The agents at the Kelowna YLW airport were really grumpy. Same with oversized baggage person. Staff on the plane were great.
I didn't think about not having the right app for wifi because my connecting flight was with Westjet and when I took off from Seattle I was thinking I would use my wifi, but realized I couldn't on my Westjet app and I did not have Delta's app downloaded.
Great flight, great landing, nice staff. Our seats were a little cramped.
Overall good experience. The wait for baggage at our destination was quite long, but other than that everything was good as expected
Very short flight. No food or entertainment required. Nice crew. Flight left late.
Do not fly on WestJet if you have a connection. It failed to integrate with my connecting Delta flight and I almost missed it.

The staff at the airport and on the plane were wonderful I especially wanna acknowledge the staff who boarded us at the Calgary airport. The women who helped us board at the airport were incredible… they were so kind and sweet…I very happy with WestJet and I am hoping I can fly more often to Canada.
The plane was delayed an hour. Heard from other passengers that the Vancouver connection to SFO was never on-time.
I knew I was going to fall asleep unsettlingly from exhaustion so I warned the guy next to me in advance. The attendant took to checking on me frequently and even insisted I take my snack because I said no while sleep hazed and then absolutely wanted it about 5 minutes later. He was So caring and kind to my situation!!
I’ve wasted 7 hours of my time because of the delayed. ;(
I had boarding pass on my phone. Husband and I were seated together. Agent printed out boarding passes and we were separated for the flight
I paid for comfort plus seats but did not get the extra leg room. When I told the stewardess, she just ignored me.

Delayed 3 hours. Gave us a food voucher for CA$15, to places that were already closed or not serving food. New plane did not have entertainment options. When disembarking, they had closed the direct route to baggage claim, rerouting us through another terminal 0.5miles away. Overall, a terrible experience.
Everything was on time, loading and unloading went smoothly, and the staff were positive. I wish the seats were more comfortable and had a little more space. I was in the middle seat and had to keep my elbows in so I didn’t bump my neighbour’s arms. Would not like a middle seat ever again. Would fly Air Canada Rouge again 👍
