For the second time I traveled with Air Canada there was a 4 hour delay in Toronto. I will not be traveling with Air Canada ever again

Entertainment has old movies. I don’t pay less to fly rouge, and sometimes I may not have a choice. At least they should have the same movie content as the planes that provide movies outside of the rouge app.
Service was outstanding!
The lunch was average at best. Comedy show selections were terrible (in my opinion). I miss the days of Curb Your Enthusiasm and Arrested Development.
The stewardess was top-notch, professional and friendly

Flight crew were cordial
Heathrow was a nightmare, didn’t find out gate until a few minutes before boarding. Flight was delayed over 3 hours, communication was nonexistent. Flight was uncomfortable, seats were tiny.

It's a non-stop from Austin to Heathrow. Flight attendants were helpful and professional. Flight was on time.
This 747 should be refurbished or retired. I've traveled this flight on 777s and newer 747s. This plane was an embarassment.
Kind crew helping a frightened passenger
Terrible, frightening turbulence and illogical birding. Why not bore back of plane to front of plane?
Quick and easy
Plan on wearing your running shoes. United is bad at giving you a lay over that is almost impossible to make. 45 minutes or less for a layover is going to give u a pretty good chance to miss your flights. We went to LAX and had to run from terminal 8 to 7. If it were long we would have missed it..

The flight was cancelled.
United made me check my carry-on and would not transfer , so I had to wait for it and missed my connecting flight. Then I rebooked on a later flight which was cancelled due to weather. So needless to say I did not get to Ottawa and had to purchase a hotel room in Newark. United is telling me I may not get on another flight until tomorrow night. I am very disappointed.
Very friendly crew going out of way to assist in making trip comfortable
Had travelled KLM to Amsterdam on my first flight 27 years ago and the aircrafts are stuck in that age! Lousy seats, poor quality bathrooms, lousy screens, prefer not to fly them
Good service onboard, good food. On time.
... ear plugs, masks, good food or even picking seats? I remember when it was all complementary and standard on overnight flights. Oh, and the vegetarian breakfast was unfortunately poor as well. I know you can do better, because you used to.
He missed it due to having a 32 minute layover, which he ran all the way to board.
he had no choice but to look at the closed door of his flight, and wait an additional 7 hours and they didn't even give him a voucher for food. I'm his mother, I'm currently visiting family in Scotland, so couldn't help him much. I'm pretty disgusting and disappointed by the whole experience.
Food and one bathroom out of service makes an awful flight
The crew was excellent
Our connecting flight was only 1 hour after reaching Doha. They placed a crew member to receive all the passengers that needed to make that connection. Very very useful. Our luggage was made it to the short connection.
We felt home every thing was comfortable from A to Z- unforgettable trip
Service was fantastic as usual for me however it seems women are not treated equally service wise as wife on all 4 legs did not get all the things i was afforded. Lighting, pajamas, bed mattress, meal choice queries etc
The need to pull out boarding passes multiple times-like 6 times- and having to be screened Twice. To even buy some mouthwash i had to show boarding passes. Ridiculous
Nice flight. Good service but it seems women dont get service men do. Ie my wife.
Screening was arduous. Line for business class check in at counter was chaotic with no sense of order. A real mess. took over a half an hour and agents were processing coach passengers randomly and seemed oblivious to business class passengers who paid a significant price for the tickets.
