"Audio jack in arm rest did not work right. Tried two bought headsets and did hear audio if pushing connector to side. Eventually returned headset. No Bluetooth option or on board wifi to use personal device with onboard entertainment. Attendant offered to move me but the plane was pretty full."

"My screen wasn’t working property, nor was the headphone jack so to hear the tv/movies. So I sat without entertainment for 10 HOURS! Also, the food was completely unacceptable. I have bought better food out of vending machines. I have flown 100’s of times and I have to say this was the WORST food I have ever had on a plane. I’m quite surprised actually. I’ve flown with Hawaiian before and probably will again inter island but NEVER again for long flights. It was all so disappointing and that’s not what I expect from them."

Cons: "I arrived an hour before my flight- after boarding began they closed the doors to reboot the engines and try and "fix" a problem with the landing gear. The flight kept being delayed with no explanation of whether or not it would even fly. We were told missed connections would be dealt with but they weren't. It ended up two hours late, had I known I would have gone to eat somewhere and avoided the terrible egg mushroom thing served on the flight. After landing , many were left with no idea how to get to their destinations and no recourse. The crew was great in the flight, though. Whoever maintains your aircraft should make sure problematic aircraft not be used to transport tens of thousands of your dollars. Very disappointing, considering this was my first flight with Hawaiian, I had heard they were the best. Noteworthy though, that my trip TO Portland with your airline was top notch. The return, however , leaves me with a bad taste and I don't think I will choose it again"

Cons: "For a six-hour flight on a non-budget airline, a breakfast sandwich and some small cookies did not make for a good in-flight meal. With the exception of the male chief flight attendant, who was very personable, I found that the rest of the flight attendants were indifferent to their passengers. On a good note: the chief CSA at PHX was an outstanding individual who made all passengers feel welcome on his airline as they waited to board the aircraft bound for Honolulu. Very rare to see that these days!"

The Hawaiian music and informative video are lovely touches. 1) I do NOT appreciate the $25 charge for luggage. Southwest does not charge for checked bags, and they are thriving. I think it's greedy to charge for luggage. 2) I wish they'd offer a meatless option when serving meals. So many people are plant-based now and I wish HA offered that to patrons. 3) Movies and TV in-flight should be free, as in...gratis. Other carriers offer free in-flight entertainment and HA should not charge. 4) The planes are nice, the crew is FABULOUS; truly a standout in the industry. They have that beautiful Aloha spirit."

Flight attendant seemed to not care and did nothing to alleviate my concerns. For 6 hours, the other persons body was touching mine and I couldn’t recline. Why upgrade?! Picking up check in baggage was a pain since you have to wait for a shuttle to bring you to the baggage claim area, this doesn’t have to be done with other airlines apparently. Bring your own entertainment and food. I wish I’ve known all this before booking with Hawaiian. It was my first time and will be my last time booking with them."

Cons: "We purchased tickets to Maui months in advance. We chose our seats. The morning before our flight we printed boarding passes and paid for check bags. That night, approximately 12 hours before take off I received a notice from Google stating the flight hand been cancelled. To this day I have never received any communication from the airline stating the flight was cancelled. I called Hawaiian and asked about the cancellation. After waiting for the customer service person to find out what the status was, she simply said there was scheduling issues. The best she could offer was a flight the next day. We lost a whole day of our vacation and lost a significant mount of money. Hawaiian offered no compensation and did not seem at all apologetic for canceling an entire flight at the last minute for "scheduling issues." We will do our best never to fly Hawaiian again. They clearly do not value their customers."

Cons: "Most movies were “paid” selections so I didn’t even bother, seats were very narrow even for a shinny person like myself. It seems that they installed more row of seats than much needed restrooms. They only had two in the back, only two in the middle of the economy section, I don’t know about the coach class and the first class cabin but as far as the economy class that was it, and that’s terrible. That is less than a half restrooms normally available on other carrier I’ve known. They should learn from ANA or Canada Air. The cabin temperature seems to be rather cold throughout the flight, yet there was no pillow (only paid one) nor blanket available."

