Flight was smooth and on time: however, this flight was filled with advertising. We got it over the speaker system both when we took off and when we landed. Flight attendants were handing out sales flyers when we landed. It was not a good look.

The first leg of my trip from Dallas to CLT was smooth from check-in to landing. The snack, biscott cookie really needs an upgrade. Even if the upgrade is a choice of the cookie or pretzels.

For super long flights Premium Economy is the way to go. But the lack of WIFI onboard (don't you think it should be free on a 14 hour flight?) and the sparse personal entertainment selection made this the biggest detractors. Also, can we keep that map from flashing in our faces the whole trip there? Jesus Christ.

Great for a small Commuter. Quiet and relaxing. Seats were better than most.

The plane was late getting to Ontario by half an hour which makes it inconvenient when you have people waiting for you.

I paid extra for what I thought was leg room and it certainly was not. I had a very cramped experience on my flight from Dallas to Detroit and it was the section right behind first class section. I did however have an amazing flight from Atlanta to Dallas on the initial outbound flight.

The plane left late and there were four gate changes. Fortunately they were all in the same terminal. The crew was truly outstanding. There were only nuts to eat due to the very short flight time. Beverages were as expected.

The meals were mediocre and the alcohol selection was poor.

I was fine with everything except for the last breakfast, where I did not have an option. the only availability was what I could not enjoy eating.

I fly to Japan for work a lot and this is the first time I've ever had a crew not hand out customs forms. I had to spend a ton of time filling out paperwork after landing. When I'm on JAL, they give you the paperwork 2 hours before landing. If I'm traveling for 18 hours the LEAST you can do is help me save some time. My American legs home are also awful. Fly Delta or JAL. American is terrible for international flights.
