Sat on tarmac at arrival at DFw for more than 30 min waiting for a gate.
Business Class layout was excellent. The seats were not nearly as comfortable as UA, Delta or Air New Zealand (the best). Nor were the controls as flexible. Food was okay but not great. Breakfast pancakes were like cardboard.
The average age of the flight crew had to be 58. With that said I just felt the flight crew was old and grumpy during meal service. The one male flight attendant was annoyed that Dr. pepper was the popular drink of choice during dinner service. He had to bend down multiple times and sort through popular sodas to get the Dr. Pepper. I overheard he complained under his breath. Another flight had no clue what they are serving for breakfast. She said we had American waffles and Japanese Cold soba noodles with dumplings. It turn out to be hot noodles with shu-mai. It the cold affected my choice.
My flights were all delayed , mostly due to technical issues with AA aircrafts. I had to rebook my trip 4 times . I lost my whole day and finally arrived in LAX around midnight. This was a very bad experience with American airlines , I will always try to avoid flying with them
No ground air conditioner for the plane. Very hot and humid prior to take off which was an uncomfortable period of time.
Terrible experience flying with American Airlines. Too many delays and cancellations.
My original flight kept getting postponed multiple times, I would have missed my international flight if I waited. It was postponed through the next day. I ended up having to drive 3 hours away to get my next flight.
One thing you can always count on is your AA flight getting delayed. This is not surprising when they operate these planes like a greyhound bus with wings.
Qatar airlines was great from Doha to Texas. However it wasn’t good from Nairobi. I experienced discrimination from Nairobi to Doha
The gates should be ready when we land. Waiting on the runway for a hour is ridiculous.
Very good flight that left on time and arrived earlier than anticipated, which was a plus! The crew members were very welcoming and helpful. However, the temperature on the flight was very cold - almost to the point of extreme discomfort. Additionally, requiring passengers to pay $8 for headphones to access the JetBlue entertainment was disappointing. Those earbud jacks are not used with most technology and would not be able to be used. There was no option to use Bluetooth for my own earbuds. Beyond those inconveniences, the flight was good.
My original flight was cancelled. My replacement flight was delayed over 2 hours. I lost my whole day in NY
Delays were crazy long (over an hour) both for boarding and baggage claim
The boarding gate experience was good, however they were too exact at checking

Worst customer service ever experienced on the planet, dirty plane, no communication, and severe delays
Ground crew gave me interference about carrying a laptop and a small shoulder bag, even though I told them I traveled with them all the time. I then placed my laptop bag in my carryon and took out a medical device, and ground crew still tried to give interference. Going through JFK’s security is a mess. The TSA security said no shoes on the bins. So, we place our shoes in the belt and they came out all over the belt. Boarding was delayed and Flight as well.
On-time departure, smooth ride for sure. All was good except, once again, there was no movies/TV as it wasn’t functioning.
I loved the flight and the crew. It was comfortable and smooth.
