The guy next to me wouldn’t put the arm rest down because he felt to cramped, so he was hitting me with his elbow all evening... I’m just not happy, but glad to be home."

Pros: "Overall I would say I was pretty impressed with Alaska, their crew and their service. I would say that the part I most enjoyed about your flight services was the gogo inflight internet. On my iPhone 6 it worked perfectly and i happily enjoyed multiple free movies on my flight. My wife did experience some troubles connecting with her LG 6. Hopefully as you go along you will continue to work to get better support for all phone types."
Cons: "I think mostly it is because the world has become so allergy sensitive that these things must be avoided at all cost, but I'd say my least favorite part about the flight was the inflight "snack" service. I don't know where these biscotts came from, but I miss the old days of peanuts and pretzels. I will commend you that the drink cart came around 2 times during our flight. I think that is great. But the drink cart was definitely missing Dr. Pepper."

I used to love Alaska airlines, but the quality has dropped."

Cons: "The seats on the teeny-tiny Skywest planes are so uncomfortable. My back was aching after a three-hour flight, and I was in first class...can't imagine how much worse the main cabin seats are. There was no dairy-free/vegan option for the meal. I get not having vegan hot meals on hand because it's not the most common request, but even a cold snack pack (like the kind the AlaskaAir website lists as being standard in first class) would have been great."

When one of the ground crew came into the boarding ramp from outside to hand some supplies off to a flight attendant he even said good morning to everyone. I didn't eat the food or use the entertainment because I had both covered, so I gave them 3 stars."

Delta was of very little help in assisting us in making a connecting flight. They could have at least helped with travel arrangements and provided us with a little food, a pillow and a blanket as we waited in their terminal for the next flight on their airline which was a several hour wait. I understand these things happen but the passengers didn't cause the problem and Delta needs to take care of people better if they expect to earn repeat business."

Cons: "We lost our whole vacation and had to pay for the plans fare twice because My last name was spelled wrong on our tickets and we were unable to use them because my passport didn’t match the name on the ticket. We had to rebook everything pay almost twice as much for the plane fare, our Lodi g cost more and our trip was delayed for two weeks. Vyama is blaming us for spelling our name wrong and claimes that it’s our fault this happened because everything is automated. There saying they don’t touch anything that we enter into the booking but somehow everything they claim we entered is now in all capital letters and the space between our first name and middle name is now gone and all run together. The coustomer service number gets you to someone in India. I have tried to get this addressed four times now at first they tried to place the responsibility on the airlines now us and they have hung up on me twice. Kayak has been worthless, they also just pass the responsibility on to someone else. We will never use them again ant I intend to make sure that this mess is put out in social media to hopefully keep others from having their travel plans ruined by their flawed system."

The original flight was still available & they would not let me take it despite my reservation paper work. CRAZY! I have a two hour drive to the airport this gave me the option to leave home at 2:30am or go the night before and pay for a hotel. Flight was managed by DELTA who also did not care! All involved blamed each other. Beware"

Have a box with a snack and some coolers that have 5 different beverages. I wouldn't even sell booze. I person can hold out for a flight that shot to get one on the connection or in the terminal."

I pity those who loose luggage AA baggage services are flooded with lost baggage they just don't care any more. Seriously its embarrassing how little they care about customer service."

My only option was to receive a $20 meal voucher and wait in the airport another 24 hours. The staff was rude and there was no communication between one flight crew to the next. Worst experience ever and I'll make sure to tell all my friends and relatives never to use your airline."

Pros: "Started with the nickel and diming during check in. The app wouldn't take my card so I had get on the website. Apparently buying the ticket doesn't give you a seat, you have to pay extra for that. Taking more than a laptop bag or purse, that's extra. Right there, your low fare is shot to h#ll. Definitely check the hidden costs before booking. Then came a 5 hour delay of the flight, apparently the plane had mechanical issues at it's previous stop. Frontier provided $10 meal vouchers, which doesn't go far in an airport. Seats don't recline at all and you feel like you're in a cattle car. The seat back tray is about 6" and doesn't hold much. The combination of turbulence and a pilot yanking the plane around during landing brought out the air sick bags by several passengers around me. Then on the ground, he was racing around and taking turns like an Indy500 race car. I seriously thought he was going to do a handbrake turn into the parking spot. Frontier provided vouchers worth $100 per ticket for the flight, but only good for another Frontier flight. I don't think so..."

