Cons: "When boarding was delayed due to extra security (drug sniffing dogs) it would have been appropriate to make announcements for passengers needing to board immediately, allowed to identify and moved to the head of the line. We were there an hour and a half early with no luggage to check and we missed our flight by minutes. We actually saw our plane with the doors closed. Frustrating!"

Cons: "I’ve was falling from the vent above my seat and into my hair and onto my lap... I called the flight attendent over to ask if it would stop and she told me it would not stop, it happens to any window seat because of the vent... I’ve flown a lot and NEVER had ice fall out of the vents repeatedly. Her response to my question was rude and she made me feel stupid for asking about the problem in the first place. The people around be we’re even shocked by her stern and rude response."

One booking was paid for but not connected with the Reykjavik flight and the other booking was not paid for and connected to the Reykjavik flight. I spent 30 minutes at the first class check in counter of alalska air and then another 20 minutes at the gate almost missing the flight."

Cons: "I booked 6 months in advance to ensure a lower price, 2 days before the flight, the prices were 50% what I paid for them and priceline refused to give a price adjustment because it was more than 24 hours since I booked the flight. Hawaiian air refused to give any additional accommodations, priceline refused any additional accommodations and I am still upset."

When I asked if I could pass thru their area to get to the bathroom on the other aisle, I think I saw the stewardess roll her eyes as she got up out of her chair. It couldve been because it was the 0700 flight. Older plane. Its one with one big screen in the middle and tiny little screens scattered throughout. Didnt show a movie - instead showed clips of hawaiian singers. Chairs were rickety and hard to lay back or put forward."
Pros: "I booked late, but I got a seat pretty close to the one I chose, and they made sure I got an aisle, like I specified. They gave us a complimentary glass of rum punch (if you're 21+) and I love this drink! Sweet and satisfying. I believe they do this on all their flights."

It's so far from the service Hawaiian used to provide that it ruins the reputation more than helps it. Why bother? It's obvious that it's only a half hearted attempt at best. Asked for a better seat n got the seat next to the restroom. It was literally 5 1/2 hours on a flying toilet with people constantly in and out the whole trip. I should at least been warned."

Cons: "The workers were so rude - especially a woman named Mi. they had no vegetarian options on the plane for food and basically laughed at me when I asked for it. They had no free entertainment at all not even a movie for everyone on the main monitors. They asked for volunteers to check their bags and I volunteered and when I made a connecting flight to Kauai (final stop Oahu which is a 35 min flight) I tried to switch my flight to an earlier one because I realized That I had a four hour layover before my 35 min flight -_- and they said that I would have been able to but since I checked my carry on I couldn't. And they said it was because my bag would get there much later than me - which I was upset about but understood. Fast forward 4 1/2 hours later and I land on Oahu. My bag is sitting at the terminal because it came over on a plane that got there before me. Totally unhappy - I fly to California and back almost every month and I've never had an experience like this"

Everyone had just finished getting on the plane at this point, and the Captain said it'd be fixed in under an hour, so those who wanted to leave or stay on the plane, could leave or stay. However, for some reason, everyone (+all our baggage) had to get off the plane about 15 after minutes after this announcement, and the flight ended up being delayed by ~2-2.5 hours. There was no compensation."

Pros: "The flight was very good in both directions. I was quite comfortable. On my return flight I left my e-reader on the plane. I didn't realize it until 2 days later. I called Delta and spoke with Tiffany. She was so helpful. She located my e-reader and I was able to go to the airport and pick it up."

Pros: "The plane and flight was fine, as was the crew on board. The crew within the Salt Lake airport could have been better. Not sure if it was the gentlemans first time but overall he and the woman working the boarding were very slow and could have been more efficient. We boarded late (may be out of their control) but when we started boarding there was too much wasted time between calling up the military/people with longer boarding needs/wheelchairs etc. They waited until they were completely boarded and settled prior to calling the next group then spent time fiddling with the sign that splits the boarding lanes etc. Just appeared that there was no sense of efficiency. Polite people though."

Cons: "where to start, I am not a huge overweight person. I have 26-28" shoulders and longer legs then most 5'-10" people have. That said, you should not be required to hold your arm out and hold the seat back in front of you so that you are not elbowing or shouldering the people beside you. sitting sideways on a seat I paid extra for doesn't seem like a great flight to me."

A five to ten minute wait is fine, but a fifteen minute wait, with only three crew members compared to the other airlines? By the time I dropped off my baggage, the other airlines were finished with their customers, and there was still quite a line behind me."

Pros: "Reassuring that the airport desk staff were keeping an eye on my connection from LAX to Columbus. Turned out it was too tight of a squeeze and I missed the connecting airplane's door closing by a few minutes, despite having RUN through LAX to get there."
Cons: "I am disappointed by the lack of communication among Delta staff when we arrived at LAX. Our turn-around was late coming into SMF, thus late leaving. It would have been very helpful if the gate staff at LAX had advised me to not bother to try to make my connection, or called the next gate to tell them we were running over there. RUNNING. Or at least done something to act like they cared. I am disappointed by the lack of initiative. I understand flights cannot wait, and I would have greatly appreciated being saved the trouble of running to a different terminal and instead taking that time to change my travel plans. They may see travelers struggling like this daily, but to each traveler, a hiccup in travel plans trip is stressful and urgent. I ask Delta staff to please consider that when they come to work. Thank you."

Was in 1st class and didn't get beverage service after boarding. Then, the plane sat on a remote taxiway another 30 minutes before takeoff, fully loaded, no A/C, and still no beverage service. Truly miserable hot and sweaty flight."

