I’m impressed that we were on time in Sacramento after having a late departure in Newark and our made it. The staff was friendly and warm.

Was a normal flight but it was delayed, and there wasn't an explanation.
Paid $35 and not able to access the internet at all.
British Airways staff are very polite and willing to help.
I was a little disappointed of not having an android charger. Only one it was for an iPhone. I've flown American in the past and had access to one.
I didn’t like anything, being platinum pro get you absolutely nowhere and does not increase the customer service treatment whatsoever anymore. My flight was canceled and they put me on a flight eight hours later that would’ve got me back in the middle of the night. They could’ve easily move me up to an hour Prior on an earlier flight. My second flight was unreasonable to take, the third flight was also canceled due to mechanical issues like the first flight. I don’t know what’s going on with American, but they are falling apart, after seven flight changes I finally got home, Unreasonable.
It went up and down at the right time and place. I’m happy with that outcome.
Typically, I am always impressed with American personnel. These you run into the rude old hags that are still around. I can tell over my 40 years of flying with them, they have made strides in improving their attitudes.
The meals were mediocre and the alcohol selection was poor.
When Stephen arrived with our wheel chairs - we were in excellent hands! He was such great help with getting our rental car and then reporting our missing luggage. When you are exhausted from traveling for too many hours, he was just what we needed to navigate everything! Give that guy a raise!
The onboard service was fantastic, really in a class of its own
The food could have been better. And the chicken sandwich was not nice at all.
Surly rude flight attendants. I ordered the chicken and was given a vegetarian meal with no explanation and no opportunity to change it. I tried to order another beverage and was told by the young humorless flight attendant to “wait”. And she never came back. The seats were very uncomfortable and cramped. The last time I flew British Airways was many years ago but I remember it was amazing and the crew were very charming. This was a terrible disappointment given the cost of the flight.

The flight was severely delayed. The check in desk was rude.
1. I was charged 2 times for luggage at check in 2. It was NOT British airway the entire way - apparently American Airlines connected from London to Miami 3. Lost luggage in London- hopefully will arrive to. In short, nor a good experience
Flights were on time. Crew was courteous. Food was much better than I expected. Heathrow is a good transit hub - great selection at the duty free.
