The check in staff at the front desk were extremely rude and forced me to check and pay for a bag that was a carryon.
Hi, i was surprised that i had to ask an extra money for my suitcase, because when I ordered the flights nothing was written about extra payment!
Wider than average seats and a nice meal.
Plane was not near the gate & we had to ride a bus to the plane.
I’ve flown Aegean 3 times in the last month and there flights have been late all 3 times.
We have a delay. Alrhoght we order kosher food- we werent in the list- so there was no food for us. At the end one of the passagers didnt wanted to eat so they gave us his portion. Was cold and the feeling of been forget is bad. Specially when you are traveling with a 2y old. That is hungry abd tired. Very disapointed.
Terrible. Long delays caused me to miss connecting flight and a wedding. Lufthansa decided 12 hours of my day and the missed ceremony was worth a 5 euro voucher... Never flying german again.
Attentive helpful and cheerful staff: on time
1) They left our luggage at Brussels, the lost and found desk in Venice that handles Brussels airlines was unmanned. Took 40 minutes to talk to a person. 2) Although promised to bring the luggage on the next day, only brought 2 days after! We had to buy some cloth and still waiting for response from them. 3) We almost missed the connection flight (we had almost hour and a half) because the line for connection flight security was enormous and only 1 person worked in the security. Not only that we were rushed by the crew to RUN (!!!) for the bus, that was ridiculous ! We could fall and hurt ourselves.
25 min late too much announcements during night flight, especially about duty free items and prices...
No food except for purchase. Expected at least cup of coffee/crackers
