My husband required a wheelchair to get to the airplane and the service he received was exemplary. Thank you.
Internet on both flights was sketchy. Thus in flight entertainment was non- existent on MN - Balrimote leg.
WestJet was able to re-book us to the next available flight at no charge when air traffic controller staffing shortage delayed our inbound flight
I am a tall woman and could not move my legs enough to reach down under the seat in front of me to retrieve anything I put down there. I sat in both aisle and window seats and felt extremely cramped. In the aisle seat, if the stewardess was heavy, it was impossible to pass, and she would knock my arm shoulder and thigh every time she went by. If I can avoid it, I will not be flying this airline again.
It took 30 minutes to check in with the Westjet rep. They didn’t have enough seats and she needed to make a call… I am always “randomly” selected to be checked at security. Their “randomly “ selection system may need some updating. They treat people like criminals. It is not appropriate behavior.
Get our, as a group, skis on time to their destination. Have more attendants checking people in. There was only one. The line was a block long :( . Also flight change with 5-hour delay
Lost my luggage. Filed a report and there is no response. Received a phone call from another airline that said they had the bag and they did not know what to do with it
They delayed flight because lack of staff then missed connection. Never flying with kayak or weather

Absolutely the worst airline I have ever taken. They lost my baggage and told me my bag tags had been cancelled. When my bags arrived days later I had to pick them up at 3:15 am. My return flight was delayed another 6 hours and they broke my bag. Westjet does nothing to try and make it a better customer experience and all the customers services representatives I spoke with were useless and incompetent. Never flying westjet again.

Delayed 3 hours. Gave us a food voucher for CA$15, to places that were already closed or not serving food. New plane did not have entertainment options. When disembarking, they had closed the direct route to baggage claim, rerouting us through another terminal 0.5miles away. Overall, a terrible experience.
Everything was on time, loading and unloading went smoothly, and the staff were positive. I wish the seats were more comfortable and had a little more space. I was in the middle seat and had to keep my elbows in so I didn’t bump my neighbour’s arms. Would not like a middle seat ever again. Would fly Air Canada Rouge again 👍
The speakers were way too loud. Music was played during boarding too. This noise could've been avoided.
The flight was delayed for 4 hours and the airplane was really old cuz not one thing was working.

I booked through Kayak but was charged in US dollars. Kayak should ensure that its site clearly indicates the currency. I missed the tiny US icon in the top right corner and paid another $60 for the return flight from Vancouver to Kelowna.
Easy boarding, punctuality, decent service. I can only complain about the measly snack.
Booked flight was cancelled. Was rebooked but sat in airport for several hours for new departure.
Staff were amazing but there check in machines need a major update! Absolutely horrible machines the staff were so sweet and helped but everyone. Was in need of help. They need to update it
