A cheap option to upgrade to 1st was offered that ended up being a net 0 cost upgrade for me so I took it. Comfortable on an old (but oh so nice) aircraft.

Arrived 30 minutes early to the airport but then had to sit at a remote pad so that we ended up being 5 minutes late to the gate. A short transfer was made even more difficult, and a massive waste if time and fuel sitting and waiting. Figure out your gates early and better, and move around if needed. At the very least, bring up some stairs and buses to get passengers to the terminal and then tow the aircraft in when you have a gate available.

Poor entertainment - food not very good. Didn’t look as though there was concern regarding recycling plastics and metal. We should all be aware of the importance, especially in the airline industry who handle so much recyclable materials.

Absolutely nothing. Alaskan dropped the ball, and made me miss my flight. Now I am delayed 4 hours, and missed the event I was needing to be at. No refund on either tickets, for the flight or of course the event I needed to be at. 300 dollars down the drain

Passenger developed medical problem during taxi requiring plane to return to gate. Crew handled situation well and as expediently as possible.

Got to the destination on time.

Stewardess could have cared less. This was an Alaska Airlines flight on Virgin Airlines plane. Nice plane, certainly not the service I expected.

The service, The Flight attendant was sooo nice. The food was great and the seats were comfortable. The time flew by.

The flight attendants were very kind and hoped to make up for the pilot’s negligence.

Boarding was weird with a lack of overhead bins and then the pilot was inconsistent with updates to safety issues. We were delayed by an hour and twenty mins and then had to wait on the tarmac for another plane to leave the gate. Feels like I wasted two hours in limbo.

The crew are very nice on both flights and they were very courteous the seats.T

Delayed over an hour

I liked finally getting where I was trying to go.

I didn’t like everything. We were approximately 4 hours late. And the flight crew was not very warm and considerate of the fact we were so delayed.

The flight was cancelled.

Once the flights took off, everything was just great.

The boarding process was awful. There are zones, but they are all boarded simultaneously. What's the point of paying to board early if you don't get the chance. Then, I had to check my bag because the boarding order was a mess. One flight attendant tried to force me to put my bag overhead when I told her I could fit it under the seat. She stressed me out unnecessarily.

Delayed for some unknown reason

There was a delay from Charlotte to Dallas but not too much so it was fine. Once we arrived in Dallas, however, it took an absorbent amount of time for the crew to open the door. On top of that, the skyline in Dallas was broken down and it caused me to miss my flight completely. I’m a student so I don’t have much money so I had to “sleep” in the airport because I couldn’t get a hotel voucher due to the fact that I missed my flight due to the airport and not the airline itself. My next flight is tomorrow morning but now takes away time from an incredibly busy and tight schedule that I was on. Not happy at all with the Dallas airport.

Actually pushed back from gate on time in Philadelphia. Took about 25 minutes from then til take off. Landed only a few minutes behind schedule. Crew was pleasant. Food was okay.

It was a Finnair flight but operated by American Airlines. I booked through Justfly.com and paid extra for what I thought were our seats. Don’t pay Justfly for seating choice as the operating airline can switch your seats. Online checkin was difficult as I tried Finnair first with no luck, then got somewhere with American. Seats were not very comfortable but I guess that’s what you get in economy.

Not much leg room and the coffee was horrific.

The last time we flew Delta, we were underwhelmed. Our flight was delayed several hours and there was nothing exceptional about it when it did finally leave. That was 5 years ago, and there's been a lot of changes. There I'd now in-flight entertainment, reasonably comfortable seats, and everything was on time.

Virtually no food options.

I wish the airline goes back to serving real meals for breakfasts and dinners on the longer flights like going to the islands & returning to mainland. We were expecting warm decent meals like what they use to serve in the past rather than snack type breakfast and sandwiches & chips for dinner, on coach with extended leg room. This is one of the enticing parts of flying this airline.

Easy and fast boarding

United made me check my carry-on and would not transfer , so I had to wait for it and missed my connecting flight. Then I rebooked on a later flight which was cancelled due to weather. So needless to say I did not get to Ottawa and had to purchase a hotel room in Newark. United is telling me I may not get on another flight until tomorrow night. I am very disappointed.

Breakfast was quite good, rest of the food was maximum average like on the other Delta flights I flew on this travel.

The seats in business class are horrible in flat bed mode. The crew did not pay much attention, was quite bored, not well organized, service was less than average. They forgot the coffee for breakfast although they had only to care for 8 people.

Plan on wearing your running shoes. United is bad at giving you a lay over that is almost impossible to make. 45 minutes or less for a layover is going to give u a pretty good chance to miss your flights. We went to LAX and had to run from terminal 8 to 7. If it were long we would have missed it..
