2 hours delay on my flight causing me to miss my connecting flight. Cause was for maintenance. I understand maintenance is important but maintenance should be done before boarding people!

This flight moved Gates several times in a short time period, from B to C, which required a substantial walk or rail ride. Then the flight was delayed more than 2 hours and the food was subpar compared to other flights.

Flight cancelled. Twice. And no communication. No gate agent. Went past boarding time and had to go and see email from AA. Airport communication was bad

Plane temperature was so hot that everyone on the plane was sweating. Departure gates changed 3 times in the hour before the flight. Internet service was so poor in the terminal that updates weren't always being received.

I was fine with everything except for the last breakfast, where I did not have an option. the only availability was what I could not enjoy eating.

I fly to Japan for work a lot and this is the first time I've ever had a crew not hand out customs forms. I had to spend a ton of time filling out paperwork after landing. When I'm on JAL, they give you the paperwork 2 hours before landing. If I'm traveling for 18 hours the LEAST you can do is help me save some time. My American legs home are also awful. Fly Delta or JAL. American is terrible for international flights.
