The ios hawaiian app is not even an app, it's like a slimmed down browser just displaying a web page formatted for a smartphone screen size. What a poor excuse of an app. Do you have an application department devoted to maintaining this app? If so they are horrible. Go look at the ios reviews of the app, i'm not the only one. I can't wait for more competition to come to hawaii against your flights. You folks won't do a thing until some alternative airlines come down."

There was a long delay on the tarmac, during which we had to pull back to the gate or to a maintenance area before we finally took off. When we arrived in Vegas there was no gate for us to pull into, which led to another long delay of an already long and delayed flight."

HE UPGRADED OUR WHOLE GROUP TO COMFORT and allowed us to all sit with each other. Greatest flight experience I've had and such great staff with Delta. Will fly Delta going forward whenever I have a a chance (flew Southwest the rest of our trip - service, cleanliness, friendliness didn't compare)."

They had a pretty limited selection of TV shows/movies compared to other airlines, and it played their COVID safety ads every. single. time. you started a new episode or show, even if you got disconnected partway through. I also had issues with the charger in my seat - it was loose and my phone would be charging on and off. However, it was a well-priced flight, comfortable, and staff was nice. No complaints on getting to my destination on time!"

Mushrooms all mixed in with the seafood, so I had to pick them all out. Also 2 of the accompanying sides had mushrooms. Do they have a mushroom fetish like Cheesecake Factory? Need more consideration for people who may have varying food requirements that are unavailable to address during the booking process. I know you can't please everyone, but why overuse an ingredient that has a relatively low appeal to potential passengers? Will try again, just hope they can use similar customer service in their food preparation as they have otherwise."

But honestly the crew could accommodate a class of water to a few passagers. The pilot didn't have to wait 40 mins to let us k now we were waiting on maintenance to sign off on their form. Some of the passage obeyed the rules by turning of our phone. I turn my phone back on when i heard a passager say maintance was required. I would say flight was good sits were smaller than last August"
Pros: "I know it's not the crews fault for the delay, but everything was just truly horrendous. I was a little hesitant to fly United after their scandal, but now I know that I should not have. After a 2+ hour delay, I had to pay $60 at the gate to check a CARRY-ON that I had already asked about at the baggage drop at the beginning of that dreadful day. They assured me that it would be no problem, and foolish me, I actually believed them, so instead of paying $25 to check it ahead of time, I got screwed for $60. For a close to 6 hour flight, a meal should be provided. Entertainment was free because of the fiasco, but normally it's $7.99 which is ridiculous. Lastly, the leg room was really nonexistent. Truly the worst experience I've ever had flying, and I've flown plenty of airlines, both domestic and international. I definitely think my return trip back to Jersey will be my last time flying United."

I've never experienced this in my life. I said I'm not paying and I went through TSA and I boarded without any problem. United has just been axed off of my list of Airlines with which I will travel. Come to think of it the only other airline that I can choose not to travel on his Spirit so United has reached new lows!"

At no moment did the co pilot excused himself nor did he apologized for the the delay. We deserved at least a free meal or some kind of compensation. Instead, the pilot and flight attendants just told us to rich it because we had to leave to L.A! We (8) family members came and this includes an elderly person (my mother who has been fighting cancer for about 2 years, along with diabetes) came to see her grandaughter get married. Now they were rushing her as well? Uncalled for. Now my other brother and his family which was a party of 10 on another flight, also flew to Hawaii. Now that alone tells you how much money was spent. The stay in Hawaii was amazing! We would visit again but the way we were treated on this airline, I don't think we would fly again and choose this airline. To be honest, not even recommend it. I'm ashamed to let others know such as friends and co workers know of this airline's service. To top it off one flight attendant was very rude! She saw us when she handed the other passengers pretzels and skipped my mother, my sister and I. I asked her nicely if we may have some and told her she had skipped us. She said, "I did?" Came back with 6 bags of thenm and was like, "Here!" Like shoving them to me. I felt humiliated! I didn't say anything because I didn't want to embarrass her. But it was extremely rude!!! I read some reviews and I guess it's normal on your end to be the way you treat your customers. We even asked before abording from Hawaii to L.A, what can you do to make up for all this and we were told, "nothing could". So ashamed."
