Delta was of very little help in assisting us in making a connecting flight. They could have at least helped with travel arrangements and provided us with a little food, a pillow and a blanket as we waited in their terminal for the next flight on their airline which was a several hour wait. I understand these things happen but the passengers didn't cause the problem and Delta needs to take care of people better if they expect to earn repeat business."
Cons: "It was not acceptable and very disappointed that flight DL391 from SDQ to NY-JFK was delayed till it left at 4:40pm because there were no crew members to bring the aircraft to STO DGO the night before as it is usually done so that the aircraft sleeps over in las Americas. We were at the airport at 4:30am because the flight was scheduled to depart at 6:05am we were lucky to be able to rebook for a flight SDQ-ATL DL576 for the same day hoping to make the connection ATL-IND. Unfotunately that flight was rerouted to Charlotte due to bad weather conditions with a delay of 3 hrs before it landed in ATL thus missing our connection to INDI and had to sleep in ATL and leave the next day to IND thus missing a meeting commitment that we had in IND. We should and expect to be compensated by Delta for this."

Cons: "We lost our whole vacation and had to pay for the plans fare twice because My last name was spelled wrong on our tickets and we were unable to use them because my passport didn’t match the name on the ticket. We had to rebook everything pay almost twice as much for the plane fare, our Lodi g cost more and our trip was delayed for two weeks. Vyama is blaming us for spelling our name wrong and claimes that it’s our fault this happened because everything is automated. There saying they don’t touch anything that we enter into the booking but somehow everything they claim we entered is now in all capital letters and the space between our first name and middle name is now gone and all run together. The coustomer service number gets you to someone in India. I have tried to get this addressed four times now at first they tried to place the responsibility on the airlines now us and they have hung up on me twice. Kayak has been worthless, they also just pass the responsibility on to someone else. We will never use them again ant I intend to make sure that this mess is put out in social media to hopefully keep others from having their travel plans ruined by their flawed system."

A short transfer was made even more difficult, and a massive waste if time and fuel sitting and waiting. Figure out your gates early and better, and move around if needed. At the very least, bring up some stairs and buses to get passengers to the terminal and then tow the aircraft in when you have a gate available."

Cons: "It may be La Guardia Airport that is the one to blame and not AA, but long story short I was on the airplane on the ground in NY for about 5 hours. We had a domino effect of things happen that caused us to be delayed and then cancelled. First a Gate change to a different terminal after boarding was suppose to begin so we had to take a shuttle over and we're still missing 50 passengers, Engine problem that required maintenance, refuel because we were in the plane on the ground waiting for so long, deplane and replane for 10 mins because of a law, on the runway and back to the gate for all these different occasions. When they finally let us off the plane after all these hours it was because of weather (although the skies were blue and the pilot was confident it wouldn't be an issue) they didn't actually cancel the flight until 5pm, my flight was suppose to take off at 9am. They were also required by law to give us free snacks Bc we hadn't eaten all day or had fresh air--these were all chips and soda...in gluten free so I had to starve. AA customer relations said they couldn't compensate because the issue that was documented in their records for my flight cancellation was because of "weather"... my flight couldn't be rescheduled until the following afternoon, making me have to cancel work 2 days in a row and pay for multiple taxis and and extra night of boarding. I will NEVER fly AA or La Guardia again."

My seat was broken and wouldn't recline. This was my first trip flying, and on the trip to Miami I flew with Delta. The service with them was tremendously better. I was really disappointed."

Comfort was good because I had paid for an upgrade which I actually thought I was paying for the international flight but found out it was actually for the Charlotte flight which was a surprise it was not very clear from the tool. So hence the Comfort was great on this flight. But the tool needs to make it much more clear as to what you are selecting the upgrade for. Food, there has got to be something else out there other than pretzels, I understand why we do not have peanuts, but a little bit more variety would be very nice. I understand there's a cost tractor, but often pretzels tend to be fairly stale. Short flights entertainment."

My traveling partner and I paid the $130 to bring our bags with us, along with most of the other passengers who were informed. However, I learned on the plane of one unfortunate young man who did not have $65 and they made him leave his carry-on bag; they provided him a paper bag and allowed him to put whatever belongings he could fit into the paper bag. That young man boarded and was asked to give up his seat, so an older lady could sit with her family, and he graciously crowded into the window seat that was initially assigned to the elder passenger. The plane sat on the tarmac without the engine on, with absolutely no air circulating in the cabin, and it was stifling hot, making me feel ill. There was no water available to drink and no running water in the bathroom -- passengers must "wash" their hands with a flimsy inadequate hand wipe."

Cons: "Flight was delayed for hours (technical problems) on end and didn't get a heads up till hours after I found out by getting to the gate! When I called to cancel the reserration and get a refund, had to explain myself a number of time that I don't want them to find me a solution that will take 2 or 3 flights to get to my destination, that all I want is my money back. In the end they agreed, and now I just need to wait 7 work days it."
Pros: "The flight was good, but it was the first time I flew your airline, and I was not familiar with your seating and baggage polices. The outcome was to pay quite a bit more than the original low fare. I will do more homework next time and really compare you to say JetBlue or Delta."

Cons: "I had to connect in Las Vegas from Denver on a delayed flight, the connection as well was delayed. My self and traveling partner grabbed a sandwich returned to departing gate and plane was boarded and taxing away. They left early to make up for delay but we were not warned nor did they attempt to intercom us. We were 100 yards away. We had to take a flight 24 hours later and cost me $400 in hotel and a day's work. Very disappointed"

Cons: "- This was one of the worst flight experiences - Flight in was delayed by 2 hours, no reasons given - Boarding gate was changed for no reason - Small cramped space - Felt like I was in an infomerical throughout the flight - Flight back was short, but line for the taxi was an hour long due to construction - Felt like I was being nickel and dimed at every touchpoint - Childish branding, felt like i was flying in a toy plane for kids."

Pros: "I used Kayak to find a good deal and unfortunately selected Spirit, not knowing much about the airline. I later had to deal with the stress of cramming all of my belongings into a backpack to avoid the exorbitant costs of checking in luggage. I also learned that the airline had a horrible reputation for being late, and lo and behold, on the day of the flight, we were informed that the flight was 1 1/2 hours late."
