Easy online check in and was able to pay for baggage at the same time. Staff friendly and helpful. Comfortable flight and decent food. A little late taking off but we still arrived at our destination on time.
Service was outstanding!
The lunch was average at best. Comedy show selections were terrible (in my opinion). I miss the days of Curb Your Enthusiasm and Arrested Development.
I find Air Canada is often delayed and this flight was no exception. We took off two hours later than our scheduled departure.

Air Canada has completely gone down the tubes and super quickly.
Crew was fine.
Seats are so narrow you have to huddle to one side to avoid physical contact with large passengers seated next to you.
Luggage did not get there. Still is missing. No food. No complementary beverage offered period. Lousy all around.

Terrible, frightening turbulence and illogical birding. Why not bore back of plane to front of plane?
This is the second time your plans have been late! You were late leaving from Venice to London Heathrow on August 1 which I barely made the flight to Glasgow and then coming back your flight is late leaving Edinburgh to Heathrow And my luggage doesn't make it again! You don't even serve water on the airplane which is ridiculous! Your flight crew were nice but you really need to be on time or not schedule flights with such short layover times!
Everything ran quite smoothly.
Not much to dislike. The flight was short. Perhaps that the seats need to be a bit more comfortable.

Late leaving and arriving and baggage took forever to be delivered to belt.
It was quick and on time.
Annoying screaming 4 year old with his mom’s inability to control him. They sat in front of us. From Houston to Baton Rouge - attendant was too slow. Couldn’t get a cup of water to anyone except I am assume first class passengers. No notice. No apology. Disappointing!

the other crew that served us had no smiles or eye contact. an incident even happened with a passenger that could have been avoided if the crew was friendlier

Once the flights took off, everything was just great.
The boarding process was awful. There are zones, but they are all boarded simultaneously. What's the point of paying to board early if you don't get the chance. Then, I had to check my bag because the boarding order was a mess. One flight attendant tried to force me to put my bag overhead when I told her I could fit it under the seat. She stressed me out unnecessarily.

he had no choice but to look at the closed door of his flight, and wait an additional 7 hours and they didn't even give him a voucher for food. I'm his mother, I'm currently visiting family in Scotland, so couldn't help him much. I'm pretty disgusting and disappointed by the whole experience.
We are guessing they either overbooked or they didn't have sufficient passengers on a Tuesday afternoon who's final stop was Glasgow. They rebooked him for 1200 the next day. DFW to MN, St Paul to Schipole, Amsterdam to final destination, Glasgow. So he ends up having to pay for another Lyft back to our apartment in Dallas, then another additional one for the 12 noon flight the next morning. If he didn't have family living in Dallas, he would've incurred a hotel fee too.
He was bumped to the next day due to his flight being cancelled. Then re-booked the next day, with an additional layover. Then due to a 32 minute layover that left 3 minutes sooner...
... ear plugs, masks, good food or even picking seats? I remember when it was all complementary and standard on overnight flights. Oh, and the vegetarian breakfast was unfortunately poor as well. I know you can do better, because you used to.
The crew were hardworking, responsive, conscientious and friendly
Really poor entertainment choices esp compared to my inbound AirFrance flight. Boarding was pretty disorganized and late.
Nothing was spectacular.
No lounge in Philadelphia took my Priority Pass. On the flight, the woman in front of me threw her chair back without asking and almost had hot coffee all over me. When I asked her to put her chair up, she got mad. She went to staff to insist she could put her chair back. I showed them that I was indeed in a back brace for a health condition and that I needed opportunities to move and shift, cross legs to release tension, etc. Staff sided with the rude woman, who, given the chance to move to an equal seat on the opposite aisle where she could recline, refused to move. I was very frustrated and have never been treated with such discrimination regarding my health concerns.
Nice flight. Good service but it seems women dont get service men do. Ie my wife.
Screening was arduous. Line for business class check in at counter was chaotic with no sense of order. A real mess. took over a half an hour and agents were processing coach passengers randomly and seemed oblivious to business class passengers who paid a significant price for the tickets.
Service was fantastic as usual for me however it seems women are not treated equally service wise as wife on all 4 legs did not get all the things i was afforded. Lighting, pajamas, bed mattress, meal choice queries etc
The need to pull out boarding passes multiple times-like 6 times- and having to be screened Twice. To even buy some mouthwash i had to show boarding passes. Ridiculous
We felt home every thing was comfortable from A to Z- unforgettable trip
