We accidentally purchased twice the bags we needed. Our fault, but the ticket was not clear to us, and it asked us to purchase bags at checkin. When we notified them to get credit back at the airport, they said to contact customer service. We flew the flight and then contracted customer service. They said no credits after the flight has flown. Not customer service oriented at all. They know we didn’t check that many bags and kept our money for a service they did not provide. Be aware and very careful of what you are purchasing from them because they will not make it right if there is an error.
sadly in Basel & Naples- no jetway we had to climb up and down stairs with our max size carry-on luggage, which was not fun!!!
This was our first time using them. I gave okay ratings for food and entertainment because it was minimal or not provided so I couldn't judge, but much better than most budget carriers we have ever used.
We were charged a ridiculous amount for a name spelling error on ticket which I would’ve corrected if I received pre-check info more than 1/2hr before flight. Then we were told at ticket counter that our bags were fine for boarding but then we’re charged another ridiculous amount to take in our luggage despite being told differently. Flight itself was great. Charges were unfair.
Apart from an email about re configuring passenger seating less than 24hrs before flying it was all good.
There were a lot (4 I think) of EasyJet flights leaving Agadir, we arrived two and a half ours before our flight. Very slow to get through the booking in, passport control and security!! We had booked in on line but had to Queue with others who had not to drop our bags off!,
We boarded and then sat on the tarmac for an hour….probably not E Jets fault. But the gentleman that checked us in and took our luggage was exceptionally friendly and calming for early morning/ confused passengers. As always, it’s the people that make or break an experience, right?
I was hesitant to book with a low cost airline due to previous experience but Easy Jet surpassed my expectations. I would definitely book a flight with them again! Seemless booking, upfront about baggage fees, professional, and helpful staff.
Kayak sent several notifications that the flight was late. This contradicted the information on the airport boards. This was extremely confusing and we very nearly missed the flight purely because we double checked with the info desk when the flight stays said’closed’. I planned to be working during the flight but next to and in front of me there was a family (basically all around me) who had screaming kids all the way long and they were rude and the kid was kicking me as well and constantly wanted to grab my phone etc. I was so pissed, I didn't think they will travel priority so I didn't think they'll sit next to me but they did. I asked the crew if there is a chance for me to go to another seat far away from there...And they were so kind, immediately after take off they showed a seat for me that is far away from these people. I'm so grateful for this!!! I hate that I cannot figure out these things in advance. I WOULD BE HAPPY TO PAY MORE IN ADVANCE TO MAKE SURE THERE ARE NO FAMILIES W KIDS AROUND ME!!!!
Brand new aircraft Airbus 321neo, good seats although no recline (so no arguments with other passengers). Orderly boarding using front and rear aircraft doors for efficiency. Departed on time and artived 25min early. During check in, ground staff are very strict about permitted baggage and carry-on weight and size - you're only allowed what you paid for. Onboard food and beverage prices are a bit high but similar to airport coffee shops.
Boarding was fine, crew professional but not very friendly. Seats are very tight & uncomfortable. 1h delay due to crew change and mechanical issues - no communication whats going on.
Crews are great, chill, good snack sets on offer, I didn't feel they play any annoying budget airline games. I will probably fly with Wizz every chance I get it
If you don't want to pay a lot at check in desk, you need to use online check in tool, but you still need to go to check in desk to have it printed out. Then what's the meaning of "online check in"? Extra security check, as if 9/11 just happened!
After adding baggage costs, and considering the necessity to re-checkin at each stop, and the €50 I was tricked out of for the ridiculous 3 hour min check in, I’ll never fly this very hungry Hungarian airline again!
This airline is routinely voted the worse airline in Europe for good reason. If you have an option, just avoid them.
Everything was great until it came time to pick up our luggage. We arrived in orly airport terminal 1, our luggage arrived in terminal 2. No signs to tell us, we waited for almost an hour before someone figured it out.
All in all is not bad, but the boarding by walking outside in the airport airplanes area in the wind and rain to go up the stairs to board the plane that’s too much inconvenient. Hopefully that will change and we use the normal gates at the airport to board the plane! Thank you!
The plane was 5 1/2 hours late. Scheduled for 19.50 take off - Actual take off 01.30am
The payment system was not working so was unable to connect wifi the entire flight
The boarding call announcements versus the Staff announcements versus the digital signage board on the out-going and returning flights WERE NOT IN SYNC. I was sent through check and re-checks 3 times. WHY?
Absolutely the worst airline. Can’t find anything positive to say. We were in business which is the same as most airlines coach

I ordered short ribs for main course. It tasted sweet, really sweet. Horrible.
When checking our bags we were told our bags would go through our final destination. This did not happen. When boarding, after group 3 it was a free for all, everyone boards. When served lunch, I asked for anything without dairy, I was given popcorn and gummy snacks. She said she would come back with more options, she never did. Also, when traveling through London, they don’t tell you your gate number until 1 hour before flight leaves, causing everyone to run to their gate.
Full flight, but crew was great. No wifi and no seatback entertainment, so had to read...argh!
The screen didn’t work and I didn’t get the seat upgrade I paid $300 for. They were no help with that,
The crew did not really interact with me which was no problem as I was fine. I did see that they were somewhat short with some passengers but that was not common. Just in general, they did not seem friendly - no requirement to be so but I am used to a friendly crew on most flights. The food was just ok but with a flight that large, I would think it hard to make something more elaborate.
Paid $180 for seat selection, and selection essnt honored. Have to call for a refund.
