As it was the tail end of an already long journey (OKA-ICN/ICN-SEA), booked the First Class Cabin. Every mile was worth it."

Cons: "Delta’s boarding process is based on how much you paid for ticket/loyalty. It would be better for everyone if seating was done in a way that window people were seated first, then aisle."

Cons: "Boarding process was time consuming due to poor organization from Delta. Unloading process takes forever for the same reason. Despite booking at the same time my fiancee and I didn't get seated next to one another."

Cons: "After a delay of about an hour on a very full flight the gate agent asked for volunteers to check their rollaboard suitcases. The gate agents then allowed those who checked their rollaboards to board before Zone 1,which was fine. However, a bunch of people without gate check stickers on the rollaboards were also allowed to board before Zone 1, which was aggravating. There was a long delay on the tarmac, during which we had to pull back to the gate or to a maintenance area before we finally took off. When we arrived in Vegas there was no gate for us to pull into, which led to another long delay of an already long and delayed flight."

Pros: "Cabin crew super helpful & friendly. The food was great - all snacks & meals were well prepared and had great flavor, I’m not saying it’s a 5 star restaurant, but I was wasn’t expecting the quality we received. Great job! Impressed by Delta service."
Cons: "Traveling is always a challenge - abundance of patience required! We traveled from Dallas, Atlanta, Amsterdam, to Rome & back. Every country had a little different process for boarding and getting around - most had friendly staff, on point, helping clueless, stressed, & frustrated travelers. I was really disappointed in Atlanta, not a very welcoming or helpful spirit for visitors to US - not all (80% were awesome), mainly those trying to greet and direct through customs. Most hate the arrogant America anyway, don’t make it worse - put your best people on the front lines to help with international relations & show why the US is the best. Put those that don’t want to be here loading bags out back! Sorry for the lecture, but this is any business!"

Pros: "Everything was on time and efficient. I also liked that the captain came on and updated us on arrival, turbulence, weather, etc."

Cons: "Flight was delayed out of St. Louis causing several of us to miss our connecting flight from Salt Lake City to Portland. Delta was of very little help in assisting us in making a connecting flight. They could have at least helped with travel arrangements and provided us with a little food, a pillow and a blanket as we waited in their terminal for the next flight on their airline which was a several hour wait. I understand these things happen but the passengers didn't cause the problem and Delta needs to take care of people better if they expect to earn repeat business."

Cons: "I did not like the seat assignment. It seems that when I have booked through Kayak, I get a very bad seat. In this case, it was all the way in the back - next to the toilet. The seats didn't recline, and there was no window - because we were right next to one of the engines. I will use Kayak to price compare on future flights, but I will not book through Kayak. Not sure if this is just a coincidence - but it only happens when booking here."

Cons: "We lost our whole vacation and had to pay for the plans fare twice because My last name was spelled wrong on our tickets and we were unable to use them because my passport didn’t match the name on the ticket. We had to rebook everything pay almost twice as much for the plane fare, our Lodi g cost more and our trip was delayed for two weeks. Vyama is blaming us for spelling our name wrong and claimes that it’s our fault this happened because everything is automated. There saying they don’t touch anything that we enter into the booking but somehow everything they claim we entered is now in all capital letters and the space between our first name and middle name is now gone and all run together. The coustomer service number gets you to someone in India. I have tried to get this addressed four times now at first they tried to place the responsibility on the airlines now us and they have hung up on me twice. Kayak has been worthless, they also just pass the responsibility on to someone else. We will never use them again ant I intend to make sure that this mess is put out in social media to hopefully keep others from having their travel plans ruined by their flawed system."

Cons: "They changed my flight to a different one departing 2 hours earlier and did not notify me! The original flight was still available & they would not let me take it despite my reservation paper work. CRAZY! I have a two hour drive to the airport this gave me the option to leave home at 2:30am or go the night before and pay for a hotel. Flight was managed by DELTA who also did not care! All involved blamed each other. Beware"

Cons: "This flight was on a Transavia codeshare with Delta and a real downer after coming from a Delta One business class segment. An uncontrolled mass boarding, crammed in seating, no amenities and charges for a drink of water made this a pretty crappy flight. The crew was nice though."

I am a very loyal delta customer and these past times flying I feel like my favorite airline is turning into the bad airlines delay everytime, problems with the plane fare prices too high! I'm starting to think about taking my business elsewhere!"

Cons: "3 flights to Fargo were cancelled. I was told I would not get to Fargo until 32 hours after my original time I was suppose to land in Fargo. After spending a fair amount of time on the phone with customer service I was able to get me on a Flight to Minneapolis that did not arrive till 1:30am then had to take a rental car to drive 3.5 hours to make it to my destination. I was not compensated for any of this. My return flight from Fargo to St. Louis was also Delayed. Both from Fargo and from Chicago. I have never experienced such poor scheduling from an airline or as many delays or cancelled flights in just a few day period."

Cons: "The first flight from St. Louis to Chicago was very small. While I don't have concerns about flying in a small plane, I can imagine those nervous about air travel would feel concerned with the size of the aircraft."

We didn't" have long to download the Intied app and for some it just wouldn't load so they could watch a movie. I also wish there was a better selection of movie to watch."

Cons: "Boarding nearly last there was no room in the overhead compartments. This aircraft is tiny and with my small bag on the floor my feet rested on top of my bag making it cramped."

Cons: "Delayed over an hour in STL, which caused me to miss my connection to Hartford. United rebooked me on Delta. I had to go from STL to Newark (United) then to Detroit to Hartford (Delta). I was in airports for over 14 hours. I was 7 1/2 hours late leaving compared to my original schedule and arrived at the hotel the next day. I had 5.5 hours of sleep for an interview that I traveled for in Hartfford. Thanks United."
