Norwegians flight was delayed by more than four hours which caused the connecting flight to be missed. When I called for assistance in rebooking the connecting flight they told me all other flights were full and I would either have to find another airline and book connecting flight on my own or wait 4 days until they had an available connecting flight. Since my tours and accommodations were already booked I had to cancel my Norwegian flight and rebook a new last minute flight at much greater cost. Norwegian gave no reason for the delay and insufficient service on getting me to my final destination,

Staff was young and nice. The plane was smaller than most international flights so it was not an uncomfortable flight. There were almost no line for the bathroom.

My fiancé and I paid for meals and things were highly unorganized during the flight. The flight attendants were going through aisles asking everyone if they ordered a meal, and serving them after by checking a paper list. So we got our first meal and weren't even offered our second meal. I thought that the second meal might had been an option while on the plane. We landed hungry and bought food during our layover, which is when I found out through my sister that the second meal was included in our meal plan (she was sitting in another row). Also, our flight was delayed and we weren't receiving any notifications, updates or explanation why. It was not until 5 minutes prior to boarding that the agents told everybody that we will be able to board soon.

We didn't realize that when you book a trans-continental/trans-Atlantic flight under the "Lowfare" pricing that it comes with ZERO amenities. We're talking no food, no water, no blankets, broken armrest and a crew that is helpless to accommodate. The idea is to save money and customize paying for your amenities, but it just results in cranky passengers.

Lowfare = No fair. At the time of booking, we were not warned that it did not include amy meals or amenities. We would have paid more from the start if that was clearly indicated.

Plane was new - clean

I flew business class which really is just bigger seats/more legroom than economy. One of the 2 heads was out of order in business class. Also no earphones/headsets were available - even for sale. The food was equivalent to economy and you had to pay for additional “snacks”

It is a discount airline -- amenities are not to be expected. The staff was nice and courteous.

The flight was over an hour late. Seats are definitely small. Food/beverages were stupidly priced.

Very smooth and organized all the way.

I was in the back of the plane, the constant flushing of the toilets and loud staff gathering made it difficult to sleep. Staff lacking customer care. Lack of new movies playing and the food/snack selection was poor - no snacks or even refreshments offered to passengers not even water, i had to buy bottles from the screen constantly.

Flight had several angrily screaming children. Neither attendants nor parents did anything to quiet them.

The staff was friendly and seats were comfortable enough. Good entertainment.

Boarding delayed with little explanation, no meals provided without purchase even though flight was overnight and 10+ hours (haven't experienced this before), pricey food/drinks ($3 tea/water), some bathrooms out of order, screens unadjustable to seat position, no pillows or blankets provided

Prices are per person and are for e–tickets and include all taxes & fees in USD.

We attempt to get accurate prices, however, prices are not guaranteed.

Here's why:

We’re not the seller.
At KAYAK we don’t set the prices, so it’s not possible for us to guarantee what other companies are selling.

We compile tonnes of data for you
Our service lets you quickly and easily compare results from hundreds of travel sites at once. In this sense, KAYAK is a search engine and we can't guarantee prices we find.

Why aren’t prices accurate 100% of the time?
Prices on airline seats, hotel rooms and car rentals can change frequently. Several people may also be trying to buy the same travel option simultaneously. As a result, you may find, on occasion, that certain prices are no longer available.

If you have more questions or if you have a bad price to report to us,
please send us an and someone from our team will get back to you promptly.