Our flight was from NYC to PR 5hour long and in between those hours she let a couple sit together on the other empty rows while I was feeling supper sick. Other passengers notice and had told me that they felt sorry for me. I was Embarressed. I was debating on venting on Twitter just yet and also on this review because what difference does it make. What matters the most is that we all got to our destination safely."

Cons: "I could not pre-check or request different seats on the CP website. I think that this was because of issues with the website, apparently due to IT system communication between American Airlines and Cathay Pacific.......on all six flights. On the transfer in San Francisco, Customs was closed when we arrived in San Francisco and we had to haul all of our baggage from one terminal to the other. There was no direction on how to handle this issue of Customs being closed while on the flight to San Francisco. I had to explain the issue of to the CP customer service crew in SF. The CP desk and they had never heard of it. American Airlines was equally poorly trained. I will also say that while at the CP customer service, there were three young adult males that we're not busy at the time and the watched us unload the baggage carts onto the scales and conveyor and then reloaded on to the carts to push to the AA terminal. We handled the bags two additional times because the CP staff did not know what to do and how to handle it. Other passengers were confused as well."

I couldn't download my tickets prior to arriving at the airport. It was super confusing because I couldn't figure out whether I was flying on British Airways or American Airlines. I didn't know what terminal to go to. I finally checked in with American even after they told me to go to British Airways. Next, American said that my booking was messed up such that they couldn't check my bag through. So at Chicago I had to exit the Secure area, pick up my bag from baggage check, check it back in and go back through security. I still didn't have my ticket for the chicago-barcelona leg of the trip. At American, they told be I had to exit the airport again to go to British Airways for the Chicago- Barcelona leg of the trip. Luckily, i asked another agent and she confirmed my flight was though American. It was the most confusing flight experience, I have ever had."

The only option was to wait for a Frontier flight which wasn't available until Monday morning. I had to book another flight on a different airline at a cost of $600."

Cons: "2 hour delay, then a three hour delay bc of weather. Another 45 minutes taxi-ing, then back at the gate because a passenger had to be escorted off because he didn't have a boarding pass. We were rushed to board he flight in the first place before the flight crew timed out; we finally took off at 2am with exhausted pilots which was terrifying. Also frontier charges for all bags and all seats, instead of including it in their base fee. Plane is tigjt and uncomfortable, no on board entertainment and seats don't recline. Most passengers were drunk and rowdy after long wait at the airport, and a man was busted for smoking weed in the bathroom. And someone else sat in my seat. THE WORST FLIGHT EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD--an all around disaster."
Cons: "The plane looked old (chipped paint, outdated upholstery). Seats did not recline. Had to pay for all baggage, carry-ons and drinks/food: this greatly increased the price of what we originally thought was a good deal on our flight."

Cons: "I left a bag in the airport, and they did not issue a guest pass to help me retrieve it. While the police and other flight agencies they should issue it. The person at the counter was indifferent, and lazy."

Cons: "I use to love Frontier back in 2006-2008. I purposely booked the trip on Frontier as they were known to be clean and comfortable. Much to my surprise the plane was very very small, the seats did not recline at all (horrible for an overnight flight) and the trays were so small I couldn't even fit my laptop on it."

Cons: "The flight was cancelled. No big deal. It happens. But the the manager at the ticket desk took two hours to figure out a solution. His "solution" was to print out a phone number, hand it out to each of the passengers and then tell them to call because "there was nothing else he could do for us". And then he left to some back office and didn't come back out. The phone number he gave everyone was out of service. I called the regular customer service and asked them to help me rebook a new flight. They refused and said only the employees at the ticket counter could assist. The ticket counter people offered a refund over and over. But why would I want a 100 refund when I needed to book a 3-400 dollar flight to get to my destination. About eight hours, a couple of yelling matches, getting hung up on twice, and several actual tears later, I finally got a flight booked but the earliest flight they could find was 24 hours after my original scheduled arrival time. I'm writing this thirty minutes into my wait for a hotel shuttle. Long story short, I will take a greyhound or catch a cab or walk to my destination before I ever use frontier again"

The airplane had mechanical problems and took them more than 12 hours to fix, because it was missing a part that was going to take them more than 8 hours to get in our airport (not sure where the part was coming from that took them that long). After fixing it the crew couldn't fly because of federal regulations that states the crew can only work for 8 h. After this whole ordeal, my flight ended up cancelled."

Plus, yes plus another charge to select a seat. Super dumb and honestly a bit childish. Put your entire price online and let people pick. Also note zero wifi. I know you're a lower tear airlines but it's 2016! Give the people the all in price and if you won't give them entertainment or wifi make worth their wild. Also note, the tray table was about the size of a tablet, I couldn't even use my computer to do local work during the flight. I appreciate the safe flight but from a high level: 1: make your online prices more transparent. 2: if you're going to be lower tear, make it clear that wifi and infighting entertainment isn't included. People will still choose to fly cheap, but to burry hidden charges is horrible."

Cons: "I took off time from work today to catch a 5:25 flight from San Francisco to Denver, arriving at 9:05. It's now 11:55 pm and I am still sitting at gate 21 with a whole bunch of people other waiting for a plane to arrive. My only choices are to wait of this plane to show up, or come back in the morning to take the 5:45am flight. I have business meetings in Denver tomorrow morning. I had a car rented and a hotel reserved. The car rental in Denver closes is 5 minutes. The thing that's the most upsetting is that we keep receiving erroneous information. The original departure time was 5:25. Then we were told 6:00. Then we were told 9:00pm. Then we were told 12:03, Then we were told 12:20. Now we are being told they don't know when the plane will arrive to take us to Denver. I will NEVER fly Frontier again."
