Find cheap flights from Knoxville to Wichita

Typical AA - late by 90+ mn. Gate changed twice... Changed the departure time 6 times No explanation, no communication on reasons for delay I travel with AA twice a year... and it is consistently very poor.. I will continue to use AA only when i have to.

Not to have gotten delayed by 2+ hours for the fourth straight American flight. They're the worst.

Did not get any refreshments. Crew was very nice but limited. Small seats

Wish a flight with more than 2 hours with some snack rather than just cookie/biscuit.

I didn’t like anything, being platinum pro get you absolutely nowhere and does not increase the customer service treatment whatsoever anymore. My flight was canceled and they put me on a flight eight hours later that would’ve got me back in the middle of the night. They could’ve easily move me up to an hour Prior on an earlier flight. My second flight was unreasonable to take, the third flight was also canceled due to mechanical issues like the first flight. I don’t know what’s going on with American, but they are falling apart, after seven flight changes I finally got home, Unreasonable.

This was a horrible American Airlines experience, and it discourages me from flying with them again. It may have stemmed from a mechanical delay, but it appeared that the team was unprepared to respond to the delay. After boarding, we waited an hour before finally taking off. After landing at our destination, we waited an additional hour on the tarmac waiting for a gate (at 8:00pm) to be assigned and cleared. The flight crew did their best, but they were clearly tired and also ready to be done for the day. Because of the delay, I missed a connecting flight. It was a very poor experience.

I missed my connecting flight despite requesting a wheelchair and had to wait at the airport for an additional four hours

Everything was on time; the flight attendants and the gate personnel were very pleasant and helpful.

There was a situation before take off with a passager but the flight crew and others handled it very well. The flight attendants were great!

I left my phone in seat 6C or B where I sat with my husband. The lady with the oxygen tank needed help coming back from the bathroom as we were ready to land. We stopped the movie we were watching on my phone to help her and I guess I forgot it. Please, please return my phone. Samsung note galaxy 20 ultra. It is on airplane mode. Thanks so much
