Pretty good but bring your own food and water

My flight was canceled for no reason. I am currently stuck in Oslo for the next 4 hours waiting to go to Berlin.
Completely disorganized checkin lines Boarded and then sat on plane for 2 hours
There was no communication and the whole experience was extremely disorganized. Our flight was cancelled and delayed numerous times. We were in the airport until 4 am two nights in a row.
Flight crew didn’t ask anyone if they wanted a drink for the whole 10+ hrs unless they had pre purchased food.
We had two medical emergency on board so the flight attendant took care of them really well
They check in my hand carry my whole point of carrying is not to be bother with claing my luggage
I didn’t make this flight.
Decent boarding group, same snacks, same flight attendants (who were very nice)
My only gripe is that paying for an assigned seat is only allowed 48 hours before takeoff and costs at least $30, twice what Spirit charges to allow you to select a seat during booking, so it is worse. No one watched us to ensure that we didn’t use the overhead bins (a stipulation of the fare) but we did comply anyway. We chose to take our chances and were assigned seats at the gate 16 rows apart and both in the middle seat.
We were unfortunately stuck on the tarmac for 45 minutes. I ran to my connecting gate but they had already closed it. There wasn’t a service rep at the gate. I walked to another gate and there was a very helpful rep who rebooked me to a nearby city. It overall was disappointing and caused me to get home about 3 1/2 hours later.
Flight was not full.
Luggage was very late and arrived at the wrong carousel.
Punctual, great food in Premium Economy, friendly crew.
Took over 75 minutes (after arrival) for baggage to arrive on the carousel. Boarding area did not have well-defined lanes for different groups.
Initially the flight from Lima was delayed for almost 1:30 and then we lost this connection then Airfrance rebooking to SAS they tell us to take all our luggage’s and check in again it’s was awful and really bad from then walk and spend time we suppose to be quite at home ... the worst was in SAS have ano system and for 1.5 kilos extras you might pay 33€ so after long day and wait, running everywhere with all my staff I see to eat a 11€ menu at the airport with not more explanation from Airfrance .. really bad and worst services..
This is what happens when you get roped in by a low price.
Disorganization which led to not being able to pre-purchase baggage. Then bad info at airport which led to multiple trips through security trying to make weight on a bag that should have been checked but was told didn't need to. Ended up missing flight, having to rebook at full fare and no one knows where the bag that was checked is. STAY AWAY!
Although we departed late from Paris, it arrived on time to Mexico City. Most of the stewardess very professional and kind.
Although we traveled in Business, all business cabins were full of children, tired crying, walking around. My suggestion to AIR France would be that the small cabin of business were assigned to adults only. Regarding food, some options were not available when our turn came.
There should be more layover time as I almost missed my flight and My luggage was delayed!!
Cabin Crew was awesome.
Entertainment System was not working and no Non-veg food option in flight.

Crew was courteous and polite! Entertainment system had some great movies at no additional cost.
Poor communication between delta, KLM and Air France meant that I couldn’t check in online and get a digital boarding pass. Furthermore I couldn’t use the check-in kiosks because my name was listed as Reidmr instead of Reid, which meant that my boarding pass did not match my passport. Overall this caused unnecessary delays that were compounded by the fact that I couldn’t use my TSA precheck. My main problem on the plane was that I had to struggle to get water served to me. It’s always so dry on planes and I would have liked to be able to get more than one tiny glass of water at a time. Also, would have loved a window at my window seat. Plus no WIFI!?
The flight attendants could not do enough for you.
Business class was pretty empty but again I was not allowed to change my seat selection online. Pathetic check-in.
una valija se perdió. Eso desató el descontrol que tiene KLM para seguir el equipaje. No hay como hacer tracking. No hay un teléfono a donde hablar, la web está desactualizada y con información equivocada. Direccionan a usar canales de twitter y facebook que no responden. Primer experiencia en KLM y no pienso nunca más usar esta aerolínea. Llevar el equipaje o resolver un problema sobre valijas es de lo más básico de una aerolínea y no lo hacen.
The meal that they served was great.
The leg room for someone that is 6ft 4in is not the best.
Missed my connecting flight from Helsinki to Miami because the flight from New Delhi, India was delayed by more than 4 hours.
A330 throne seat (2A) is nice and private.
Flight attendant in business class was quite terse and rude.
Plane was late taking off and almost missed my next connection. Due to landing late my luggage did not make it on make it on my flight. However the airline delivered to my place the following morning. It was not an inconvenience to me as the baggage was delivered in a timely fashion. Thank you Finnair!
