Overall good. Plenty of legroom and fairly comfortable seats. No issues with capacity and the overhead been even though most people brought several carry-ons on. I don’t think Breeze really enforces the pay for a carry-on rule.
Surprised at how much I enjoyed Breeze. Paid for the Nicer upgrade which made it closer in price to a flag ship carrier but with more comfortable seats and much more leg room. Crew was polite and since we brought our food no loss there. Would make the point that the ‘have to pay for a carry-on is BS’. Most people did not and had several. Still was plenty of room in the overheads.
Comfortable seating, adequate space available, nice to have USB port, polite crew.
My experience is typically great with Breeze. This trip wasn’t any different.
This was my first experience with Breeze. The plane was cleaner and more comfortable than any other I've experienced. The process of boarding was streamlined. We boarded early and arrived at our destination 45 minutes early. The only hiccup was my ticket was rejected by TSA PreCheck and I got sent to the back of a very long line at Fort Myers. I entered my information when I bought my ticket, but it apparently didn't connect to my permanent profile. I'll correct that for next time. I was expecting an Allegiant experience, but Breeze was much more upscale. I really, really enjoyed it.
Great experience. Non stop is great in and of itself.
Lady at check in counter helped me get a seat in the cut row all to myself.
It was great except the other passengers who didnt have children complaining and not giving grace to the mommas with tiny babies who were trying to comfort their little ones during the decent. They were clearly trying and every child travels different.
It was pretty good. Only thing that makes our boarding uncomfortable was, that we had to pass TSA at terminal 1 and after that walk 15 minutes to terminal B, because bus was insufficient to take so many people and waiting time for the bus was more then 1 hour.
Something about the chair was uncomfortable, Maine the curvature of the back.
The flight was on time. I generally don’t drink or eat on short flights and the seats were good and the flight attendants were friendly. That’s all I expect
It was nice to have gotten up upgraded to first class with a meal on a three hour flight
United have really come back. Airport and boarding process is clear and good, app and information also very good
Flight was delayed 8 times. We were sitting at the airport for 14 hours. We got 2 hours of sleep (if that) on what was not meant to be a red-eye.
After a delay at the gate, C3, at Ohare on Sunday, I left my Blk ski coat on the bench at the gate, lost! Please review my lob claim, thx.
Very bad! They kept delaying my flight and wouldn’t do anything about it
They brought an empty plane to the gate. Then a flight delay was announced for maintenance and waiting on a part. I was then put on a flight to San Francisco instead with a connecting flight to my final destination. Arrived at my final destination 2 hours late.
The only downside was my cell phone charger wouldn’t work in the charging port but everyone else’s would work in them all. My cell phone cable works fine in my hotel room in Frankfurt.
Flight team stood out for perzonal attention, kindness at bright cheery attitudes at 8am. Very helpful.
Ot was overall fine. Left on time and had basic snacks. Weather was finicky but that’s not the airlines fault.
