Don't EVER book a flight with this company. If you do you are taking a huge risk."

Cons: "I flight from Panamá to bs as at least 10 times a year, and I have Presidential Platinum status, never in all the flights I receive my luggage with priority. It doesn't matter if the have the priority sign, no one respect that. Panama airport use to be a good airport, now you can't really buy anything because they don't accept credit cards, and the Copa saloon is always full, so I'm thinking on flying avianca from now on."

Cons: "I was 5 minutes late checking in for my flight from LAX to Cali. Another airlines was 7 hours late delivering me to LAX. My situation dictated that I arrive in to Cali at a specific time. I couldn't wait for 24 hours for the next flight. So I booked a new flight to get me to Cali on time. Here's the problem.. when I went to check for the Cali to LAX flight the gate agent informed me that because I failed to check in for the flight to Cali. That that cancels the entire ticket. I was forced to purchase an entire new ticket to fly back to LAX"

Pros: "Knowing that there is not enough head-room for carry-on luggage, I joined to volunteer to check-in my carry-on luggage. Service agent at the counter is very helpful and great service attitude. I asked if they have plastic twistee so I can lock my carry-on luggage before check it in. Unlucky there is none. I hope Air Canada can consider providing this ( I got from Cathy pacific before at check-in luggage counter) since they may help re-assure traveler like me who don't prepare a lock for the hand carry suitcase."
Cons: "1) Flight delay for 1 hour - that is not good 2) Choice of movie are really limited - many are old and very very old movies even though are blockbuster 3) I bought carrot and celery stick; which are wet and in plastic bag => so I cannot avoid making the table wet too! Thought it should be in a simple plastic container => even though I agree to minimal use of plastic for environmental reason. 4) The insufficient headroom for carry-on really slow the boarding time and cause delay in departure. Need better idea to help with this. may be for those who volunteer to check-in their carry on, they get a coupon for priority to board next time?"

I've had my fair share amount of flights and honestly this was probably the worse one i've gone on with the amount of hours it took to get to our destination. I did not receive an online boarding pass once i checked in online.. i was panicked the whole day upon boarding my flight because i was limited with the time i had to wait in line. The staff on the toronto side were so distasteful and rude, never received a smile once. Not to mention they confiscated my 300$ face wash system.. I understand now the restrictions to bringing over 120ml bottles but they refused to even pour out half the contents (which they took into consideration on the toronto side) my bottles were only 125ml.... what a joke this airline is. i was flying alone and hadnt travelled from an airport in 15 years- emails i received DID NOT specify the restrictions of what you're allowed to bring in carry ons. how is someone new to this experience supposed to know?????????they simply told me there is a website i can go to to see the restrictions... but that website is not mentioned ANYWHERE. The airport staff were extremely rude and cold while ripping apart my bags because of toiletry bottles. I have an extreme anxiety disorder that made me have a panic attack during the baggage inspect and I was given looks as if i was crazy. absolutely disgusting people working in the airport environments. They caused me a world of stress. I will never in my life fly Air Canada again."

Pros: "Flight from STL to YYZ was unremarkable, which isn't a bad thing when it comes to air transportation. Bit of a delay leaving, waiting for de-icing trucks to show up and do their work, but I'm not sure that's Air Canada's fault."

Pros: "The flight had to abort take off due to an issue with the pilot seat. We had to return to the gate for them to fix the problem. Left the gate a second time only to sit on the runway with no explanation from the pilot."

Pros: "Not certain the type of aircraft used for the flight from Orlando to Toronto, but it had more leg room and more comfortable seats that the flight to Orlando which was on an Airbus. The seats were a wee bit wider and the extra few inches of leg room made the difference between a completely unbearable flight and one that was "poor." (See comments about the crowding and heat.)"
Cons: "We were returning after a cruise, spent part of the day on a shore excursion before being dropped off at the airport 5 hours before our flight. There was no rep at the check-in counter until 3 hours before the flight which meant we had to sit in the terminal for two hours. If they could have had one rep on duty to check in early arrivals, we could have proceeded through security and spent time in the MCO Lounge which would have been more comfortable than the terminal. Once their check-in counter opened it took about 2 hours to clear that and security. Once on board the sold out flight, we were told it was too cold in the front of the plane; while in the back it was baking. For a flight departing Florida, I would expect the airline to have A/C running before we boarded."

The international boarding from Toronto to Paris was badly disorganized with two gate attendants and finally another two came over to help but stayed in phone most of the time. We were already delayed. Won't fly Air Canada again"

Cons: "Better Food Needed Even though this was a short flight, the meal could have been better. The small amount of smoked salmon was inadequate. This meal has been served over and over. Increasing the amount of smoked salmon would at least be a step in the right direction."

Pros: "My scren was´t working ok, and the screen of my sister seat was in ¨wait please..¨ half of the trip. The boarding wasn´t on time but the crew memebers where really nice. Overall okey"

Cons: "Air line decided they didn't want me to take my connecting flight. Removed my luggage without consulting with me. Offered me a disgusting hotel. Forced me to pay out of pocket for food, taxis, transfers and my own hotel choice. Staff were so rude. No explanation to why they removed my bags. I made it in plenty of time for my connecting flight but airline had just decided. No staff member was interested in answering my questions or helping. They all just wanted to sod off home. they just didn't care."
