Cons: My flight from Las Vegas to San Fran was scheduled for 0756. Everyone boarded the aircraft the we were pushed on to the tarmac and sat for 1 hr. Normally this wouldn't be a huge issue, but I had a connecting international flight which I missed boarding for. Consequently, I had to spend the night in San Fran which was not compensated by the airline, and I was forced to miss a business rendezvous I had arranged.
Cons: Tail # N75435 Boeing 737-900 .... not the best bird in the fleet right now. Took nearly half the flight to get internet going, and in-seat power was not working at all.
Pros: The flight’s crew was very efficient, and the flight arrival and departure was close to what was promised.
Cons: The check-in was done by machine and the ticketing crew didn’t mention that the luggage was going directly to destination nor was my gate info for the second leg of my journey printed on my ticket. You’d figure United would know this info a few hours prior to departure.
Pros: Excellent service. I love Kayak is the best!
Cons: Here we go again - bought an air canada ticket and one leg is operated by United. Kayak tells me that the second flight is going to be late and I am at the airport very early - but neither airline can help - United says "Im sorry that is an Air Canada Ticket" and Air Canad people say "Im sorry you are booked on a United flight" and we can't help you. GGRRRRRRRR so into the mess I fly instead of being changed to another route.
Pros: I am thankful that the flight was delayed. I got to the airport late, the crew got me in right away, only took 15 minutes to get to my gate

Spent 30 minutes with the agent to get a ticket, went to gate and was told I need to show a receipt because they don’t have record of me paying for the seat. Will not fly sun country again

Cons: The airports restaurants closed and security shut down as well. We were prisoners in the airport with only a vending machine. Unbelievable. Believe the Allegiant Air stories from 60 Minutes. The stories are true.

Pros: Friendly crew, comfortable flight as expected. Clear communication by the crew to keep the pasenger at easy, when pilot had to suddenly call off the landing attempt due to unexpected traffic congestion up ahead.
Cons: The delay in departure. The LCD touch panel user interface seems outdated, not very responsive, not easy to use (time for a refresh?). Wanted to check map of current flight path, but took forever to load and couldnt figure out how to zoom in. Seat comfortable, but would be even better if you can add one of those headrest flaps that bends outward on the right and the left edges to lean my head on so that I can take quick naps more comfortably.
Pros: The flight attendants were nice and accommodating. On Time schedules although going back to Long Beach our boarding was delayed, we were able to get there at 4:10 pm only 15 minutes late.
Cons: The flight was choppy not sure if it's because the planes are old or the pilots are not experienced enough.
Pros: I loved that they boarded from the back of the plane first. It is so much more efficient. They also deplaned from both the front and the back which also made getting off the plane quicker. Lots of legroom. Looks like they have comp wifi.

Cons: original, non-stop flight was delayed by 6 hours; was able to get rebooked to another flight but was still 2 hours delayed and my bag arrived another 2 hours after me, ending in a 4 hour delay over all. paid for a non-stop and ended up with a layover.

Cons: It was horrible! I won’t let any of my friends use Spirit air. I had to pay 55$ for a carry on. I wasn’t even carrying a purse. I was told after I paid 55$ and they took my bag I could have pre- checked my bag for less! I had to pay for my seat!!! There were no screens, no outlets, no WiFi, and no snacks without a charge. On my return The Spirit website did not indicate gate changes as the gate changes. I prechecked this time, 3 hours early and the plane departed 40 min before departure. The screens at kiosk did not indicate changes to flight time or gate change. I wasn’t even called!!! I missed my flight. The staff gave no help for hotel or shuttle. I was to sleep 12 hours for n Next plane and my bag was on first plane. My original flight of $249 to Vegas was $349. Plus hotel 129 plus $40 for extra night stay and Uber.

Cons: They kept changing their minds on whether my son had to check his skateboard. Finally decided yes, charged us for another bag when if they had told us earlier, we could have added it. Then the board arrived at baggage claim long after all other bags. The skateboard had been ridden, was soaking wet and bearings are ruined.

Cons: The flight was delayed for 2 hours I didn’t receive a call, text, or email regarding this flight change. Once we was able to board the seats was all over the place. I asked the guy for a cup of coffee due to the flight temperature was sooo cold he told me two dollars and I told him the situation with my card with the fraud protection 30-45 mins later he dumped the pot of coffee out instead of saying you know what since I have to dump it out here’s a cup of coffee complimentary.

Cons: I have been flying since I was 5 years old. THIS WAS THE WORST flight (experience) thus far! Flight and boarding on time, BUT THE MOST ANNOYINGLY UNPROFESSIONAL FLIGHT CREW took over once on the aircraft. This made the uncomfortable crampped overpriced for what you're not getting flight a nightmare. There was horrible turbulence as well, which the airline is not responsible for; However our captin did'nt address the passengers at all. And the completely UNPROFESSIONAL rude chatty and hard to understand screeching non english speaking voices from two women kept coming over the speakers disrupting what little peace one would try to focus on while being jolted around like on a rollercoaster. You some people were ACTUALLY motuon sick, scared, and nervous BUT they didn't stop talking long enough to notice. I only noticed the men working with passengers to maintain some calm by displaying professionalism.

Terrible software and potentially a really disruptive situation - when flying, identity information is critical. Awful.

Pros: I’m not sure what I missed when I booked our tickets a couple months ago, we never got email or text reminder for check in. I thought they may just not have online check in option for certain routes. Then we found out people from same flight did get reminder. My husband and I both have globe entry. They did it right when we flew out. On the way back, there was no TSA sign on my boarding pass, so I was redirected to regular line. The plane wasn’t full on the returned flight, yet they assigned seats indifferent rows and way back of plane. I notice there were some empty seats in the front and middle of plane, they packed a lot of people in the back and separated people who traveled together but not paid and selected seats. Is it policy of Sun Country airline? Last time we took Sun Country, they didn’t assigned seats accurately although we paid fee for selected seats. After sending in complain, they did refund the selected fee for my husband. Hope they would see this and improve their ticketing.

Cons: My original flight left at 6:43 p.m. yesterday. When my conference wrapped earlier than expected I went to the airport to see if I could get on an earlier flight as when looking on your app there were options at 2:29 p.m. and 4:45 p.m. and both still accepting bookings. When I got to the airport around 1 p.m., the woman at check in informed me that a flight time change would cost me $75. I was surprised as the one-way flight I had looked up before was only $48 so it would have been cheaper for me to just purchase a new flight! Also another woman at the conference said she was able to change flights easily. I don't understand why if there is room on a flight and I am going to the same destination, same airline, why the change fee is so outrageous. This is a simple way that Jetblue could have improved my customer experience. Instead I waited in the airport all day. :(