Cons: "My trip on Hawaiian was an experience. The 8 hour delay on the inbound to Lanai was uncalled for - without notification of when it would depart, we chartered a flight and paid an extra 500 to get to our meeting on time. Given our bags were checked, we didn’t cancel the flight as we needed our clothes delivered to Lanai. The night before the outbound flight was to depart, I received notice that our flight was canceled. The cancellation was due to a no show in Lanai-though I did arrive in HNL. No call - no text - just an email stating it was canceled. When calling to rebook, we were told it would be a 500 rebooking fee, which, after two hours on the phone, you waived. However I was not able to select my seats until I arrived back for my layover on HNL - and therefore the seats were not what we had selected to begin with. Highly unfortunate and unsatisfactory experience."

Cons: "Online check-in was a disaster, HA’s web site is not easy to navigate. Some how KAYAK messed up the data transfer and our first and middle names were joined together. HA”s web site will not allow the user to charge personal information within 24 hours of travel. Check-in for overseas travel requires passport information, if it does not match your HA profile then you cannot pre-check-in. Calling HA support was no help. Even airport agents could not fix the issue they could at least over ride the information."

Cons: "1) quality of food below average 2) need to charge for blankets, pillows and movies- in comparing with delta, I'd prefer to have free blankets, pillows, and movies than free food 3) seats are definitely not as comfortable as delta flights (these new planes or airbuses are actually worse than the old planes, very disappointed at the quality of seats/cushions) 4) customer service check in agent at LAX was not helpful and also the phone customer service representatives (spoke to 2 different employees who were based out of the Philippines) are not helpful as I had a seat already printed and marked on my itinerary when purchasing my ticket, but when I checked in I was told that I would need to pay $80 for the seats that were originally marked"

Cons: "Hawaiian Airlines Customer service from the bottom of the food chain up was the worst CD experience i have ever had. I had an issue and needed to get on of the reservations cancelled and get a voucher. I purchased 4 tickets but since one was in another persons name i had no jurisdiction over it according to them. They kept putting me on the line with different people in another country who had zero CS skills. Then they kept telling me that my reason doesn’t matter and that they had guidelines. And it was a pre written script because they all said the same thing. When the manager called me they basically made me feel an inch tall. Then when corporate (Hawaiian airlines) called me they told me the same thing. Basically held me hostage for my money and then sold my seat to someone else."

Cons: "Switching from Alaskan Air to Hawaiian Air in San Diego is near impossible. I got off at 9:25am and had to run out of the airport and down to another terminal, go through security again and run to gate 51 from gate 10. It is near impossible for someone who can’t sprint. I was the last one to board. Lost my window seat and luggage didn’t make it. In Honolulu I found out luggage hasn’t made it for at least three other couples flying out of BWI with these connections. This combo should not be offered when people select flights."

Pros: "It was nice to get a small meal on the 6hour flight as well as a complimentary drink for all"
Cons: "This was by far one of the oldest planes I have been on in several years. Gawain is known for their entertainment, but this planes had only shared screens and our radio/sound was not working including the lights and call buttons. Upon reporting this to a flight attendant, I was told they would return to work on it, but it wasn't until I reported it again that another attendant worked with us to (unsuccessfully) attempt to restart the system. In the end we just had no entertainment for the flight."

Pros: "The staff were above and beyond. Organized, on-time boarding. The pilots were great. The seats were nice. The tropical beverage offered was lovely. We had a toddler on board a few rows up who either screeched or cried the whole time, as in 5 of the almost 6 hour flight. A REMINDER TO BRING YOUR EARPLUGS. The parents did their best, and at one point I was in the aisle with mom and baby during some turbulence and the child got sick. I let the attendant who was serving drinks know about the situation and he didn't miss a beat and helped mom and baby recover, and got the area cleaned up. It might not sound like much but it was the above and beyond that most people don't realize flight attendants take care of routinely. I appreciated that."
Cons: "The sugary breakfast. I was so surprised that literally nothing in the breakfast did not contain lots of sugar. The bread was inedibly sweet, the nonfat yogurt was overly sweet and had a weird chemical taste. Please at least low fat. Grapes, one of the highest sugar fruits, were the only thing I was able to eat. Please consider offering low/no sugar breakfast options, and wheat free options. I would have loved a hard boiled egg and some cheese and fruit. Couldn't really figure out the entertainment screen. Couldn't get the movies to load. I wasn't that interested in the screen but others might be. Tip: the jack is in the armrest."

