Pros: Better food ! I had food positing with the meat roll that was provided from Delhi The tv was not working

Pros: Good crew unlike previous experience few months ago.
Cons: Guy beside me was always sitting to his friends.
Pros: The flight itself was fine.
Cons: We waited in the plane on the tarmac for 3-1/2 hours waiting for the plane to be de-iced before take-off. I understand that there is nothing Lufthansa can do about the weather, but they (or the Munich airport) need to have more de-icing machines. It is ridiculous to have to wait that long.
Pros: There was an reasonably attractive opportunity to upgrade to premium economy, which was extremely nice for my long haul flight
Pros: Fairly new plane... new and much improved entertainment system...

Cons: My partner had injured his knee and it was quite swollen. When we phoned and also went to an AC agent at the airport, we were told there was nothing they could really do as far as leg room; Heathrow reps were kind enough to offer a wheelchair when we arrived. The frustrating part was when we were on the flight, there were multiple rows which only had 1 person seated. There did not seem to be any empathy, understanding or patience for our situation and it did not feel great to be treated with annoyance and disdain.
Pros: Flight was on time and the staff and crew were courteous.
Pros: Our toddler got sick on the plane and the crew were immensely helpful providing towels and bags to clean up the mess. They checked in with us multiple times to see how he was.
Cons: Loading took much longer than anticipated and we left about 30 minutes late.
Pros: This was by the far the best flight experience ive had in my life. British Airways was amazing. The staff was awesome and helpful. The food wasn't so bad either, there was a lot given so it was nice to have the options. the seats were so much better than others ive been on as well and I just loved the entertainment options. if I wasn't so sleepy I wish I could've watched more movies and tv! overall amazing and id book with british airways again

Pros: Comfortable seats, good staff.
Pros: Having not flown BA for some years it's easy to get a fresh perspective. The A380 is a good plane that holds a lot of folks. Getting them on & off can take some doing. BA seems to have figured it out. The flight was effortless, the food and service were unobtrusive and quality. Overall a pleasant way to spend the hours from Heathrow to Vancouver in either direction.
Cons: Minor grumble outside of BAs gate being 20 minutes walk from the lounge was the boarding at Heathrow. With that many folks surely BA could do a better job of the pre-flight organization.

Cons: The seats weren’t comfortable, no snacks were offered at all unless you paid for food, & we had to get off the plane in Iceland on the runway & walk to a bus that took us to the terminal.
Pros: Threat crew. Nice. Professional. Deal with passengers well when they tried to get there full luggage on board when it was not ok to do so.
Cons: The boarding process was non existent and lacked personnel at the terminal. The flight was six hours, a snack should be offered.
