Great flight staff. Ease of boarding. Overall, very uneventful and easy trip.
The movies using Southwest WiFi kept pausing and I had to restart multiple times.
This was a nicer flight - not fully booked and so we were able to spread out.
We had a nice flight. Boarding was easy, our seats were comfortable and the on board service was pleasant.
I used to fly SWA all the time. I know the crew has their little acts that are often fun, and entertaining. On this flight one of the crew was just not nice. Very surprising.
Crew was pleasant; flight was on time. Paid extra for early bird check-in and still got B boarding.
A bit expensive for the overall service; but the flight departed on time and arrived early.
Board Milian spokesman with pre boarding , not after A group and without my spouse. Total BS, back to Alaska Airlibes I GO. oner 1.2M miles and 900 flights, and every time I fly SWA I regret it, thos will be last time, I only flew SWA but to time requirements fir a Funeral. NEVER AGAIN SWA
If your boarding Military, it should be with ore board, and with my spouse, so rude and stupid to not let us board together and before a group. All the other airlines clearly understand Military courtesy, this is why I Rarely fly SWA and Always fly Alaska
The ease of booking the flight was very good. Speaking with customer service was also good. However, the crew people are unfriendly and unwelcoming which I found this as unprofessional. As far as comfort it was mediocre. This was my first time flying Spirit and I chose them because of the flight times met my needs and my budget. However, I would be reluctant to fly on Spirit again. In addition, if the crew were more friendly and at least appeared somewhat happy and welcoming personally it would probably make the experience of flying with Spirit better.

Canceled my flight and refused to put me on a different flight to get me to my destination. Unacceptable and ruined my trip
Plane uncomfortable. Issues with engine caused a long delay, 2hrs, before taking off
No leg room AT all extremely uncomfortable flight water even cost 5 dollars

I was comfortable because I upgraded. I would not have been comfortable in economy. It was a short flight so there was limited food service and no inflight entertainment.
Seats were surprisingly comfortable, and crew was polite. I did not like the baggage fee prices, the minimal amount of flight choices for my area and the difficulty of the self service bag drop.
Delayed fight LAS to LAX. OK, fog in LA, not your fault. But all your staff, onboard in in lounge, speak so fast, enunciate so poorly and often have a accent that it is impossible to understanding anything they are saying.
It was smooth. It’ll always be annoying that nothing is included in the booking (seats and bags particularly).
Although an hour and a half early was told by staff at check in they had overbooked and could not check us in for the flight.
The reps working at the airport counter were dumber than a second coat of paint.
My costume jewelry was stolen out of my bag. Got to airport and my bag weighed 45 pounds- 5 pounds over cost me $100 Long lines in tier one. No entertainment No WiFi no free drinks or snacks
I’ve never traveled on Frontier before. If you want basic, no frills, friendly service at great prices then give them a fly!

Landing in terminal 2, but my luggage is terminal 3. We (and others) were looking for it in terminal 1. We probably missed the crew broadcast, but the communication could have been clearer for non native (or elderly) passengers.
The plane was comfortable. The time to board was way too slow and very unorganized! The crew was not as friendly as normally. The was not a single time that they offered water nor anything!!!
I was not permitted on my flight and had to purchase another flight ticket to Las Vegas.
This was a full flight and I was in Zone 1, however upon boarding, several other zones went in ahead of me, leaving no overhead cabin space near my seat. This created a challenging disembarkment process.
Better to put road truck seat in plain it so uncomfortable can not adjustable and fill metal don’t have cushions at all it’s very hard to travel for five hours
