Pretty average experience. Did not like that first checked luggage was charged for an international flight.
Food was by far the worst of any airline I’ve flown. It was unreal....the smell...wow.

The waiting between flights
I thought the entire cabin crew were friendly, polite and very helpful.
If you are on a seat at the back, it takes too long to get off because the people in front especially first class, take their sweet time getting their luggage while the rest have to wait. Then my contacting flight only had 22 minutes to transboard.
I've always had a great experience when I travel with Copa!
Stores in Panama
When you get into Panama in the airport they control people in a rude way. (specially when we were from Panama to the USA. They make questions and review the luggage not friendly.