Cons: "When I checked in i asked the agent to help me board early since I was carrying a fragile musical instrument. She said check back later. I had no seat assigned and was told I would be seated after all families were taken care of. I waited and waited and finally when everyone was boarded, I checked one last time because I was the only person left in the waiting area and the gate agent totally forgot about me. So she assigned me to a seat that had a wall in front of it and no storage space in the seat in front of me. I was livid. Thankfully I didn’t have to check the instrument but the hassle was a nightmare I really wanted to avoid."

I'm suppose to photograph my friends wedding tomorrow which I'm going to miss his ceremony AND my mom lost one day of work which is a huge deal and ONE day of being in Hawaii out of the four days we planned. I got it as a gift for her, and now were both in our apartment in orange doing nothing, when we are suppose to be arriving to hawai for the first time ever. So upset, and sad and bummed. What a let down. 41 min before our flight and there was nothing anyone could have done. I was on your site for over an hour checking all the guidelines about bags, carry ons, where we need to be and i didn't check in time at all. I just can believe this, a hotel room paid will be empty, and well be here waiting until tomorrow so we could repeat the same thing this morning. waking up at 530 a, heading to LAX in traffic from orange . why."

Pros: "over all the service was good, having food from LAS to HNL was nice, but why not HNL to LAS?"
Cons: "So military gets 2 bags comp, but you have to charge them and have then find a gate attendant to reverse the charges, this is highly inefficient. Also in LAS they don't not open the Ticketing area until 2 hours before the flight, this caused a line and a crush when the gates did open. I mean we are told to arrive early to clear security but that is negated when we have to wait and hour just to get checked in and check our bags. Once again this was a highly enjoyable experience, which make these two ares stand out that much more."

Pros: "There is a port for a USB, so you can bring a device? But then, you have to prepare your entertainment in advance which is an inconvenience...."
Cons: "The complementary food was garbage. I am not asking for a 5 star meal from Roy's; I am asking that the food be somewhat edible. The paid snack options were few and there we no healthier choices. You have to pay for all of films, games, and movies. No WiFi on the plane. The display had issues when I tried to turn it off - it would randomly come on. The volume for the "advertisements" were ridiculously louder. In fact, they were louder than the safety announcements from the staff! Gotta pay $25 for a checked bag."

Pros: "My experience boarding was a bit of a disaster as the boards at the airport stated an incorrect gate and reported an hour delay which was not correct. I ended up having to sprint to make the flight in a different wing an hour before I thought it was leaving. I barely made it onboard. I think this is an issue with the airport, not the airline but this is the only forum I have to state this. My experience with the crew was amazing. Very welcoming and hospitable. My experience with the airport staff was the opposite. Very unhelpful and cold. The flight went fairly smoothly, but, as is the case with most American airlines these days, the seats are uncomfortable and cramped. The inflight meal was good (for airline food) and very much appreciated on the 6 hour flight. Overall, this was a pretty typical American flying experience. Unfortunately, I was returning from flying with Asian and Australian airlines which were much more comfortable and customer-focused, so my experience on Hawaiian seemed subpar."

When I booked the flight, tried to find special diet options but were not available. Flight attendant told another passenger that they don't offer special meals."

Cons: "The flight changed from Alaska to Hawaiian airlines in San Diego. They were in different terminals way to close in time to each other. We had to leave security and go back through tsa to get to the connecting flight and missed boarding. We got to the gate at 10:05 with a flight of 10:15. They knew we were coming but still have our seats away. They told us that they couldn't delay the flight and let us on the plane. We had to wait 24 hours for the next flight with no way to get anywhere and no hotel. We slept in the airport and had to go through security again just to get to our flight. Once we boarded and were seated the gangway moved away from the plane. We waited and then the gangway came back to the plane and 4 passengers were taken off the flight. How can they delay the flight to take people off but not to let us on the plane the previous day?! My mother was born in Hawaii and our family was going to get birth place where she lived and I missed that opportunity because they wouldn't let us board because it would delay the flight. It would have delayed a 6 hour fligh for 10 minutes. Our luggage made it on the flight but we didn't. I'm extremely disappointed in the way it was handled by the ticket counter agents."

The in-flight entertainment screen was not responsive so it was stuck on one movie the entire flight. This experience was very much unlike any other Delta experience."

"Airport experience is exhausting. Extremely long lines for check-in and then even longer lines at TSA. Hand sanitizer stations are almost all empty and in the mens room, people are crowding together to get soap from one dispenser that has just a bit left... flight was no better than Southwest Airlines, and it took over an hour for the bags to start coming out. Delta bag claim attendant just said, "I don't know what's going on with them, just wait a bit longer"."

