Nothing. Every single person I spoke with was insulting to me, repeated information they already gave me and showed no sympathy whatsoever. They cost me money, they cost me a day of work and no one even seemed to care but every single agent did find something different about me to blame. What an embarrassment.

I couldn't check in online because of a website error. I couldn’t get ahold of anyone on the phone to check in. When I did they said I had to use the website. I arrived in plenty of time to board (there was a 4 minute security line) but they would not check me in and told me to call a number and they made no offer to help me and told me I should have chexked in online. I called the number and they gave me. I was on hold till I missed the flight. The agent told me the people at the counter could help me. I aksed for a supervisor. He offered to reschedule me for Sunday, (today is Thursday) for a $99 fee (the ticket was $63). After arguing for an hour i finally got the supervisor to refund my money but I still had to buy another ticket on another airline to get there. I will never fly frontier again ever.

We were forced to re-book this leg of our trip because of "insufficient" layover time. The United Airlines staff helping the numerous customers that were forced to re-book were not friendly, did not function with any sense of urgency and were as minimally helpful as possible with the inconvenience. After exiting customs we had 30 minutes to get to our gate, instead of offering to take us to the front of the line to get through security faster we were simply told we would not get through it in enough time to make our flight. Initially we were not even told we were going to be re-booking our flight, we were only told that we needed to re-check our bags at the counter after exiting customs. The entire interaction was very frustrating.

I liked the soothing music and lighting while boarding the plane, it felt like a spa. I liked the ease of ordering anything i needed through the touch pad on the seat in front of me. I loved the selection of entertainment on the touchpad/screen provided, and that the technology was all running smoothly. I especially appreciate having all the above included with the purchase of my ticket thank you! The friendly staff provided excellent service.

I liked everything about this flight from boarding to disembarkation. Thankyou, all future flights will definitely be sought out on Virgin American going forward.

The cost of the trip was very low - with all the frills removed, air travel can be relatively cheap. Plan ahead - you will not be able to use TSA Pre-Check, you will have to pay extra to carry on a bag (so buy your bag online at the airline's website before you go to the airport - this is the cheapest way to do it as they charge you more to purchase the carry-on at the check-in counter and even more if you wait until the boarding gate), and you will have to pay for all beverages including water and provide your own in-flight entertainment. If you plan ahead and know what you're getting into, flying Spirit can be a pleasant experience. The flight staff is friendly and polite.

The seats are very close together - don't expect to have any leg room - and they do not recline. Bring a neck pillow if you have any intention of sleeping.

Going to Denver was delayed and now return trip delayed We were give 3 separate reasons. Poor communication. Just telling me a flight will be delayed is not communication. Lack of a free snack was disappointing. May have to rethink flying Delta next time.

I've always wanted to go to all five Manhattan boroughs in one day. Thanks to Delta, that happened.

The plane broke down as we were about to take off. Delta rebooked everyone on to new flights because it was pretty obvious that plane was not going to be fixed in time. The crew did their best given the situation. The situation was absolute bs though - we had to take a cab to JFK for our new flight and do the whole security thing again and all that annoying stuff. Thanks for wasting 8 hours of my life, Delta.

None of the experience was pleasant

First flight was delayed causing us to miss the 2nd flight and we ended sleeping on a chair at the airport waiting for a morning flight. AMERICAN AIRLINES didn't even have the decency to put us in a hotel for the night due to their delay. Then they added a 2nd lay over which was delayed for hours also. Traveling was to visit my mother who had cancer and I was sick so this made the trip even more distasteful.

Getting to where I needed to go

Stopping the plane to fuel at another airport understandable. But then you ran out of food for purchase on the first flight (I was sitting in the back). Then connecting at LAX was horrible. Everyone had connecting flights. Off the plane onto a bus. then through customs then shuffled outside with no guidance from employees. Finally I found someone to ask bc 15-20 people were around me in the same boat. Where the f do we go we wondered. The employee was insanely rude. I’m attentive and I listen. he was saying pay attention I told you go right blah blah blah. He was literally standing there with his arm out pointing right and never said a word to anyone. So once we figured out to go outside and right we had a stressful ten minute wal hoping we were going the right way. We were! We get to tsa and have to go through screening again. Which is insane bc we just got off a plane. The tsa agent told us this happens everyday with a smerk. On top of her attitude, her and the two other lazy ladies on her line were painfully slow. The other two lines went at least twice as fast(no exaggeration!) made it to gate 66 to find it was changed without notice to 63. Made the flight by two minutes or less sweating from running around!

