Cons: Legroom - knees jammed into sest in front, and guy next to me had to put legs into me to fit. Painful
Cons: The gate agent was extremely rude. She had very bad attitude towards customers. They forced me to pay for my carry-on luggage because they claimed that it did not fit in carry-on size of the company. I purchased an international carry-on size matter fact. The gate agent was also threatening to remove us from boarding the process. I've traveling so many places with many carriers but easyJet by far is the worst in term of customer service particularly from Copenhagen airport. I was departing from Paris and the staffs were very helpful and friendly.

Cons: Paid GBP 26.99 to be able to take with me my carry-on that was refused by a groundstaff standing outside and informing me she determined what would happen. Bad bad experience and paying GBP 26,99 for nothing is a real shame

Pros: TAP serves edible cheese sandwiches. First time in years I eat plane food and don’t immediately regret it.
Cons: I travel with an international carry-on designed to fit in comoartments above seats in any and all planes (Tumi alpha 2 International), and yet TAP would claim it was too large to fit and forced me to check it. My problem is not only the wait once we land, but most improtsntly that the bags are beat up in the journey. Indeed, my carry-on arrived with several scratches on the plastic edges as well as some signs of worn on the textile. Because of this carry-on baggage size restrictions, I will not fly TAP airlines again (unless I can travel with my hand purse only).
Pros: I had to wait almost an hour for my bags. This ridiculous.

Pros: The EasyJet staff both in LGW & PRG were excellent. I felt they went out of their way to accommodate our needs. They were all friendly and professional. EasyJet will be our go to airline for our flights to London and back.
Cons: Though I’m not sure it is easyjet’s Fault, I didn’t like that in LGW the board said the flight was delayed an hour, but left on time. Could have gone horribly wrong had we procrastinated thinking that we had extra time.
Pros: Clean plane with reasonable knee room. Crew was polite and friendly. Bag drop was fast and friendly.. Flight left a little last due to ATC issues but landed at the scheduled time.
Cons: The departure gate was horrible. Very crowded with NO seats. We had to stand around for half an hour.

Cons: Juste the toilet were not so clean and smelled very bad.
Pros: The flight itself was smooth and the crew kept passengers well informed. Beyond that, not much to report it serviced as a mode of transportation but not an experience.
Cons: The seats were super cramped, hardly any leg room or elbow room which made it quite difficult to get comfortable for any length of time. The food was unpleasant. The flight attendants seemed very green.

Cons: Headphone jacks that work would have been nice. 6.5hr flight without sound! The crew disappeared and would only give half cups of water when asked for. ALCOHOL not just wine and warm beer.

Pros: We were lucky that the flight was not full, more space and comfort. Our special meals ordered in advance were provided how ever a little limited Flight was generally smooth and we arrived earlier than scheduled even though we have left later than scheduled. Great service. New, Clean and comfortable aircraft The process while in transit at Lomé was fast and simple.
Cons: The fasten seatbelt was constantantly on (not only while in turbulence) Though we had two full rows available for us, the seat handles could not be lifted; hence the full row could not be utilized... No entertainment at all. This can be advised ahead for you to come with adequate tablet.
Pros: The people on the plane were super nice and the flight was nice as well. the price was cheaper than many others.
Cons: I am used to traveling continents with other companies. There has always been 2 check in bags allowed with no extra charge as long as you are under 23kg on each. I get to the airport with my 2 bags ready, TAP tells me on large holidays, they only allow 1 bag to be checked to my specific African destination until January 11. And that one bag will cost me $120. They will not let me have the second one. Who does that? How much sense is this supposed to have. I checked with others and they do not do that. That rule rule is unfair and racist. Now that I am back, I have a bag missing. Wow!
