Cons: "It was not acceptable and very disappointed that flight DL391 from SDQ to NY-JFK was delayed till it left at 4:40pm because there were no crew members to bring the aircraft to STO DGO the night before as it is usually done so that the aircraft sleeps over in las Americas. We were at the airport at 4:30am because the flight was scheduled to depart at 6:05am we were lucky to be able to rebook for a flight SDQ-ATL DL576 for the same day hoping to make the connection ATL-IND. Unfotunately that flight was rerouted to Charlotte due to bad weather conditions with a delay of 3 hrs before it landed in ATL thus missing our connection to INDI and had to sleep in ATL and leave the next day to IND thus missing a meeting commitment that we had in IND. We should and expect to be compensated by Delta for this."

Only toilet in economy class was cloughed up and was not functional therefore a very disgraceful situation, they sent me to the other toilet in 1st class area and there I notice several blankets on empty seats after I was told there weren’t any spare blankets."

It is such a short flight that there were only pretzels and water without ice served on this flight. There was no entertainment on this flight. Small, clean plane for a less that 1 hour flight."

Cons: "It may be La Guardia Airport that is the one to blame and not AA, but long story short I was on the airplane on the ground in NY for about 5 hours. We had a domino effect of things happen that caused us to be delayed and then cancelled. First a Gate change to a different terminal after boarding was suppose to begin so we had to take a shuttle over and we're still missing 50 passengers, Engine problem that required maintenance, refuel because we were in the plane on the ground waiting for so long, deplane and replane for 10 mins because of a law, on the runway and back to the gate for all these different occasions. When they finally let us off the plane after all these hours it was because of weather (although the skies were blue and the pilot was confident it wouldn't be an issue) they didn't actually cancel the flight until 5pm, my flight was suppose to take off at 9am. They were also required by law to give us free snacks Bc we hadn't eaten all day or had fresh air--these were all chips and soda...in gluten free so I had to starve. AA customer relations said they couldn't compensate because the issue that was documented in their records for my flight cancellation was because of "weather"... my flight couldn't be rescheduled until the following afternoon, making me have to cancel work 2 days in a row and pay for multiple taxis and and extra night of boarding. I will NEVER fly AA or La Guardia again."

Was not a fan of the extra time in the holding pattern above Indianapolis, nor the extra time 150 feet from the gate after we landed."

The seat was very uncomfortable. Luckily this was only 1.5 hours flight time otherwise it would have been pure misery. Right side seating on the isle would be better for foot room but the other aforementioned issues exist."

That line was long, so we were directed to a shorter security TSA pre check by a person who took us back upstairs to a 3rd location that was not signed or marked to be a security check area at all. It said employees. This is a disorganized airport."

Cons: "This new unassigned seat fare that offers the "cheapest rate" also doesn't allow a checked bag. What this means is that you have to do two separate searches to compare the basic economy price and the upgraded economy to see if the difference is less than a checked bag. It makes the booking process unecessarily complicated, so much so that I'm just going to exculde United from the list of airlines when I do a search on one of the aggregators"

I specifically asked on the phone to be moved to an American Airlines flight later that day, and was told that flight would be cancelled. Drove to the airport because I didn't understand how both the flights were cancelled with perfect weather in the departure and destination cities. The people at the airport moved us to the American flight that I was previously told was cancelled. Would have been much easier to do over the phone, but I was lied to on the phone."

Supposed to land in Orlando at 6 pm arrived at midnight. Should have read Frontiers reviews before I booked on them, never again."

