Delta was of very little help in assisting us in making a connecting flight. They could have at least helped with travel arrangements and provided us with a little food, a pillow and a blanket as we waited in their terminal for the next flight on their airline which was a several hour wait. I understand these things happen but the passengers didn't cause the problem and Delta needs to take care of people better if they expect to earn repeat business."

Cons: "We lost our whole vacation and had to pay for the plans fare twice because My last name was spelled wrong on our tickets and we were unable to use them because my passport didn’t match the name on the ticket. We had to rebook everything pay almost twice as much for the plane fare, our Lodi g cost more and our trip was delayed for two weeks. Vyama is blaming us for spelling our name wrong and claimes that it’s our fault this happened because everything is automated. There saying they don’t touch anything that we enter into the booking but somehow everything they claim we entered is now in all capital letters and the space between our first name and middle name is now gone and all run together. The coustomer service number gets you to someone in India. I have tried to get this addressed four times now at first they tried to place the responsibility on the airlines now us and they have hung up on me twice. Kayak has been worthless, they also just pass the responsibility on to someone else. We will never use them again ant I intend to make sure that this mess is put out in social media to hopefully keep others from having their travel plans ruined by their flawed system."

Cons: "They changed my flight to a different one departing 2 hours earlier and did not notify me! The original flight was still available & they would not let me take it despite my reservation paper work. CRAZY! I have a two hour drive to the airport this gave me the option to leave home at 2:30am or go the night before and pay for a hotel. Flight was managed by DELTA who also did not care! All involved blamed each other. Beware"

Have a box with a snack and some coolers that have 5 different beverages. I wouldn't even sell booze. I person can hold out for a flight that shot to get one on the connection or in the terminal."

Was served warm tomato juice with no ice, although ice bucket was full. last flight of evening so perhaps attendants were tired, but nonetheless...."

The discount worked out to be 6 dollars. Not a pleasant experience."

Cons: "Feels like United is second class compared to other carriers. I purchased this for my Morher-n-Law who rarely flies was traveling by herself. there were 7 gate changes 3 day of. I Was very concerned if she would make it."

Pros: "But I know how flying United used to be in the past, and it'seems just not the same big standard of service, as the flight attendants aren't as gracious and selfless as they once were. I fly Delta more often because they've retained a higher standard of service, i.e. graciousness toward the passengers, perhaps because they're based in the South where that still counts. I was a tour manager & took 32,000 customer service calls for Williams Sonoma so I know that a cheerful, efficient attitude is a choice, and not a hard thing to accomplish with good psychology incorporated into a lot of training programs today."

Cons: "Delayed over an hour in STL, which caused me to miss my connection to Hartford. United rebooked me on Delta. I had to go from STL to Newark (United) then to Detroit to Hartford (Delta). I was in airports for over 14 hours. I was 7 1/2 hours late leaving compared to my original schedule and arrived at the hotel the next day. I had 5.5 hours of sleep for an interview that I traveled for in Hartfford. Thanks United."

Cons: "Flight cancelled due to mechanical, re-booked on Delta who had to re-book me on Alaska due to mechanical. An 8 hr trip turned to 22hrs."

Pros: "When we got to Chicago we didn't have a plane so we had to wait hours and then walked to another gate .. Wait for another hour and then they said we would not have anything to drink or eat in the flight"

Cons: "As we are flying international and had a single itinerary, They didn't allow two checked in baggage's inspite of repeatedly explaining them that we have to take connecting flight which allows two checked in baggage's for each person."

Cons: "* Plane was delayed leaving. * LENGTHY sales pitch for the Frontier credit card during the flight. * Weird guy next to us played and sang along to country/western music the whole flight ... with NO earbuds. * Weird guy next to us announced the Nebraska towns he recognized from the window."

Cons: "Very uncomfortable no elbow room or leg room and the chairs are hard."

