Flight boarded late after announcing on time boarding. Flight arrived only a little late despite late departure. Had trouble connecting to WiFi
The Southwest experience has definitely taken a dive from its early days. You can no longer deferentiate from other airlines. Air travel is too expensive. Southwest is no longer budget friendly. They have lost me as a loyal customer.
Flight was hours late, unable to sit next to spouse, I have had so much better experiences. Substantially better, only saving grace was that it was a short flight.
Still need to work out the kinks on the new assigned seating boarding process. Otherwise, a very good flight.
I was assigned seat 7E, yet my boarding was Group 5, which caused me to have to put my luggage in the back of the plance above `19 or 20 aisle, as passengers who had boarded earlier took the overhead bins in the front. SW needs to monitor bin space and ensure that bin space above the seat are aligned to those sitting near their seats. Also the seating assignments needs to align with group number. Maybe board those last first and so on? Having said the ALL the passengers on the plane were gracious enough to allow me and other passengers in this dilema to retrieve our luggage and helped us along the way. I always love the flight staff, as always their fantastic and I can't rave about them enough!
Flight attendants very hospitable and friendly. Pilot flew a smooth take off and landing.
The wifi on the plane is great. The only issue that I have is that I prefer an aisle seat and on my trips this week, I was either in the middle or window. If we can work to secure aisle seating, I will be thrilled. Nice trip.
Great vacation. Can't wait till next year for another one.
The flight crew was extremely rude and especially not helpful when our flight was delayed.
Check-in, Boarding and flight were smooth. All the employees and crew was very nice and funny. They gave the kids crayons and workbooks to keep them occupied which was a big win. I’ve flown Southwest many times and that’s the first time I’ve seen that and it is a great addition.
I like that the flight attendant was very attentive and helpful. The meal menu could have more of an variety of food choices.
The flight was fine, once we got underway. It was more than hour delayed
Arrived 40 min early which was great - sat in runway for 35 min so no gain. Then waited for luggage 45 min. They need to staff accordingly knowing its one of the busiest week in Phx
My flight got rerouted due to crew rest. I was sent to Dallas customer service was not very polite. Was given a $40 room voucher for Motel 6 and $12 to eat with. It delayed me by a day. Where if I would have just stuck with my original flight Arizona was delayed to Cleveland and I could have made it home. They put me on a 9:00 flight out of Dallas to Cleveland without my knowledge or consent. When originally I was told it would be 8:45 a.m. on February 1st. I told them I could not take the 9:00 flight because I did not have anybody to pick me up from the airport at that time. I'm extremely disappointed in how I was treated. And I will not fly American Airlines again.
It would be nice to have some low carb options in the snacks.
The plane was experiencing problems with the HVAC system, it was very cold in the front of the plane and very hot in the back.
Trip delayed for 2 hours because of rain. We boarded and have to get down the flight and reboard again.
I love American. I’ll never fly anyone else if I can help it.
The flight was on time and arrived early. The crew were friendly and helpful.
Overall experience was great. Flights were almost on time in departing and we arrived at our destination as scheduled. No issues with amenities or flight crew. Everything went well as as expected. Will fly again with American Airlines in the future!
