Terrible flight. 1. They’ve only one option for food. 2. Seats are very cramped and screens are tiny 3. No pillow or blanket provided on long haul flight
WE didint profit of food , but for the other think all was good

I never board the flight. My visa was delayed and when I tried calling Kayak, no one answer and I still have not heard from anyone.

Crew was enthusiastic. Meal was surprisingly good. They came to give water very frequently. Negative that the seat reclining didn't work
Terrible seats. Whoever designed the seats should try taking a long flight in it themselves.
I felt the overall quality of the plane and food service was less than that of their partner airlines, United. An example was wine was served in paper cups in premium economy class. There was no real silverware, napkins or a welcome kit other than a pillow and blanket.
Boarding time was a bit slow causing the flight to not leave right at 5 pm,but other than that it was fine.
my husband's monitor did not work. there was a visibly ill family in my husband's row.
Everything was perfect dood delicious staff were nice excellent and smooth landing great job 👍

Easy flight, on time, easy check in but long lines.
Dirty seats, entertainment unit not working. The crew member assisting in giving boarding passes was rude. She didn’t give us the seats we bought and then tried to give us 4 seats saying they were in the same row which they were not. We had paid for our seats to be assigned!. Food was bad, service was poor. My son had asked the hostess for a sprite which she told she would get but did not
There was no food !! We ordered Kosher and they confirmed they would have it but the crew told us that kosher food was “out of stock” We went hungry for 7-8 hours
The food was disappointing, and the airplane appeared old, with torn seats. Royal Air Maroc could definitely do better.
Check in process is terrible, only one counter opens to serve over hundred passengers, agents are incompetent and took too long to get passengers boarding passes. Supervisor is no help neither. On board entertainment 90% monitors were defective.
Educate your crew members they need to understand what their job is and customers service and be human.
On line check was unavailable even tho I was receiving emails to check in and select my seat. At the gate was told all seats were taken ahead of time and was pre assigned a bad seat. When could you check in the choose a seat ???? The ran out of all food choices in business class !!! I had nothing to eat. They told me to pre order a special meal. I don’t want a special meal I was a regular meal. Seats very uncomfortable for business class prices.
Bad service in la RAM from beginning to end. The crew ladies are impolite and rude and insensitive to passengers requests. I do not recommend traveling with Royal Air Maroc (La RAM) - worst service.
