Flight attendants were excellent!
No indication of where to go to get to connecting flight. Luckily we had 2 1/2 hours to find the flight.
I had to run for almost 2 miles every time I had to change the flight. On the way to India they lost my one bag, and on the way back to US they lost my both begs.
I never expect airline food to be any good but I’m always hoping it’s edible. This was not the case, as the egg breakfast made me physically ill.

Leg room and space was great but the seats could use some more cushion.
I was coming from Sydney and I have to hurry up to take the other fly to Newark and didn’t have time to buy for nothing to eat but I was very surprised they didn’t offer me anything on the plane and when I ask they I have buy it online and didn’t have many choices anyway, I very disappointed with this fly.
The flight did eventually take off, unlike a few others leaving around the same time.
We were delayed several hours and were never told why. Mostly there were no Aeroflot staff at the gate to ask. When there was, they said they couldn't help us because our flight was a codeshare with FinnAir. At the last minute they switched gates, sending us all scurrying.
I really enjoyed the whole flight - Finnair is definitely one of the best airlines.
I wish there was a bigger choice of classical music in the entertainment program.

When trying to check in online the day prior, the British Airways system was unable to load my reservation. Upon arrival to the airport, the rather unambitious fellow at the check-in desk refused to look up my reservation and instead insisted that my flight was in fact through American Airlines. After waiting in yet another queue, I was sent back to British Airways, where it was confirmed that Iwas booked on the flight, but that it would be to late to check my suitcase. I am still at my city of origin in London as I write this review.

That I had to PAY for water to drink that was not tap water No room for my carry-on in overhead bins...took some arranging.
New plane. Good leg room. Good service overall.

I'm very disappointed because i wasn't allowed to travel back to the US from Brussels (Belgium). i was supposed to connect in Toronto but because I'm a foreign student in the US, I wasn't aware that i needed a Canadian Visa to transit in Toronto. so lost my flight and i hard to spend another thousand euros to catch the next flight that will connect in the US territory. I made all the call possible to resolve my flight issue and no one could help me either Brussels airline personnel or the kayak customer service. until today i didnt have not even a email to let me know what happen.
It was easy boarding. The flight crew had been been late due to a bad taxi driver. We still arrived on time!

Crew was polite, but...
The flight attendants seemed unused to the idea that Orthodox Jews won't sit beside people of the opposite sex. This made boarding take longer than it needed to. The airline should figure out a way to streamline this process on flights to/from Tel Aviv.