Pros: "The staff that handled baggage was nice. Also, I liked that we made it safe."
Cons: "My flight was supposed to leave at 3:50...I got to the airport and went through security before I found out that my flight was delayed until 7:30. The flight kept getting pushed back. I waited 8 hours before the flight took off. There no outlets anywhere...leaving customers at a disadvantage because with our delay, our electronics were all almost dead or dead. There were no food options. We were supposed to get a voucher, and I have not received it. Lastly, after waiting over 8 HOuRS, we still had to pay for snack and drink. I was ripped off and will not be flying with Frontier again."

Cons: "It felt like the rear end was going to come off the way it swayed after take off. The commode messed up causing a stench in the back of the plane, (where I was). The ride was very bumpy and the pilot intercom was hard to understand. We got delayed taking off and landing."

Pros: "My only good then was that I had wonderful passengers around me that were conversationalists who were entertaining and helpful!!"
Cons: "Can't you learn how to communicate faca to face with people? Let us know personally why we keep getting held up for take off, why we are being left in the dark, andehy you can't schedule more accurately! It doesn't help to fly somewhere if you miss the event you went to attend! Try compensating for our inconveniences for a change!!!!"

Cons: "Loudness And over priced EVERYTHING"

Pros: "new jet. enough leg room (i'm male, 5-10). Overhead bins are normal size (can hold typical carry on), not the microscopic ones. Everything was on time."
Cons: "STL ticket counter was only staffed 2 hours before the flight -- which makes sense if they didn't have more flights, but the signs weren't big and complete enough for passengers to realize what was going on and how we would check our luggage. So we were standing around a bit confused. Once Frontier people showed up, it was fine. Also, coming back to STL, I had a 2 hr shuttle bus ride that was leaving 30 minutes after arrival, and although the plane arrived on time, the luggage didn't reach me until 37 minutes after, so I had to get a hotel room for the night. I don't know how luggage handling works, so maybe not Frontier's fault at all. 30 minutes isn't much time, but it was a direct flight, so I thought it would work."

Cons: "The flight crew was atrocious. They were rude when they spoke to us and when I asked for refreshments they turned around as if to get them for me and then the lady sitting next to my husband had to get their attention again to ask a second time if I could have water and Chex Mix so I could take my medicine. I have serious health conditions and I couldn't even get water without paying $3 a bottle. It is disgusting to me that we are charged for flight and then charged for Refreshments during that flight. Any other Airline who charges for a seat to take you to your destination includes at least drinks and nuts for free but not you."

Cons: "One zone isn't even through the door and the next zone is called and all we do is stand in the very hot jetway for nearly 15 minutes. Being charged to pick our seat and for our luggage is ridiculous. It should be included in the price, if you have to raise the price then at least people would know better the true cost of their travel. Being charged for a drink! Having $1.99 put on a credit card! Wrong."

Cons: "Seats were as uncomfortable as detailed in earlier reviews. The Flight to Las Vegas was delayed due to weather, fair enough, updates on the status were non existent. Let the people who have paid know what their flight status is. The flight home was on time, HOWEVER, it too OVER 1 hour before bag return carrousel even started moving. This is why I gave a low crew rating. The in-flight crew was good, but the ground crew fails."

Cons: "The gate was very rude and refused to get a supervisor. The flight was closed early.we did not get home for two day .purchased another flight from American cost 500.00. Still did not make the connection. Still at the airport attempting to return to STL. Horrible costly experience."

When booking the flight we were looking for a reasonable price which we found with frontier, not reading the fine print they charged us for carry on bags. We ended up checking bags which cost us another $140. Along with this frustration, the seats are horribly uncomfortable and the amount of leg room is ridiculous. I understand maximizing out seats but this was way over the top. I will not be flying Frontier again"

I will NEVER book another flight on Frontier again until they become more transparent in their charges and that they change some of their unwarranted practices..."

Pros: "Friendly staff, large plane, cheap fare. I researched all the potential additional fees before my flight. Do your homework. It was a cheap, direct flight at a good time. I chose not to have a carry on, and I packed snacks for myself."