Cost more to carry on than check in??? Also, on my flight to Ft Myers, there was a family with several young children (Twins under 4 yr, a 5 yr old and 7 yr old?). They were NOT seated together...not even the twins. Different rows for each member of the family...The flight attendants did NOT help, so as passengers, we moved around to accommodate the family's needs. One of the twins was quite upset and not feeling well, so the mother was holding her and the flight attendant stated that she was required to be seated in her own seat. On my flight back, the flight was sold out...I boarded the plane and realized someone was in my seat...I didn't not care, nor did I require any specialized seating. I informed the attendant and she did nothing until I asked her..."Where would you like me to sit" She shrugged her shoulders, so I asked the person in the seat to check her ticket and I would seat in her seat. The attendant verified that seat and said "Good" The gentleman in the seat beside me was traveling with a toddler, who during the trip needed a diaper change. Unfortunately, there were NO places to change her, NO suggestions from the attendants, so I got up so he could use my seat to lay her down and do what was necessary. After completing the task, NO attendant asked for his trash or came with a bag to dispose of the dirty diaper. Simple acts of kindness and using common sense would really be a benefit..."

Cons: "- After exiting plane, baggage took approx. 1 hour to arrive at terminal. Luggage for ~10 other flights came/went through baggage while we waited. Frontier was only airline that did NOT have an open baggage representative desk"
Pros: "I had no idea that the "inexpensive" flight I was buying would have so many hidden fees. My choice was to either pay for my second carry on or to check it for a fee. No other airline I fly requires passengers to pay for their second carry on. Additionally, when I checked in, I was asked to pay for my seats to ensure that I could sit next to my companion. In other words, seat price wasn't included in the ticket price either. How was I to know this when every other airlines includes it! Also, there were no complimentary snacks (peanuts, pretzels, etc.) nor drinks (sodas, etc.). Everything had a fee. I was also very unimpressed by an agent at the ticket counter who was flirting inappropriately with me. It was extremely unprofessional and made me uncomfortable. In all, I was incredibly disappointed with Frontier and will never fly the airline again."
Pros: "overall very satisfying. havent flown in a number of yrs and things have changed a ton. Ur team did a great job. Booked thru Kayak. One suggestions would be a little more forthcoming with additional costs on website. For us newbies. I will fly Frontier again and have a better understanding of the exp. Thanks for 2 nicely done legs. appreciate the effort and the product"
Pros: "The crew was fantastic! The seats were comfortable for how minimalistic they were. The flight was delayed due to all earlier flights being delayed from weather, but the crew made up for that disappointment."
Cons: "If I didn't bring a jacket to put behind my neck, my head and neck would have been very uncomfortable. We sat in the plane for almost an hour before it departed (partially due to weather and partially due waiting for water to arrive to be pumped on)."
Pros: "The crew was friendly and helpful."
Cons: "Had to sit on the tarmac about 30 minutes on arrival in Indianapolis because another aircraft was at our gate. Why couldn't we have gone to a different gate? Arrival was at about 9pm and the airport wan't that busy. This was uncomfortable. Would have been a good time to hand out free snacks and beverages or drink coupons for a future flight."
Pros: "Cost effective"
Cons: "Seats extremely uncomfortable... but you get what you pay for"
Cons: "Never happened. My flight got changed to an 11 hour layover. Had to fly into a different airport and had to pay to rent a car and was not compensated."
Pros: "The flight was on time and the boarding process was pain free."
Cons: "Felt completely misled after finding out there is a fee for carryon luggage. The seats are incredibly uncomfortable (no padding and no recline option) and the tray table is the size of my hand. Lastly you have to pay just for a cup of water."
Pros: "My first experience with Frontier, it was okay."
Cons: "The level of understanding in regards of cheaper flights mean increase on other ends, but to pay $40 for a carry-on/$30 for checked-in baggage is a blind-sided downer. One gets what one pay for."

Cons: "Customer service at Frontier is the worst I've seen in over 20 years. Very unprofessional and rude with customers both at the gate and on the flight. Repeated instances of staff talking about customers in close proximity. Delay after delay with no accurate updates for customers to make informed decisions on alternate plans."
Cons: "Lost checked bags in Denver, didn't receive for 2 days and about ruined my vacation because my festival ticket was in the bag. Other than that the flight was great. Will fly with them again but will never check a bag."