Gate agent was fabulous

Thisvwas my first flight with frontier. After being delayed 2 hours they cancelled our flight with no explanation. The re booking process was a nightmare. Frontier employees at the airport gave passengers completely different information than those at their customer service center. Lots of unhappy people.

We had a specific situation on our flight tonight that was especially disruptive. Shortly after take-off, my fiancé who was traveling with me, felt the teenager (most likely a minor) directly behind him pushing his seat. My fiancé turned around to ask her to stop. Rather than apologizing and stopping, the teenager immediately began complaining about how my fiancé was encroaching on her space. My fiancé replied that it was well within his rights to lean his seat back. The teenager responded with further complaints. Her comments were out of line and rude. It was clear that she was not satisfied with my fiancé having his seat leaning back. My fiancé eventually put his seat back, and the teenager stopped complaining. We believed that the situation had been resolved, but apparently the teenager was not satisfied. Instead, she went to a flight attendant and lodged a complaint against my fiancé. Rather than hear our side, the flight attendant immediately asked us to move to a different seat. We were forced to move, against our will, to two separate middle seats further forward in the plane. We no longer were able to sit next to each other for the remaining five hours of the flight. And this was all because one particular teenager did not want my fiancé to put his seat back, which he is certainly allowed to do. Overall, the situation was handled poorly. We paid to sit together on a flight, but due to one other passenger's attitude, we were forced to sit in seats that we did not choose apart from one another. The flight attendant should have at least heard our side of the story and offered us an alternative. Instead, we were forced to accommodate another passenger who was in the wrong. Not to mention, throughout this entire process - which lasted about 30 minutes - I was not able to use the GoGo Inflight Internet Package I had just paid for. That was money wasted. The experience was embarrassing, disruptive, and awkward. We love Alaska Airlines, and we are usually pleased with their customer service. However, tonight, the customer service we received did not meet our needs; instead the flight attendant exacerbated the situation and we left our flight feeling frazzled, angry and disappointed.

The plane was VERY uncomfortable, the flight was delayed because of a flat tire and a "brake problem" that wasn't communicated to the crew until we were all lined up in the gangway to board. Everyone was extremely uncomfortable on the flight due to the cheap seats. I wasn't aware that I would have to pay for my seat on top of everything else that we are nickel and dimed on. It was a horrible experience and I will never use Frontier again.

The gate attendant was super helpful and changed my seat to one closer to the front because I needed off the plain quickly for business. Te flight crew were personal and engaging, and made the trip lighter and fun (even). Well done crew!

The great price and then a la carte everything else is frustrating, but if you fly Spirit, you know what you're getting. The baggage fee for a carry on was too high in my opinion.

The flight attendants were more friendly and down to earth than the staff of other airlines I've flown. The airline doesn't give out free snacks or beverages but at least the bag of Chex Mix I purchased was sizeable. Since I chose not to pay to pick my seat, a seat was selected for me at random and I ended up in row 5 without and y seat mates. This random seat assignment probably goes bad as many times as it ends up good so I wouldn't want to take my chances with it too often.

As a Colorado native, it's sad to see that Frontier has become a bare bones, pay extra for any and everything we can think of kind of airline. Charging $35-60 for carry/on luggage is RIDICULOUS. Why bother having a ticket class where nothing but a purse or briefcase can fly for free? Setting the prices to look low and then adding an additional $35-60 charge (depending on when/where one purchases their luggage allowance) is duplicitous and shady.

The cost of the trip was very low - with all the frills removed, air travel can be relatively cheap. Plan ahead - you will not be able to use TSA Pre-Check, you will have to pay extra to carry on a bag (so buy your bag online at the airline's website before you go to the airport - this is the cheapest way to do it as they charge you more to purchase the carry-on at the check-in counter and even more if you wait until the boarding gate), and you will have to pay for all beverages including water and provide your own in-flight entertainment. If you plan ahead and know what you're getting into, flying Spirit can be a pleasant experience. The flight staff is friendly and polite.

The seats are very close together - don't expect to have any leg room - and they do not recline. Bring a neck pillow if you have any intention of sleeping.
