There were no charge points for phones on the economy seats. The seats were comfortable overall. Food was okay.. flight was on time
The flight was delayed. The aircraft was unclean. Promised seat was not given due to change in Aircraft. Not one crew on ground was in a position to give any response. Amsterdam Airport is AVIODABLE Over crowded. Over Expensive. Poor Services.
It was really nice journey i personally recommend klm flight
The crew were unprofessional with a racist element. I was physically abused as well from one of the crew members
Crew is not the cheerful type. very slow meal service (this is their style as have flown this many times)
Flight was on time, staff are friendly and helpful onboard.
At the airport, terrible, I do not want to even remember it. It was too humiliating for a business class passenger.
They forgot to serve food and the crew was very unfriendly. Never experienced such a bad KLM flight. Usually fly from Toronto. New York was different.
Couldn’t get boarding pass in SLC even with help from a redcoat, so had to find a desk in AMS to get boarding pass. Technical problems so not sure why. Very inconvenient. The KLM app is not as user friendly as most apps. Also had to wait almost an hour on the tarmac for a fuel truck, which caused us to miss a connecting bus in LUX.
Over 1 Hr delay. No APU so no AC on ground. Plane was hot during boarding and then they closed the doors over 20 minutes before engine start so interior of plane was steamy hot and stuffy. Could have been helped by opening doors until ready to depart.
Good flight, seated and had a water within 5 minutes. Crew was hospitable.
We left at 1030 am pacific from LA and supposed to land at 7 pm Eastern in NY. They made a detour, stopped in Philadelphia and didn’t land till 1130 PM Eastern!!! Worst flight experience with no pilot communication with no explanation as to what was going on. Everyone was very frustrated to say the least.
I cancelled my ticket less than 24 hours deadline but I didn’t get refunded.
Flight boarded from Gate 159B, the farthest gate in the LAX Bradley Terminal. While the flight operated on time, the first class cabin attendant made no recognition of my being an Advantage Executive Platinum member.
The flight itself was excellent but the gate attendant made me check my carryon since she said it was an inch too big. I’ve had no problems with this carryon on recent flights on Qantas, Delta, Austrian, Southwest Airlines even though the overhead bins are the same size. there were other carryons in the bins that also looked larger than mine and there was room left in the bins for more. When I picked up my carryon from baggage claim one of the wheels had broken off.
I was in last row so that is never great bc the person in front of me leaned his seat all the way back into me.
Flight was scheduled at 11:26am but they keep Delaying until midnight. They waited at airport restless.
My 9:50AM flight was delayed to 3:40PM "due to incoming aircraft delay". No aircraft is "delayed" that long. Found out once we did board (after several changes in times) that the aircraft had a maintenance issue and we had to wait for another aircraft. Just tell us that. The aircraft we did get was old and the seats need to be updated. I have been traveling for several weeks with AA and you should refresh your entertainment content as frequent flyers have gone through most of your new content. I have Celiac and a shellfish allergy and continue to have struggles with meals on business and first class flights. Please keep this in mind. Sorry - was a long travel day yesterday and a bit cranky this morning with my experience comments. Still an AA fan.