Cons: "I'd have liked a drink and a snack since the Starbucks next to the site was so slow I stood in line 1/2 hour and left without getting to the counter for coffee! Doesn't everyone take luggage - just add it to the ticket price so one can know the actual cost."

Cons: "This was the 12:30am red-eye from Las Vegas to St. Louis. Flight was delayed until 2:20am. Fine, flights get delayed all the time. It is worse when everything in the airport to kill time is shut down, but I digress. Then the plane comes in around 2am, everyone on the flight gets off, then the announcement comes that they don't have a crew for our flight now, and we will have to wait until 9am for the next flight. Whoopsies! This is no longer a delay -- this is a major F-up by Frontier that affected dozens of already very weary customers (the staff admitted to it being a flub). Once boarded, people complained, as you'd expect, and one stewardess responded "Well, you can pay $400 with somebody else, or pay under $100 here." THAT was your response?? She was stating a fact, I realize this, but that was the wrong answer at the wrong time, lady. I know you get what you pay for, but my expectations don't go completely out the window. And don't be proud to be a F-up airline that merely exists on its price point. It's one thing to be one, it's another thing to wave a flag about it. And the cherry on top is what Frontier did to make it right. Another steward on the plane explained how rare this phenomenon is that we just experienced. Well if it really is rare, and inconveniences their customers to this degree, you would expect them to take strong measures to make it right, no? Any restaurant would, a car rental would, etc, if it was such a rare mistake. What did Frontier do? $7 breakfast voucher. Just punch us in the face next time. There are people that have powered through your barely-existent customer service, and those "gotcha" fees that first-time customers run into (at least Frontier hopes they do), and still liked your airline. Then you go and do something to drive even us loyals away. All you had to do was do what airlines run by thoughtful human beings do and issue flight vouchers during this rare mistake, and it would have been a microscopic write-off. Instead -- face punch, and "justification" behind it of all things. Unreal Frontier, even for you."

Cons: "The boarding was very unorganized. When I got to my seat, a pre-boarder had already taken my spot and was very rude about it. Since I had to sit at another seat and take another person's spot, there was a lot of confusion going on. Upon arrival to the destination, they made us sit down again for 20 minutes because they "had to re-accommodate the plane" and they never even moved the aircraft. Never again, it's worth paying extra at other airlines."

Cons: "I'm small and I still think there's just not quite enough room for each passenger spot. Sure, you can buy a seat with more room, but everyone can't. There's just not enough seats that give enough butt and leg room."

When we tried to communicate with the staff about questions pertaining to connecting flights they seemed unable/ unwilling to help. Overall not worth the discounted rate."

Pros: "I loved the flight attendants. They were very warm and kind. They made what turned out to be a very bumpy ride more comfortable for the passengers because they were more expressive about the turbulence than the pilots."
Cons: "The take off was a ride before we even got off the ground. I don't know if it was due to wind or what. The plane was swaying from side to side before the wheels were up...and there was no explanation from the pilots. What I would like to express the most about this particular flight was that I felt the pilots were not very conciencious about expressing concern for how the passengers were doing during what was a pretty bumpy ride from start to finish."
Cons: "The flight was delayed and the airline charges for everything. They tried to charge me for my CARRYON bag which is hilarious, and I proceeded to say I would not pay that charge. The attendant let me board the plane anyway and I put my carryon in the overhead without an issue, which deeply concerns me. It seems as if Frontier arbitrarily tacks on that charge, tricking their customers like con artists who will fall for this absurdity. The air conditioning did not work well and they almost forgot to give us water. Maybe they even charged for the water. The attendants were rude. Dont fly Frontier unless you really really really need to save a dime or two."

When booking the flight we were looking for a reasonable price which we found with frontier, not reading the fine print they charged us for carry on bags. We ended up checking bags which cost us another $140. Along with this frustration, the seats are horribly uncomfortable and the amount of leg room is ridiculous. I understand maximizing out seats but this was way over the top. I will not be flying Frontier again"
