This airline is disaster. They trielt live on the planet don’t give a &$!@ Made us buy new tickets for the following day for a type o on the ticket. They just didn’t care...

They kept me and my two year old in the plane for almost 4 hours and told us that we will take off every ten minutes, but obviously we never did. We got rebooked for the following day. They provided a small room to stay in and $7 wach for food. They treated us like a huge inconvenience. We had to pay for food, my husband had to take another day off work to come get us. This airline is shameless. We are spending more money to with a different air line next time.

Awoke next day and called airline to confirm, they stated my refund had been processed, I would not be on the flight, and there was nothing that they could do for me. I was forced to rent a car and take a completely different flight from another airport at a much higher price. Never again.

There was no communication and the whole experience was extremely disorganized. Our flight was cancelled and delayed numerous times. We were in the airport until 4 am two nights in a row.

I have traveled with different airlines such as Delta, France and America airline to near and far places and they have all given something to eat but this one NOTHING, not even water, you had to pay for it. This airline was the worst, first they wanted to charge me for my suitcase that I was bringing in which 50 pounds were free. Another reason was because I asked an airy one if it was possible for me to change to another seat since there were manyyyy empties seats in whixh she said/meant no; but the worst thing is that i still have one more flight with this airline. Im sorry if i am been selfish but this is how i feel.

We're talking no food, no water, no blankets, broken armrest and a crew that is helpless to accommodate. The idea is to save money and customize paying for your amenities, but it just results in cranky passengers.

Lowfare = No fair. At the time of booking, we were not warned that it did not include amy meals or amenities. We would have paid more from the start if that was clearly indicated.

Staff was young and nice. The plane was smaller than most international flights so it was not an uncomfortable flight. There were almost no line for the bathroom.

My fiancé and I paid for meals and things were highly unorganized during the flight. The flight attendants were going through aisles asking everyone if they ordered a meal, and serving them after by checking a paper list. So we got our first meal and weren't even offered our second meal. I thought that the second meal might had been an option while on the plane. We landed hungry and bought food during our layover, which is when I found out through my sister that the second meal was included in our meal plan (she was sitting in another row). Also, our flight was delayed and we weren't receiving any notifications, updates or explanation why. It was not until 5 minutes prior to boarding that the agents told everybody that we will be able to board soon.

Flight was 2 hours late, causing a missed flight. Baggage took 90 minutes to arrive. The airline provided no info on connections as hundreds of passengers stood around for an hour and then chaos reigned as all rushed to get rebooked in only two lines. Nobody got rebooked until the next day and had to stay overnight in hotels with a voucher that provided only minimal food after a 15 minute walk to a fast food restaurant. the following day we were rebooked to Copenhagen rather than Berlin, with no guarantee of a connecting flight. I was forced to buy another ticket on another carrier in order to make my own wedding.

The cost of the ticket was perfect, very affordable. I didn’t have a meal included, but was surprised that I was never even offered water worth the other passengers as attendants went down the aisle. I was completely looked over.

I was VERY surprised to witness such unfriendly, mannered attendants. No smiles. No excuse mes or sorry when bumping in to someone or needing to get by. I felt like I would’ve put them out too much to ask for ANYTHING.

Nobody got rebooked until the next day and had to stay overnight in hotels with a voucher that provided only minimal food after a 15 minute walk to a fast food restaurant. the following day we were rebooked to Copenhagen rather than Berlin, with no guarantee of a connecting flight. I was forced to buy another ticket on another carrier in order to make my own wedding.

Cheap price and sources of entertainment

We paid for upgraded seats and did not receive them. We told the crew. They did nothing except say to call or email WOW. So we did. After waiting a half hour they said we would be refunded. Aweek later, we receive an email asking what it is we requested on the call, as if they did not remember to refund us the money for the upgraded seats we never got and should have.

I have traveled with different airlines such as Delta, France and America airline to near and far places and they have all given something to eat but this one NOTHING, not even water, you had to pay for it. This airline was the worst, first they wanted to charge me for my suitcase that I was bringing in which 50 pounds were free. Another reason was because I asked an airy one if it was possible for me to change to another seat since there were manyyyy empties seats in whixh she said/meant no; but the worst thing is that i still have one more flight with this airline. Im sorry if i am been selfish but this is how i feel.

The flight attendants were going through aisles asking everyone if they ordered a meal, and serving them after by checking a paper list. So we got our first meal and weren't even offered our second meal. I thought that the second meal might had been an option while on the plane. We landed hungry and bought food during our layover, which is when I found out through my sister that the second meal was included in our meal plan (she was sitting in another row). Also, our flight was delayed and we weren't receiving any notifications, updates or explanation why. It was not until 5 minutes prior to boarding that the agents told everybody that we will be able to board soon.

We didn't realize that when you book a trans-continental/trans-Atlantic flight under the "Lowfare" pricing that it comes with ZERO amenities. We're talking no food, no water, no blankets, broken armrest and a crew that is helpless to accommodate. The idea is to save money and customize paying for your amenities, but it just results in cranky passengers.

Lowfare = No fair. At the time of booking, we were not warned that it did not include amy meals or amenities. We would have paid more from the start if that was clearly indicated.