Cons: "Staff not very friendly. Seats were absolutely horrible in that they were hard and uncomfortable with no leg room or elbow room and unable to recline. Worst seating experience I've ever had. Also, I observed the luggage handlers abusively handling the luggage which isn't surprising as some of my personal belongings in my luggage were damaged. Also, what ever happened to getting a complimentary snack and beverage? I'll try to look for another airline next time.....for sure!!!!"

Cons: "hidden costs, difficult to contact airline for exit row seating, original booking did not disclose $80 extra for an exit row seat, don't mind cost of food or adult beverage, but at least a glass of water or a cup of coffee would have been nice, confusion at check-in - we are not frequent fliers so better signage would have helped,"

Cons: "i had 1 personal item and the person charged me $30 for it. It was my purse only"
Cons: "No offer of free water. Flight attendant only asked if we "would like to purchase any snacks or beverages" and then moved on."
Cons: "I did not like the hidden charges of carry-on bags and seating."

Cons: "Check in with bags was high. I believe I should have being able to look at the bagging prices before I decided to purchase the tickets."

Cons: "The seats did not recline at all on 2.5 hour flight in the middle of the night. Legs, back and bottom were extremely sore afterwards and I was able to get no rest for my 1.5 hour drive home. Comfort is not a priority for Frontier"
Pros: "Quick boarding process, and I love that there's no baggage fees for military."
Cons: "That drinks and snacks aren't free. Also that the flights are super early in the morning or extremely late at night."
Cons: "I didn't like the 3.5 hour mechanical delay that we had where we eventually ended up switching planes. If there was a mechanical issue, we should have switched planes an hour after the issue wasn't able to be resolved. Your stewardess with the gray hair was unpleasant as well. There were no features on this plane so the passagers had the option of just sitting there or sleeping. Not even your basic airline snacks (peanuts, crackers) were complimentary. This was very "nickel and dime" like. I also don't care for the fact that you have to pay for your carryon, which is more expensive than checking a bag."
Pros: "I liked that I was zone one boarding."
Cons: "The seats felt like they were park benches wrapped in a single layer of leather, they don't recline, and there was no in flight entertainment. This is by far the worst airline I have flown with and will not be doing so again."

Cons: "Paid $45 each for front area (3people) for the same seat as everyone. NO FIRST CLASS. INFACT fly Frontier and they charge you for water. Pay for bags. Pay for your seat when you check in. Pay for water. Pay for pretzels. Pay for kids beverage. 3 of us cost more than 4 of us on Southwest. 24yr old crew flirting with the pilot. 20 min later-who is flying the plane & are the shacking up?"

Cons: "Left Orlando over 1 1/2 hrs late. Gate crew kept announcing that our replacement plane would be arriving "shortly" but it turned out to be much longer than expected--could have communicated better."
Cons: "Crew members were overwight and kept bumping into me while I was seated in an aisle seat. Crew was unfriendly. Flight was delayed an hour. Seats are not comfortable. Was charged 45 dollars for a carry on. No beverages or snacks served on flight."

Pros: "Due to mechanical problems, our 10:30am flight was continually delayed until 4:30pm."
Cons: "I didn't like that frontier had only a single plane to work with. Denver is supposed to be their hub, correct? Surely there should be another option for a plane."
Pros: "Flight was smooth and landed a little ahead of schedule"
Cons: "TSA would not accept the boarding pass from my phone after standing in line for 30+ minutes.. I had to go back to the airline desk and get a paper boarding pass and go through security again. I had to run to the gate and was the last passenger to board. Frontier's mobile app sucks. It is touted to make my traveling easier but when you bring it up, all it will let you do is make a reservation. If it would have worked, it may have saved me 45 minutes of TSA frustration."

Pros: "I was on the same plane I just got off of. I thought that the crew got the plane ready very quickly to allow us to board again."
Cons: "The seats were uncomfortable."
Pros: "Very competitive pricing, good departure times, departures were on time and friendly crew."
Cons: "Changes need make to online check in. I selected our seats 24 Hrs in advance and the ticket desk gave our seats to another couple. Flight was not full so the issues was resolved. embarrassing to staff and customers. (both partes)"
