Pros: "The seat was comfortable for such s long flight (~10 hrs). The selection of movies/television/music for personal use was exceptional. Being provided a lightweight blanket & small pillow a nice touch. Beverage service and a small unexpected VIP of ice cream a very nice surprise!"
Cons: "Didn't like being served dinner-type food (pasta & salad) late morning….but I shouldn't complain since it was a privilege yo be served a meal.Didn't like being told my window shade had to be closed I chose a window seat so I could look out the window and have natural light. It was daytime. As there was no one sitting next to me, I ultimately kept the shade partway open. I could tell the crew was irritated. Several hours later, a different FA came over and just shut my shade; I reopened it. What a stupid tug of war."

Cons: "Arrived 3 hours early to CDG, and a long line to check a bag. It took so long, eventually they allowed people to cut in line as their flight departure times neared. 2+ hours later, I finally got to a kiosk to print my boarding pass and baggage tag, but now another line to drop off my bag on the conveyor belt. With less than 30 minutes to departure, and still haven't gone through security, I gave up and made my checked bag a carry-on as well. And then tight seats on the plane, with no individual screens (the movie played on a tiny screen 2 rows up in the aisle.)"

Pros: "Quick to board and on time, plenty of leg room, great new movie and shoe selection during the flight."
Cons: "The food was satisfying, but not great. Entrees were quite salty and bread came a little soggy."

Cons: "30 minutes late taking off. Therefore arrived late."

Cons: "La Guardia Airport is a kind of messy. Some people in AA are rude, specially ground personnel."

Pros: "We were able to be put in an exit row which was great - especially since my husband and I are very tall and it was a cross-country flight."
Cons: "I find it ridiculous that on a cross-country flight they can't even offer pretzels or peanuts. There was NOTHING!!!! I have been on short hops on other airlines and you get something."

Cons: "No video on a transcontinental 767?? Are you kidding? Stupid excuse for being 2hrs late due to mechanical. They blamed it on something completely foreseeable and plannable. This plane is older than the plan I took my first flight on as a kid in 1984. I thought united was bad but then I experienced American. At least the crew were not jerks."

Cons: "Baggage was damaged, which required a claim to be submitted. Company policy requires me to take the damaged baggage home, empty it, and return it to the airport. The airport is 1-1/2 hours from my house. They inconvenience me by handling my baggage like an ape and then continue to inconvenience me by requiring me to go way out of my way to get it repaired. American Airlines apparently does not understand what customer service means."

Pros: "Was appropriately warned that British Airways was having computer problems"

Pros: "Good movie selections. Prompt clean up service after the meals"
Cons: "Some of the flight attendants (not all) were quite rude and inpatient. My husband and I had ordered vegetarian meals and at the start of the meal that asked us our names and apparently the wrong names were on the meals so we didnt get it. But when the cart came down with the choices we told them what happened and they got upset and said we denied the vegetarian meal. Plain crazyness."

Pros: "New aircraft, very comfortable"
Cons: "The Flight Attendants were HORRIBLE. They were rude and dismissive to all passengers, One in particular (Suzette) actually made a passenger sitting next to me cry. I was embarrassed to be an American. It was a nightmare of a flight because of the flight attendants."

Pros: "I liked having in flight entertainment available. The flight crew was very friendly and allowed me to change seats once boarding was completed to be more comfortable."
Cons: "My only complaint was that it was a long time between pushing off from the gate and lift off but that was due to weather. Not the pilot's fault."

Pros: "I'm in the military so thank you for allowing active duty to board with 1st class passengers. Also having the free movies available to watch is great too!"

Cons: "Taking 48 hours to get home and it would have taken longer if I didn't insist on being put on standby. Being told it was probably "god's will" that my flightless canceled."
