Flight was on time, crew were excellent. For some reason our originally selected seats were changed. We had to re-choose our seats when we checked in online and options were limited. One of our two checked bags we placed on the wrong carousel. It was only be shear luck that I saw it. That cost us 20 minutes of wasted time. So much for the “priority” tags. They are meaningless, and have been ever since they were implemented. I wish you would do the save some money and stop using them.
Great crew, boarding and deboarding excellent. Seats too close together. The 5'8" woman seated next to me had her knees pushed into the seat in front of her. The meat was very tough in the dinner...
The ground crew in Houston were not friendly. The security staff were very rude and reflected an attitude of superiority with rude remarks.
The flight attendant was very kind and offered my son a snack for free.
We fly to Ecuador frequently. Checking in is usually a hassle because most United agents take some time before they can verify that my passport doesn't require a visa to Ecuador. This time the process was even longer due to the cyber attack. But she was really nice to us. So glad we brought plenty of snacks to supplement the 3 flights from SEA to GYE.
United service is way below par when compared with other airlines like JAL, ANA, or EVA on the same route especially for business class.
The flight from QRO to IAH had some turbulence on the way up and again a lot of turbulence when landing.
Two hour flight delay, it was awful and loss of sleep.
Lunch/dinner was OK, the snack before landing in Houston was not good. A simple sandwich would have been better.
The terminal and gate was never the right one announced in the Viva App, neither in screens, moved from one terminal to another
The smart/express line to check in was a mess, employees not doing the process smooth and quick, using their mobile phones, talking to their coworkers
My flight was changed 4 tienes , delaying my arrival lore than 5 hours
Everything was okay, but boarding begins late and when I was returning there was a gate change. The app never showed the change.
Flights were delayed both ways, with no communication provided by the boarding desk. Delay time kept changing and the boarding process is a pain, as it is so disorganized. Would not recommend.
NOTHING.. THEY CANCEL MY FLIGHT WITHOUT NOTICE AND ENDED UP BUYING A NEW ONE..
They changed the booking I had twice. I got an email last night at 10pm (which I missed of course). Went to the airport this morning and found out it got cancelled due to plane maintenance issues. They offered a flight for tomorrow morning and I just got an email with cancellation notice. Again!! I would not recommend booking with this airline.

Delayed 6 hours! finally able to board, then had to wait 45 minutes for the plane to fill up. Mid flight when food service started, they had nothing to offer with the exception of chips and cookies. Worst flight ever!
The priority seat are great especially the first row! Crew was very cordial and helpful, airplane efficient, the departure and arrival was on time.
