Customer service at Juneau was great but the handling of our luggage was very poor at Seattle after a delayed flight due to maintenance causing us to miss our connecting flight. We had frozen goods and they told us they would put it the freezer but didn’t. We lost 250lbs of halibut & salmon

Everything was great. Due to an accident on the Glen Hwy attendants could not make it to the airport. A delay while new crew was located

My experience with Alaska Airlines was great! Crew are always friendly and attentive. Alaska Airlines goes out of their way to make guest feel appreciated.

Completely full flight. Boarding was smooth, but people didn’t listen about use of overhead bins which is typical. We pre-purchased a snack which was tasty. Drinks were good and plentiful. Flight left late because previous flight was delayed.

Everyone was so kind, flight was wonderful, check in and baggage were easy. Thank you guys so much for a great trip

Airline dumped us at a different city and told us to find our own way to Seattle

I flew on “First Class” but there’s nothing premium about it except a slightly larger seat. They only served pretzels (same as the ones in coach) and a choice of beverage. The flight was delayed and we landed in Seattle well past dinner time. The airport in Ketchikan has very limited dining options… and has limited seating, as well. There are no amenities beyond the basic.

When arrived in Houston 29 people including myself did not have our luggage the employees at Houston airport did not have a single clue as to where our luggage was or how to look for it our flight came in at 2358 and as of 0245am they still didn’t have a clue it was very frustrating I could understand one or 2 folks missing luggage but 29 folks from the same flight they couldn’t find a customer representative in the airport to help us out really messed up would not recommend Alaska airline from Seattle to Houston No problem from Seattle to Ketchikan

Personnel prior to boarding were awesome. We didn’t really interact with onboard crew. Plane wasn’t equipped with entertainment. Smooth ride though and we were met in Seattle with a wheelchair for my husband immediately. They were extremely friendly and helped us get to the courtesy pickup area.

My bags didn’t make my connection to LAX. It would be helpful if you alerted me to that in flight— I waited an hour (from midnight to 1AM to discover they weren’t on the carousel. Your spei on the flight says “20 minutes or miles credited” and I waited and hour!