Cons: "The flight may be inexpensive, but the add on costs to book a seat and carry on a bag were ridiculous. Also, I didn't like that there wasn't a complimentary food or drink item. The line to check my bag was also extremely long and slow and they should have had more staff working."

Pros: "Crew was personable, and captain had a sense of humor. The flight was underbooked, so I had an entire row to myself, which was nice since there's very little elbow or leg room on frontier flights anymore."
Cons: "Somehow, the passenger across the aisle from from me was vaping marijuana. There was no flame, but the odor was unmistakable, and there was smoke. Crew either didn't see or chose to ignore. We landed 10 minutes late (I'm assuming because of snow at arrival destination) and waited another 15 minutes at the gate for the passenger boarding bridge to connect to the cabin."

Pros: "I was very pleased from check in to arrival. Seats are comfortable and appreciated being offered water. Very efficient crew and seemed dedicated to their job. Had no surprises since all the info was in the paperwork. Will fly Frontier next time also."

Cons: "The seats were not very comfortable. You have to pay for carry-on and checked luggage. Then you have to pay for water. Might as well have use a different airline and payed a little more. The price of water and luggage would make up the difference."

Pros: "The price was good. Boarding was relatively painless and quick. The plane appeared to be new and was pretty clean. We were on time and even a little early."
Cons: "The woman behind the counter in St Louis was not friendly. I prefer to be able to use my TSA pre check status rather than wait in a security line for 30 minutes but for whatever reason Frontier does not offer that luxury."

Many of us on the lower end of the income scale carry on to save what can be used on groceries pr heat. Yoir counter staff are also peremptory and rude. I will now factor these additional costs into your supposed fares you sjow online. Likely i will find other airlines are actually better deals. do you really think uoir cusyomers ste thos stupid? We know ur showing low fares and making it up w fees!"

Cons: "Delayed departure from 7AM to announced "possible" 12:30PM. Delay reportedly caused by "flight crew having timed-out" leaving our plane without a crew in Las Vegas. This very long delay made my trip unfeasible, forcing me to cancel my trip entirely, and my wife, having to shorten her stay in Florida by three days."

Cons: "seat fee; carry-on bag fee. When I buy tickets, I should have the right to know what my full cost will be, Sorry, I Am not an experienced flyer, but all the unknown add-on charges will make me loo a lot closer at ticket pricing on my next trip."

Cons: "The service was very poor. From the airport Frontier employees to the the flight attendants. There is an additional fee and charge for everything. My flight was delayed for 2 1/2 hours and upon boarding we still sat in the aircraft for an additional 45 min -1 hour wait! NEVER AGAIN."

Their flights seem cheap, until you take the flight and they charge you for every little thing- checked bags ($25 each), carry on bag($$35!!), seat ($16, and no, there are NO FREE seats. They even charge you for a soda on the flight- no complimentary soda/juice). By the time it was all said and done, it would have been cheaper to take almost any other airline."

This is my second time with frontier had poor to okay experiences both times, will avoid this airline in the future."

Cons: "Wow. Each trip I take, they seem to have sat in a meeting and asked themselves, how can I make the passengers more uncomfortable. Charge for baggage? Check. Charge for a dedicated seat to ensure you aren't stuck in the middle? Check. Remove the recline feature from all seats? Check. The thing that really killed me though was their "new and improved" seat trays. Instead of the already too small tray on other airlines, they have cut the tray literally in half. All it could possibly hold is a drink. No laptop, no book...Really, were the savings that great over the life of the plane that this was a good buy? The only plus is you have a reason why you weren't able to get any work done on a plane..."

Pros: "The price was great! You can't get tickets that cheap anywhere else. So when anything went wrong with the flight, I just had to shrug. You can't get mad when you only spend $40 for a roundtrip ticket from STL to Denver."
Cons: "The seats where uncomfortable, the crew wasn't great, our flight was deleayed there and back by over an hour. On the way back we boarded the plane then sat inside of it for 45 minutes, which, in my opinion, is much worse than waiting outside the plane. Again though, I only paid $40 dollars, so for that price it was great."
