Staff were friendly.

Heathrow’s use of buses to move passengers around is ridiculous for a modern airport. No water offered on flight exacerbated by dehydration from previous flight. All refreshments for a fee. I will not fly BA again if there is an alternative.

We couldn’t get on the flight. We arrived late because of an earlier flight but were at the ticket area before this flight even started boarding. Our boarding passes would not print at our departure location and I wasn’t able to check in online for it because it kept linking to the American Airlines website for checkin. We tried to print our boarding passes at the kiosks but it said we needed to seek assistance. We were misdirected to the ticketing/rebooking line which we sat in and watched the board change to boarding and later gate closing. There were only two agents at the desk helping the completely full queue. We were told that our reservation was apparently already changed to a later flight for some reason. Being delayed seven hours is a great way to start a honeymoon off.

I will not use o recommend to anyone to buy a ticket with the agency, at the airport in China we were treated like criminals because as they said we were not register in the system as passengers it was really a nightmare

Croissants instead of pretzels was a nice change of snack

Computer failure rendered the check in process a total mess. Staff seemed utterly at a loss and also totally unprepared for this very early and very full flight. Most passengers seemed to have multiple bags to check. Since this is a regular flight it was hard to understand why check in staff wandered in late when time was already tight - let alone having a system failure as well to deal with. We were 50 minutes late leaving. This resulted in many of us either missing or having extremely tight (stressful) connections at CDG Paris.

We flew with our special needs child without requesting any particular accommodations except for gluten free meals. The gate staff and flight crew identified him and allowed us special bordering that facilitated the process. That act of kindness is a rare experience on our part. Thank you Air France staff!

The movie/tv selection was extensive

I’ve never had such a bad meal on a plane. I don’t expect fine dining but I felt sick to my stomach afterward. My flight sat in by the tarmac for an hour. I only made my connection because that flight was also an hour late. Boarding was really chaotic.

The crew on board seemed efficient and friendl for this short 2.5 hour flight.

No food, no drink, no entertainment were included with this fare. Thankfully we were so exhausted from the long haul flight immediate preceding this flight that we did not care. I'm not sure why but the gate staff was trying to get everyone to check their smaller bags including our backpacks. My husband gave in but I did not since not having them would be disaster during this trip. His backpack and many bags from other customers came about 15 minutes after the rest of the luggage so we were a little panicked. Thankfully all turned out fine.

Arriving in Paris

They have a fare that does not charge for Regular Bags....we booked it unknown toy us assuming we each could take a regular bag for no charge....well we have ended up paying an extra 400+ pounds for our bags to go each way to Paris and it has ruined our first time to Paris. The fare online was foreign to us and deceitful being from the US in every way. No one could even work with us or was willing to make a decision but everyone seemed to agree while still charging. No more British Airways Deceipt!

My American partner's passport expires 2 months after our return to the US. Unfortunately, the French issued a year ago the following rule: to enter France, the foreign passport must not expire at least 3 months after the return date. British Airways let us fly to London, explaining this to us, how it would be on us if there were problems further down, and that we would have to get our luggage in London. We chose to fly thinking it would be OK, we had listened to an online person who had had the same problem and the French later told him they would have let him in, also I am myself a dual citizen of France and the US, plus I am autistic, an invisible disability (in my case) that makes it impossible for me to travel alone. I usually do not even say it since not much is understood -by those who do not have it- on how to accommodate it However in London BA did not allow my partner to go on. Due to the fact yesterday was Easter Monday, the American consulate in London was closed. We have spent the night in a nearby motel and now, the next day, I am waiting alone back at the airport with our 2 large suitcases while my partner is at the American consulate. We are poor, do not have phone, currency or charger for England, and I do not do well with stress, so it is difficult. Now we cannot easily reach one another. We hope to be able to fly on a standby basis (that's what BA told us we could hopefully do) later today. Sorry for this long letter, I hope it does not bore whoever reads it (if it is even read :). Charged double for baggage on moble check in. Called 3 times - spent over an hour to find out since I bought discount tickets no refunds for excess baggage. I didn’t want excess baggage their website automatically charged double - website said ecess charged automatic when checking in. Won’t use kayak again.

Food was good, many options with entertainment

The person making announcements mumbled and spoke too softly for someone who's announcing things on a flight. We couldn't understand half of everything being said. Also both flights departed late even though TAP reported them as "on time." We sat at the gate for almost an hour before departing with announcements at that time solely in a Portuguese - on a flight going to New York.

The flight actually got me to my destination

I asked for priority boarding at the counter since I’m pregnant which they agreed to. They advised me to wait for the priority announcement to board first. That did not happen. They simply let everyone on at once causing a stampede. Flight was delayed. Flight had no AC until almost take off. Smallest amount of legroom I’ve ever had in my life.

Worst experience I've ever had. I've been traveling for years but never experienced an airlines this unprofessional. I have received 4 emails which all said my flight had a 3 hour delay but did not notify me it will be on time until 20 minutes before departure from Barcelona. Of course, I Went to the information desk to see if they can still board me on the flight but they said no although it still didn't leave. They charged me 115 Euros a ticket but ONLY accepted cash. I was not flying alone and it didn't carry hundreds of euros with me. I had to wait hours just for the exchange to open. The crew at the information thought this was hilarious by the way, particularly the supervisor who had an extremely cheap red hair dye who refused to give me her name then put a scarf over her name tag to hide it. After I thanked the man who was helping me, she naturally yelled from across the information desk "HE SHOULDNT DO THIS!!!!" ... I said thank you? NEVER FLY THIS AIRLINES! I hope they get their act together before this airlines goes out of business!

The attendants on Austrian air are all very nice and helpful. You can make any request of them or ask any question and they are happy to help. Great customer service. Arrived on time. Also, very good entertainment options!

The seats are very uncomfortable on Austrian air. The only way I would fly them again would be if I had extra money for the exit rows with more leg room. Food isn't great, but no airline food is really great. Boarding was significantly delayed from what it said on the boarding pass, with no updates. But we arrived on time. Getting luggage after flight at Dulles took a really long time, but I think that is more of an airport issue as getting my luggage from another Austrian airlines flight to another airport was a breeze.

Boarding by groups was not followed, no one to control them, just a rush to gate. No discipline by Iberia. Reserved a seat on aisle of 3 seats side section so my left leg could stretch out after surgery but they changed aircraft type w/ only 2 seats on side without notification, so my right leg had the aisle.

I had a problem finding ticket number for a return ticket. It took an hour at boarding but Iberia rep. found it and saved the day. She really cared and got the job done. Can't say enough about this Argentine rep. Also this was an international flight and they did Not hassle us about the weight of our carry on. Last year Etihad weighed our purses with a bathroom scale at the door of the aircraft. Outrageous. Slowed boarding for over an hour and cost passengers an average of $150 - $320.

Food was terrible all around. Didn't pass out water during 11 hour flight and all the "good" movies didn't load.
