The flight was normal, until it wasn't. I fell asleep after boarding, woke up still on the ground, the flight couldn't leave the gate due to mechanical issues, including a/c failure. The air felt thin, similar to high altitudes, not sure if that's why I fell asleep but it happened to the passenger next to me too. They hooked us up to external air but it didn't seem to help much. They finally decided to deboard us after nearly 2 1/2 hours. We reboarded about 45 minutes later and landed about 3 hours 15 minutes late. Some passengers got water or something but I was never offered either. Honestly, with that big of a delay, they should have provided full service to make sure their sweating passengers had fluids. Yes, it was a typical over 90 degree day in Texas. The lady in front of me said she was getting a heat rash. It was rough . . .

Flight was delayed and so much of inconvenience related to the gate change.
Flight was smooth and on time: however, this flight was filled with advertising. We got it over the speaker system both when we took off and when we landed. Flight attendants were handing out sales flyers when we landed. It was not a good look.
The flight was delayed almost three hours. I understand delays happen from time to time, but this flight was delayed no less than 10 times. I wish the amount of time of the delay was more accurate, versus delaying in 10 or 20 minute increments many, many times.
Delayed by 5 hours and I had to wit in the airport for more than 6+ hours.
technology worked well and everything ran smoothly. The seats are quite cramped so please don't try to re-engineer the cabin to squeeze more bodies on board.
Flying in the United States with the major airlines has become so underwhelming. A 2-3hr flight in most other parts of the world with the major carriers of the area comes with newer, CLEANER aircraft and significantly better in flight service in terms of both staff attitude and a actual meal service.
Delays experienced in boarding/take off due to incoming plane delayed. However, the boarding time/depart time in the app was significantly delayed in providing these updates. Usually not updated until an hour after we should have already boarded. Poorly managed.

Flight was smooth, quick and felt safe. The 2 delays not happening would have been better but I guess that happens in the airline industry
