It took 2.5 hours to go through all that, that is with wheelchair priority! Boarding was horrible at the gate."

There were no meals available for purchase on the plane as they had only stocked the flight for one leg of the trip and not the return leg. We were told at check in that we would have to pick our bags up in Detroit before getting on our connection to Toronto. In fact they were actually checked through. Due to the delays we missed our connection in Detroit. The Delta Agent was rude and did not want to give us a hotel voucher. She also said the next flight she could book us in was 24hrs later. She was unwilling to book us on an earlier flight with a different carrier. After we got her supervisor involved we were given a hotel and booked on an early flight the next day. I would not fly Delta again if I had the choice."

After spending a fair amount of time on the phone with customer service I was able to get me on a Flight to Minneapolis that did not arrive till 1:30am then had to take a rental car to drive 3.5 hours to make it to my destination. I was not compensated for any of this. My return flight from Fargo to St. Louis was also Delayed. Both from Fargo and from Chicago. I have never experienced such poor scheduling from an airline or as many delays or cancelled flights in just a few day period."

They even made smart remarks about people going to the bathroom when we pulled back in... I feel some of them acted extremely unprofessional and I truly never want to fly with this company again."

Cons: "My flight was supposed to leave at 3:50...I got to the airport and went through security before I found out that my flight was delayed until 7:30. The flight kept getting pushed back. I waited 8 hours before the flight took off. There no outlets anywhere...leaving customers at a disadvantage because with our delay, our electronics were all almost dead or dead. There were no food options. We were supposed to get a voucher, and I have not received it. Lastly, after waiting over 8 HOuRS, we still had to pay for snack and drink. I was ripped off and will not be flying with Frontier again."
Pros: "My only good then was that I had wonderful passengers around me that were conversationalists who were entertaining and helpful!!"
Cons: "Can't you learn how to communicate faca to face with people? Let us know personally why we keep getting held up for take off, why we are being left in the dark, andehy you can't schedule more accurately! It doesn't help to fly somewhere if you miss the event you went to attend! Try compensating for our inconveniences for a change!!!!"

Pros: "new jet. enough leg room (i'm male, 5-10). Overhead bins are normal size (can hold typical carry on), not the microscopic ones. Everything was on time."
Cons: "STL ticket counter was only staffed 2 hours before the flight -- which makes sense if they didn't have more flights, but the signs weren't big and complete enough for passengers to realize what was going on and how we would check our luggage. So we were standing around a bit confused. Once Frontier people showed up, it was fine. Also, coming back to STL, I had a 2 hr shuttle bus ride that was leaving 30 minutes after arrival, and although the plane arrived on time, the luggage didn't reach me until 37 minutes after, so I had to get a hotel room for the night. I don't know how luggage handling works, so maybe not Frontier's fault at all. 30 minutes isn't much time, but it was a direct flight, so I thought it would work."

Cons: "The disorganization checking one check bag. I arrived in plenty of time. Very long line to check the bag (no skycab available). Majority of people in line arrived with only a short time before their flight and had to be rushed ahead of me to get to their flight on time. I finally arrived to the front of the line after about 45 minutes and 50% of the people behind me were on flights leaving in 30 minutes or less and had to go ahead of my husband and I. They obviously did not arrive with the advised amount of time allowance. It wasn't my fault I arrived with plenty of time and I had to deal with the verbal abuse from people having to go ahead. Maybe if they missed their flight, next time they would arrive earlier with enough time. It sure wasn't a very pleasant experience at all."

They were rude when they spoke to us and when I asked for refreshments they turned around as if to get them for me and then the lady sitting next to my husband had to get their attention again to ask a second time if I could have water and Chex Mix so I could take my medicine. I have serious health conditions and I couldn't even get water without paying $3 a bottle. It is disgusting to me that we are charged for flight and then charged for Refreshments during that flight. Any other Airline who charges for a seat to take you to your destination includes at least drinks and nuts for free but not you."

Wrong."

Let the people who have paid know what their flight status is. The flight home was on time, HOWEVER, it too OVER 1 hour before bag return carrousel even started moving. This is why I gave a low crew rating. The in-flight crew was good, but the ground crew fails."
Cons: "It costs to carry on a bag on Frontier. When booking the flight we were looking for a reasonable price which we found with frontier, not reading the fine print they charged us for carry on bags. We ended up checking bags which cost us another $140. Along with this frustration, the seats are horribly uncomfortable and the amount of leg room is ridiculous. I understand maximizing out seats but this was way over the top. I will not be flying Frontier again"

We had to walk and and were almost the last to board due to the time it took him to get there. It was terrible service and those who saw him and turned us down should be ashamed."

Cons: "Delayed departure from 7AM to announced "possible" 12:30PM. Delay reportedly caused by "flight crew having timed-out" leaving our plane without a crew in Las Vegas. This very long delay made my trip unfeasible, forcing me to cancel my trip entirely, and my wife, having to shorten her stay in Florida by three days."

The thing that really killed me though was their "new and improved" seat trays. Instead of the already too small tray on other airlines, they have cut the tray literally in half. All it could possibly hold is a drink. No laptop, no book...Really, were the savings that great over the life of the plane that this was a good buy? The only plus is you have a reason why you weren't able to get any work done on a plane..."
