It was a full Spirit experience. Got to witness police officers having to deboard a passenger and cost us about an hour of delay. Front seat was spacious and better than expected.

Bad airline to travel with my flight was delayed for more than 3 hours they act like it’s normal

flight delayed because of poor staffing and organization - confusion from gate agents and flight attendant supervisors scheduling a missing flight attendant. flight delay 1 hr 30 min

My flight was delayed by over an hour and the turbulance was horrible.

This flight cancelled. I am in the airport right now and my kids sleep on the floor. We are waiting for information in the line 4 hours and rude woman from spirit airline offers us flight to Austin on 23 February. No water no food offer. The offer to book hotel and they will refund 150$. The nearest hotel 450$ per night. So I got flight to San Antonio 02/22 at 7am. I hate this company, they are rude and no empathy. So many people with kids were there. And I don’t sleep and it is cold here. I don’t have warm clothes for me and my kids. And I don’t have money for transport from San Antonio to my Austin.

The flight was delayed over an hour which got us into DFW at approximately 2:20 am

Terrible. Spirit cancelled the flight with 3 hours notice and were absolutely no help getting another flight. Had to make my own reservation on another airline and arrived in Dallas 12 hours later.