"As with the outbound flight, this return flight was not full - maybe 40-50%. As they started boarding they announced they located a few people the help with 'load a balance' of the aircraft. What they had done was to compress all passengers in the middle of the plane leaving no space between anyone. It is difficult to understand why everyone is required to wear Masks, then relocated to remove all space between passengers, when there was ample room to allow everyone to be seated with space between."

Pros: "We flew from Anchorage to Boston via Seattle. If there had not been a delay in Anchorage, the flight would have been excellent. However, there was a mechanical problem earlier in the day with a plane to Cincinnati. Our flight was scheduled to leave Anchorage at 4pm, but Delta decided to take our pane from us and use it as a substitute for the original but nonfunctional Cincinatti plane. A ridiculous decision. The Cincinnati people already had missed all their connections, but now all the Seattle people missed theirs as well. When we finally got to Seattle 3 hours late (just before midnight), the desk agent said that Delta had no hotel rooms for us and also no hotel vouchers. We thus had to find a room and pay for it on our own. The next day, we had been rescheduled to Detroit and then on another flight from there to Boston. The flight to Detroit arrived nearly 30 minutes late, and we just barely made our connection. Had we missed it, we would have had to spend that night in Detroit. Delta did its best to keep the two of us together. On the Seattle-Detroit flight we were on opposite sides of the aisle in the same row, but that was in a row right behind a bulkhead, making it easy for us to walk over to each other. On the Detroit-Boston flight we were next to each other. Both flights were completely full, so Delta must have made some effort to keep us together as well as possible."
Cons: "Delta should not have made the dumb decision to take the Seattle-bound plane and use it as a substitute for the malfunctioning Cincinnati plane. Delta should have provided accommodations for the stranded travelers once they arrived in Seattle."

Plane was comfortable because it wasn't packed, so was able to have a seat empty in-between me. The entertainment offered was really good, the connecting to the Go-inflight WiFi was a bit difficult, but no biggie."
Cons: "THE DELTA TERMINAL AT HARTSFIELD AIRPORT, ATLANTA, IS DIS-ORGANIZED!!!! THERE WAS NO ONE GIVING PROPER INSTRUCTIONS FOR DROPPING BAGS OFF, PEOPLE WERE EVERYWHERE IN EVERY KIND OF MADE LINE!!! DELTA SHOULD INFORM TRAVELERS ABOUT TIMES WITH THEIR BAG DROP AND TSA!!! 3HRS TO GET A SMALL PART THAT ONLY TAKES 2 MINUTES TO FIX, I'M VERY GRATEFUL IT WAS FOUND WHILE ON THE GROUND, BUT AFTER 1 AND HALS HOURS COULDN'T WE HAVE JUST CHANGED PLANES!?!?! I WAS SUPPOSED TO BE HOME AFTER 10A, WASN'T UNTIL ALMOST 2P.."

Ran from gate F to gate c24 arrived at 10:23 p.m. Slight to the park at 10:25 p.m. and they closed the door on me as I was running up there. Ran across the entire terminal to get there and they would not let me on. Last Flight of the night to Bismarck. Missed my uncle's 90th birthday party. Would not give me food voucher. Delta gate agent told me she would lose her job if she did not close the doors 8 minutes prior. However the Minneapolis flight waited for 15 minutes for people to board that plane. How does that compute? Why would they not wait 3 minutes for me rather than pay the money to put me up in a hotel?"

Pros: "The flight left on time and arrived on time, crew was pleasant and helpful."
Cons: "I am over 6 foot so comfort for me isn’t possible. It was an older aircraft so the seat monitor was of the older version but it did work and helped to pass the time while I was in my no leg room seat! I am NOT over weight! With turbulence there was only one opportunity for inflight beverage service."

Pros: "Boarded and left JFK on time and arrived 15 minutes early to Seattle. Love DELTA."

Cons: "I usually fly delta and have a great experience - unfortunately my flight from Detroit to Seattle was not. To start off, i was flying with two other people and we were not able to get seats together, and the whole seating process with delta is really difficult even when I had called weeks in advance to see if they could try and seat us together. I understand with main cabin tickets you can only choose your seat as you check in, but it would be nice to be able to request seating with a person/group you are flying with. I was placed in the very back row of a busy flight, and noticed that the horrible smell from the bathrooms which made it unpleasant. As said above, I normally have a pleasant experience.. but being a delta sky member I feel as though i do not really receive any differences as to a non-member. I hope this review helps for the next customers! Thank you."

