Somehow, my booking was under my preferred name instead of my legal name so they almost didn’t let me board the plane at LAX. This problem should have been notified to me when I was still in Toronto.

No Charging ports for personal electronics, which were required to use wifi entertainment.

I liked nothing about this flight nor the incredible lack of service and communication on this flight from the Captain to every staff member. Arrogant, entitled and lacking any kind of basic customer service

I booked my flight ni November and was placed on standby? How does this happen. Flight was 1 1/2 hours late departure plane was switched to a smaller plane easy to tell this is a government run company they don’t care about anyone

Very unfriendly crew, Air Canada should hire staff that are willing to do their job and be friendly to others. Unmannered flight attendants.

The fact that we have to check in our carryons when we met the requirements and there was plenty of spaces near we sat was ridiculous

Problem with operation of on board entertainment computer. Failed about 1 /2 hour into the flight. Rebooting failed to restore.
