No entertainment system even in 1rst class
Seats were very comfortable. Was able to recline back and had excellent leg room. Area looked clean and organized.
Captain didn't say much before or during the flight like most do. Not a big deal-it was a short flight.
Food and movies were good.

The flight was practically empty!
Paid for comfort, Delta offered free drinks to everyone. Unfortunately though the flight attendant did not bring us the alcohol we ordered and mixed 3 different kinds of whiskey into two glasses! We always are given our bottles separate from the mixer. Oh well. Did to being in so late it took us an hour to get a cab in Detroit.
This was the best in flight crew I’ve experienced in economy class. They were efficient, friendly & humorous! Keep up the great work! They made flying in not so comfortable seats bearable.
Everything about the flight was great

Food was somewhat disappointing. Ordered a gluten free meal which somehow turned into a vegetarian meal - that was disappointing.
Flight 1039 dec 16 was delayed due to late inbound arrival to Aruba. United gave the reason "delayed Maintenance" which United denied as mechanical failure. We missed connected flight to Albany. United gave us only option: morning flight to Washington and then To Albany which is inacceptable option. We took rental car. Also: Workers at Newark do not coordinate. Super Slow and give disinformation.
I was put up in a hotel
I never received my luggage. I waited hours and Swissport never filed a report. I did see the Brussels flight I should have gone on did depart late. But as I was waiting for luggage and they gave me a hotel room I hadn’t checked the screen. I was most concerned of the person travelling to pick me up in Bordeaux as it is a journey for them as well
Crew was great and took care of my carry-on as all the space near my seat was full, so she brought it back to the front and stowed it for me.
Seats were small, as typically horrible on flights these days. In-flight movies are normally free over a 5 hour flight, but that didnt seem to be the case, not a bad thing as overnight everyone slept, however my screen was unable to shut off so we had to cover it with a blanket to block the light.
Standard, quick domestic flight home. Nothing special.

Flight was 3 hours late leaving due to frost on wings. De icing truck wouldn’t work so they waited until sunrise and parked the plane in the sun. Real hi tech solution.