Pros: "On the first leg I liked the entertainment options. There were plenty of current content to watch and the screen was good enough. I still resorted to my iPad after a while but it was more because I wanted to watch something specifically rather than I had to. The food was decent but as usual the good stuff runs out before you get your turn. Order special food next time."

Cons: "Better seats, the main cabin extra seats were just like the other main cabin seats. One particular stewardess was very rude to all the passengers, while the steward Jeffery was very nice and friendly."

Pros: "The trip started off poorly with a day delay and rebooking hotel and car at final destination. Not to mention our final destination is San Antonio not Phoenix. We were not rebooked for a flight from PHX to SAT. But after a few hours we were finally booked. We didn’t really appreciate the 7 hour layover at 0100 in the morning and nowhere to get a meal or even coffee. However, the flight had the same crew from the night prior and they were excellent. The flight was open so we were able to get more leg room, less waiting time for the bathroom, and pretty much one on one service from our flight attendants. With all the struggle in the beginning, this particular flight was actually the best flight I have been on."
Cons: "We were ok with the hotel and meal vouchers however, again, the only part of our itinerary looked at was the first flight, not the second into SAT. Had we not questioned the agent, we would have been stuck in PHX with no room, no car, and if we eventually would have gotten a flight, our reservations for car and hotel in SAT would have been cancelled and I would have been out $1700. I already lost money but it could have been worse. Basically, I am paying for a car and room that I am not currently in. Reimbursement for that would have been nice. Either way we will still travel using the travel service and this particular airline in the future."

Pros: "Not much crew stayed in back almost the whole 6 1/2 hr flight and seemed not to friendly"
Cons: "It would have been better if they had departed when they said they were going to after a delay. Flight was delayed first 1 hr then two more hours. The airline finally posted that it would depart a 4 PM and we didn't even start boarding until 5PM. Then they tried to rush us on so that everyone was standing on the HOT jetway for 10 min waiting to get on the plane. Plane didn't take off til 5:35 PM. Over all on this trip I had three flights that were delayed. I'll think twice before taking American Air again."

Pros: "The Flight crew was courteous and took care of us despite a series of extremely unfortunate circumstances."
Cons: "Due to a computer malfunction we were stuck on the tarmac for some time, when it was decided to find a new gate to return to. /The tech crew eventually gave the all clear and upon returning to the tarmac, the same computer malfunction occurred, and again we had to return to the gate. This was all totaled 2.5 hours on the Tarmac. Finally, some 5 hours late we departed Miami in a different plane. Upon arrival in Phoenix, the captain wearily announced that there was no ground crew awaiting us, so we had to wait some time on the tarmac there to disembark. Never before had I heard a airline captain encourage the passengers to write a letter of complaint to his employer."

Cons: "I arrived at the airport and had already checked in and had m boarding passes. For some reason they could not find me when I went to check my bag. After 30 minutes they saw that my seat assignment had been changed and that is why my boarding passes that I had printed at home did not match what their computer showed. I booked this reservation in May and had a seat chosen fairly toward the front. I am 73 years old and the closer to the front I can be helps. When I finally got on the plane to my surprise my seat was the very last seat on the plane across from the restroom. People continued to leave the door open after using the restroom so had to get up and continue to close the door or look at the restroom the whole flight. There was never any explanation as to why they did this. As a result, being lst off the plane, I almost missed my connection as I had to go two terminals over for my connection. At my age I cannot run so I arrived as the last people were getting on the plane. I will never fly American Airlines again."

Pros: "The gate attendants and on-board crew were lovely. Pilots provided info which was great and made up some of the long delay."
Cons: "There is not enough space to list everything. I paid $800 for a normally $300 flight, then paid an extra $75 for the ability to board early so I could store my very small roller carry-on. The in-bound flight was 2 hours late and even though I could track that easily, and assumed our flight would also be two hours late, the AA website insisted the outbound flight would be on time. So like everyone else, I went to the airport. And it wasn't until just before the original departure time that the update was indicated. Really?? If I knew the flight was going to be two hours late,that means AA knew, and didn't care enough about their passengers to advise them. Then when we boarded, my bag was taken away for gate check because the flight did not allow roller bags. After I paid extra. How can AA not advise you when you book your flight that roller bags would not be allowed?? Talk about a money-grab. I unfortunately have a return ticket and am not wealthy enough to throw it away and book on another airline, but I would if I could. I will never fly AA again and I will share my story far and wide."

