was amazing addition.
They cancelled our flight and one after and then crammed everyone on a late flight. Refused to give us a meal voucher because the delay was less than 3 hours. In the end the delay was 4 hours. No reason was ever given for the cancelled flights. Fly Southwest!
There was mention of a complimentary magazine but none were in the seat pockets. The flight is short so understandable not having food or a snack.
unexpected $120 charge to sit next to my wife on an isle seat in the economy section. Looks like there pre-assigning us both on the middle seat was intentional - leaving the isle seat next to my wife open at $120 was a ploy to make more money. Not good business.
Flight delayed. Then left much later than new time. 88 year old dad waiting at Kona airport for ages.
