I like the courteous crew members, very cordial & attentive.
The long wait on the aircraft after all passengers and crew were on board waiting for the oxygen tank to arrive.
Where do i start? It’s a short flight to be sure but air canada planes never feel like many Other airlines’ mini planes or puddle jumpers. they seem new, spacious, seat back Entertainemnt, just great. Also, there is no scrimping on Service. How many Delta or united or American flights have i taken on this route only to be told “coffee or water” and sometimes no coffee “the flight is too short”. Nonsense! Granted I was in business, but I had a full hot breakfast served and a full array of beverages offered. It AC can do it, everyone can. The flight attendant was lovely.

I love the variety of entertainment, it never fails.
I didnt like how snacks werent included for my 6 hour flght. Also the amount of waste made with all those plastic cups is astonishingly ridiculous. Switch to a more green solution!!!
One of the crewmembers (regrettably, I did not catch his name) was incredibly kind when I moved seats to accommodate a couple that wanted to sit together. He really made this flight great.
Seats were comfortable but the row I moved to did not allow me to recline.
Cabin was too cold
The crew was very nice.
The plane was old so no entertainment, food was not good, could not sit in area waiting for flight, no chairs left and I was 5ere. Very early. Travelling is not great anymore, the crew try’s their best I know.
The overall experience on my westjet trip was great. Everything west jet does - and all the groups in the airport are fantastic !
Timing flights were on time.
Baggage delay at vancuvour and as well as in calgary.
Crew overworked but pleasant and doing their best. Self check in works well with assistance
Management decisions meant assigned crew arrived after our flight supposed to depart. Needed 1 more person to service passengers. We waited a long time after serving started to get served. We did not know that food could be preordered online and served soon after takeoff. No TV screens on back of chairs...had to rent device to see movies. Have app but not able to book and get points. Wrote to WJ for help but oo response