The food is was gone so quickly that by the time they got to us, they were out of everything. Oh did I mention we also had 3 children ages 2, 7, and 9. Oh yes and the entertainment? Small screens mounted on the ceiling of the plane. How about updating your equipment?? Plane was old. No USB to charge your phone and stream from their App. Terrible. We own a 2nd home in Maui and travel there twice per year. Looking at other options."

I am just annoyed. Also I didn't know that I would fly American as it's through Alaska originally, maybe that was my lack of attention to detail. The carry on situation is what irritated me the most. This is also not the first time that I've had a problem with American Air."

The canceled flight was due to weather, but AA's response was to connect those of us stranded with a 3rd party vendor - Travelliance - with the promise of a SUBSTANTIAL discount for a hotel (SINCE THE NEXT FLIGHT I WAS GIVEN WAS 17 HOURS LATER!) - and there was, effectively, NO DISCOUNT. I have spent thousands and thousands of dollars with you over the years, but this was a bucker of water in the face. I'm sure I'll fly with you again, but any sort of good will I held for AA is gone."

Paid over $1,000 for a flight leg that one way and direct on another airline (Alaska air) was $281.00 and the agent took so long to find redirect flight that they couldn't book. Total mess! While struck on the second leg and speaking with AA customer service about the reschedule I was told that they didn't have the ability to rectify the error because they no longer had control of my ticket and that I had to take into consideration that three was an event in San Antonio that caused delays network wide that added tio the initial issue... HOGWASH! 1) it was another AA issue where an AA aircraft drive of the runway while I was in flight on the first errant leg. 2) if they had just been straight from the outset, I wouldn't have been delayed. I will never fly AA AGAIN!"

My luggage did not arrive with me. Both of my suitcases were mangled and broken. Items in my suitcases were shattered and crushed even though they were well packed and protected. We got stuck on the terminal in MSP and missed our connecting flight. When we finally arrived the systems were down and could not get new flights or hotels. We were told we could not get hotels and had to argue for an hour. Even though it was a maintenance issue. I arrived a day late and had to take extra leave. The plane from LAX to Tokyo was horrific. I booked a window seat, was stuck in the very middle. There was no way to charge outlets devices. The screen did not work. And my new luggage was also damaged with even more items destroyed."

Then you wouldn't have to threaten your customers to store their small bags under the seat. Then I would have room for my feet under the seat. When I would have been comfortable. I also wouldn't have to annoy my neighbor with trying to move and get comfortable. But instead the exact opposite happened and I'm offended you guys have America anywhere near your name."

Pros: "I fainted on my flight and everyone was really nice and helpful to make sure I was okay."

Pros: "JoMarie was very helpful at LGB. And we eventually arrived at our destination."
Cons: "This was a horrible travel experience, the worst I have ever known. My uncle had died, so I had to search for the soonest and most economical flight in order to attend the funeral. Traveling with me was my aunt (his ex wife) and my cousin (his only daughter). Our initial flight was delayed 'due to mechanical issues' and they said we weren't going to make our connection in Phoenix. So they had to reroute the whole trip, which took about half an hour because all of the flights were full. So instead of flying from LGB - PHX - CLT - CAE and arriving Saturday night, we ended up departing from LAX (which we specifically were trying to avoid) almost 9 hours later. From there to DEN - CLT - GSP arriving Sunday morning. Because of this I had to contact the hotel and let them know that we weren't going to check-in until the next day, but I still ended up having to pay for Saturday night. Then, I had to cancel the rental car and make a new reservation to pick it up at GSP and return at CAE since the hotel was close to CAE, plus the return flight was through CAE. Also, wifi was an additional cost (which we didn't use because of this), the snacks were pitiful, and the seats were very narrow and uncomfortable. I have flown with JetBlue in the past, but on this occasion, last minute flights to South Carolina were prohibitively expensive. That being said, if I had known how bad the experience with American was going to be, I would have gladly paid literally double the price for the JetBlue tickets. And in the future, I will be flying exclusively with JetBlue no matter what the cost."
