The food menu was impressive but the actual selection limited. That said, the food was excellent. The seat cushions are less than comfortable for a 12 hour flight. Space i8n economy was very good. One first leg the layover was too short. Added with a delay in arrival we could barely made the connecting flight - but the luggage did not make it. It was sent in the next flight so in the end it was a mini=or inconvenience.
Excellent service. Friendly and attentive flight attendants, can lay back in business class and be pretty comfortable, and delicious food. Flight on time departing and arriving.
Turkish Airlines lost my reservation!!! I had the ticket, the receipt and they lost it!! Because the flight was fully booked, I had to wait 8 hours!!! Turkish Airlines provided me with NO FOOD, NO WATER!!! Absolutely ridiculous. They were pathetic. They admitted it was their fault for losing my reservation but provided me with nothing.
Poor connecting flight logistics and ground transportation for such enormous airport. Airline does not consider time required to complete the security check or transition from one to gate to another
Bag service at Iad airport was not nice at all. They served economy class first unvip first. This happened many times with different airports
Worst of the 3 flights so far. Food was not good, wasn’t ask my choice. Airplane was the A320 which was not as nice as the 787. Left and arrived late.
I am always amazed with the great service they offer on their regional and international flights

I am elderly and needed wheelchair assist. The ground crew assisting me with that part of my journey was rude, disrespectful and very hungry for money; the begging was distasteful and disrespect for females and the elderly was atrocious. Maybe they need to get a raise...I was out of small bills by time I reached home. As an american I am not use to the impoliteness. The ground crew make your wonderful airline appears poor in performance...a lot to be desired.
This is a very basic flight with no-frills. I just wish the seats were a little bit more comfortable.
The already delayed flight took an hour to find no-show passenger bags, which seemed long. Flight attendants only provided flight transfer information to a few passengers not all.
flight was packed, had to check my carryon bag, tiny snack bag offered, but we arrived on time and thats what counts

We missed our flight. There was not enough time built into the layover to get through immigration, customs, bagclaim, bag rechecking, and the long trip to another terminal and gate. Kayak really screwed up. We took the bus up to Wisconsin and then were picked up in Brookfield by private car. It was lucky we didnt miss the last bus out.
Everything was on time, even though the layover in Frankfurt was 22hrs
The food was poor quality and the screens for entertainment didn’t work almost at all . Plane seemed pretty old
Crew was great. But my flight was late arriving and as a result, I missed my connecting flight to Richmond. I had to catch a later flight. On a positive note, the attendants at the counter were extremely helpful in booking my later flight. They book my on the next flight to Richmond.
This flight had way more space than my international flight which is just embarrassing
The pasta in the evening meal was tasteless. Otherwise, the flight was okay.
